Château La Tour Blanche 2022 comes from Sauternes, the renowned sweet-wine appellation of Bordeaux. The estate is based in Bommes and belongs to the 1855 Premier Cru Classé classification for Sauternes, giving this wine a very clear sense of origin.Brumes de La Tour Blanche is the château's lighter, fresher cuvée. It is made from a selection of less concentrated juices gathered through successive manual pickings, using the traditional Sauternes varieties: sémillon, sauvignon blanc and muscadelle. Stainless steel vinification supports the style, keeping the emphasis on purity, fruit and liveliness rather than heavy concentration.
