Savanna 9y So (Elizabeth Yard With Finishes) Incl. Box

Savanna 9y So is a 9-year-old rum from Réunion, bottled by Elizabeth Yard as part of the With Finishes series. It has the feel of a very specific selection: a single cask release, bottled at cask strength at 50.6%, and distilled in a traditional column.
The Pedro Ximenez sherry cask finish adds an extra layer without taking the rum away from its Réunion origin. Its character sits around spice, modest fruitiness and a subtle vegetal edge, with the Spanish Oak finish giving it a darker, more mature frame.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottling we like to point out to customers who enjoy limited rum releases with a clear sense of individuality. With only 189 bottles produced and the last bottles now remaining, it feels less like a (…)Tres Hombres Matinik Vieux Agricole 1l

Tres Hombres Matinik Vieux Agricole 1l

Tres Hombres Matinik Vieux Agricole is a Martinique rum made from sugar cane juice and distilled in a traditional column still. That places it firmly in the agricole style, with the raw material itself playing an important role in the rum's identity.
The Madeira finish adds an extra layer of maturation while keeping the focus on the origin and style of the spirit. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a rum for drinkers who enjoy exploring cane juice rum with a distinctive cask touch rather than a standard, anonymous profile.
Bottled at 44% in a generous 1 litre format, it has a confident presence without being pushed into extreme strength. As these are the last bottles, this Tres Hombres release also carries a sense of limited availability.

El Salvador 2013 from 1423 Rum World Class is built around a very specific rum story: one cask, one origin and one vintage. Distilled from molasses in 2013 in a traditional column still, it was bottled in August 2023 after ten years of maturation.
The ex-port cask maturation gives the rum an extra layer of depth, while the bottled strength of 57% keeps the style direct and full of presence. The supplied tasting notes point towards dried fruit, warm spice, delicate honey and a subtle touch of oak, so the emphasis sits more on warmth and spice than on heavy sweetness.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle belongs among the rums chosen for drinkers who enjoy a more transparent presentation of cask and distillate. It was not chill filtered and no additives were (…)Dbm Rhum Tres Vieux Vo

Dbm Rhum Tres Vieux Vo

DBM Rhum Très Vieux VO is produced by Distillerie Bonne Mère in Guadeloupe, a distillery founded in 1863 and described as one of the island's oldest still in operation. That background gives this rum a strong sense of origin, rooted in Guadeloupe tradition.
Made from sugar cane juice and distilled in a traditional column, it spends at least three years in oak casks. The oak influence is refined rather than dominant, bringing gentle structure to a style built around tropical fruit, soft spice and a subtle touch of wood.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a fine introduction to Guadeloupe rum for drinkers who enjoy elegance over heaviness. With its 43% alcohol strength, it has enough presence to carry the flavour while keeping a smooth, (…)Emb Blend 14y Tropical 69,7 (Velier And Scheer)

Emb Blend 14y Tropical 69,7 (Velier And Scheer)
On request only
Emb Blend 14y Tropical 69.7 is a Jamaican molasses rum with a very direct sense of power. Bottled by Velier as Velier and Scheer, it brings together pot still distillation, 14 years of age and a full cask strength of 69.7%. Nothing in the data suggests a softened or easy-going style; this is a rum built around intensity and concentration.
The bourbon cask influence places wood and spice at the centre of the profile. Fruit, sweetness and a light vegetal touch are present in a more restrained way, giving support rather than defining the whole experience. That makes the bottle especially interesting for drinkers who enjoy robust Jamaican rum without the strength being reduced before bottling.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of Velier release (…)Mount Gay Cognac Cask Incl. Box

Mount Gay Cognac Cask is a Barbados rum with a clear sense of strength and presence. Bottled at 58% and presented at cask strength, it is not a rum built around restraint; it is made to show more weight and definition in the glass.
The rum is molasses-based and combines pot still and column distillation. That gives it an engaging contrast between structure and a more rounded side. The Cognac Cask name also sets this release apart within the Mount Gay range, giving it a more specific identity than a standard bottling.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum we would point out to someone looking beyond simple sweetness. Crossfire Hurricane Reserve By The Rolling Stones Small Batch is a Jamaican rum with a name that immediately sets the tone. Its connection to The Rolling Stones gives the bottle a very different personality from a more classically presented rum, bringing together spirit, origin and cultural reference in one label.
The Small Batch and Reserve wording gives it a selected feel, although the available product data does not provide further details on maturation or composition. At 40% alcohol, it sits in a familiar rum strength, with Jamaica as the clearest point of origin and identity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of rum we would introduce to someone looking for a bottle with presence and a recognisable story. It is not just about the category; it is (…)Trinidad 2016 10y Bottled In Collaboration With Rums Of Anarchy Belgium (Nobilis Rum) Incl. Box

Trinidad 2016 10y Bottled In Collaboration With Rums Of Anarchy Belgium (Nobilis Rum) Incl. Box
Very last one in stock!
Trinidad 2016 10y is the kind of rum where the bottling itself tells an important part of the story. Nobilis Rum selected this single cask as release #55, bottled in collaboration with Rums of Anarchy Belgium, from rum distilled in 2016 at Trinidad Distillers Limited and bottled in 2026 after 10 years of maturation.
Its ageing path gives the rum a particularly expressive foundation: 8 years in the tropical climate of Trinidad, followed by 2 years of continental maturation in Europe. Drawn from a heavy column still and bottled at full cask strength of 68.2%, it was released without chill filtration, colouring or added sugar. The result stays close to the cask and to the raw strength of the spirit.

Takamaka Le Clos Series 1 2017 is the opening release in a collection dedicated to single cask rum. That immediately gives the bottle its focus: one cask, a very small outturn of 321 bottles, and a cask strength presentation at 60%. Nothing about it feels anonymous.
The rum comes from the Seychelles and is made from molasses, with sugarcane grown there forming part of its story. Pot still distillation gives it a more direct, individual style, while maturation under warm and humid conditions took its share: 27% of the original volume was lost along the way.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of rum that speaks to people who enjoy limited releases with a clear sense of origin and cask identity. Presented in a handsome box and bottled in a 50cl (…)Neisson Profil 62

The combination of Guyana origin, pot still distillation and bourbon cask maturation gives this rum a firm foundation. Its profile is led by spice, with fruit, vegetal notes and oak playing a more restrained supporting role. That makes it feel more structured and assertive than soft or sugary.

Guyana 2010 10y Nectar is the kind of rum where the details matter because they all point in the same direction: one origin, one cask, one limited release. Distilled in 2010 and bottled in November 2020, this ten-year-old molasses rum was drawn from a single bourbon barrel, with only 264 bottles produced.
Berry's Own Selection presents it at cask strength, at 58.7%, so the rum keeps a firm connection to the cask rather than being shaped into a softer, standardised style. The pot still distillation style adds to the sense of a rum with presence and concentration.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who enjoy exploring limited independent rum selections, especially when the last bottles of a single cask release are all that remain.
