Emb Blend 14y Coffret 2x70cl (Velier And Scheer)
On request only
Emb Blend 14y Coffret 2x70cl is a Jamaican molasses rum bottled by Velier as part of the Velier and Scheer bottling. Its identity is built around a few strong elements: Jamaica, pot still distillation, 14 years of ageing and a cask strength bottling at 67.25%. That gives it a firmly defined place among powerful, mature rums.
The bourbon cask maturation brings a clear woody dimension, supported by lighter notes of spice, fruit, sweetness, vegetal character and a subtle floral touch. Rather than a soft, easy-going style, this is a rum where strength and maturation are central to the experience.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this coffret stands out because of its 2 x 70 cl presentation and the fact that only the last bottles remain. It is the kind of release that (…)Mmw Wedderburn Blend 11y Continental Aging (Velier And Scheer)

The appeal here lies in its directness. Jamaican origin, Wedderburn blend, pot still distillation and cask strength presentation all point towards a rum with real presence. The bourbon cask maturation gives the wood influence a clear role, while the name places the rum firmly in a continental ageing context.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to present to rum drinkers who enjoy powerful, uncompromised bottlings rather than softened-down releases. With only the last bottles remaining, it also carries (…)Mhoba Strand 101

Reimonenq 3y 2005 is a Guadeloupe rum made from sugar cane juice, giving it a style where the raw material remains an important part of the identity. Traditional column distillation and three years in bourbon barrel bring the cask influence clearly into view, while leaving room for the lighter vegetal, fruity and floral sides of the rum.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would place in front of someone who wants to explore a cane juice rum with some ageing, but without moving into a heavily mature style. The three-year age keeps it relatively lively, while the bourbon barrel adds structure and a distinct woody tone.

Saint James Single Cask 1997 is an agricole rum from Martinique, distilled at Saint James in 1997. Its appeal lies in the fact that it comes from a single cask, giving a more individual view of the distillery than a broader blended release.
Made from sugar cane juice and distilled in a traditional column still, it matured in oak, specifically a bourbon barrel. That cask influence is an important part of the story here, bringing wood and spice into focus while still leaving room for fruit, gentle sweetness and a subtle vegetal note.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum we like to present to customers who want to explore agricole rum with maturity and depth. The 1997 vintage, the single cask origin and the bourbon barrel maturation give it a (…)Rumpublic Small Batch Jamaica (Rum Public)
