Black Bowmore 1995 25y Dlxop (Douglas Laing Extra Old Particular)
On request only
Black Bowmore 1995 25y Dlxop is a mature Islay single malt with a very clearly defined identity. It brings together Bowmore, Douglas Laing and the Extra Old Particular series in a release built around age, origin and limited availability.
Distilled on 1 May 1995, it spent 25 years maturing in a hogshead before being bottled at 46.9%. With only 302 bottles released, it has the feel of a whisky chosen for a specific moment rather than a standard expression.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this are the kind we like to present with a little context: an older Scottish single malt from Islay, independently bottled by Douglas Laing, and marked as a collector's item. It is a bottle for someone who values provenance, maturity and scarcity in the glass.

Lagg Single Cask 2019 7y For The Nectar
In stock
Lagg Single Cask 2019 7y For The Nectar is a Scottish single malt with a very direct link to the early story of Lagg on the Isle of Arran. It was distilled in 2019, the year the distillery opened, and selected for the 20th anniversary of The Nectar. That gives this release a sense of place in time: an individual cask from the first chapter of the distillery.
Matured for 7 years in a refill hogshead and bottled at cask strength, 59.3%, it keeps the focus firmly on the spirit. The cask adds support rather than taking over, allowing Lagg's peated, fresh and fruity style to come through, together with the oily texture mentioned in the product story.
Only 228 bottles were drawn from this cask. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of bottling that is (…)Longrow Red 2024

Longrow Red 2024
Very last one in stock!
Longrow Red 2024 is one of those annual Campbeltown releases that tends to draw attention as soon as it appears. This edition takes its direction from wine maturation: four years in bourbon casks followed by three years in Pinot Noir casks. It keeps the firmer, smoky Longrow identity intact, while adding a distinct red-fruited layer from the Pinot Noir influence.
Bottled at 57.1% and at cask strength, it is not a softened or overly polished style. The whisky carries weight, spice, fruit, smoke and a lightly coastal edge. At Drankenshop Broekmans, annual Longrow Red releases like this are always worth looking at closely, because each one shows the malt through a different cask lens.
Here, the Pinot Noir maturation brings tension rather than simple sweetness: (…)Laphroaig 2001 20y Art11 (Signatory - Artist Edition) Incl. Box

Laphroaig 2001 20y Art11 is an Islay single malt built around a very specific cask story: distilled in 2001, matured for 20 years in a single sherry butt, and bottled in 2021 by Signatory as part of the Artist Edition. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures the personality of one individual cask.
At 58.3% ABV, this is a cask strength release, so the whisky keeps its natural weight and directness. Only 590 bottles came from the cask, and with the last bottles now in play, the sense of limitation is very real without needing to be overstated.
For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the sort of bottle that adds depth to a specialist whisky selection: independent bottling, Islay origin, a named vintage, sherry butt maturation and two decades of age (…)Bowmore 10y Devil's Casks Batch 2

Bowmore 10y Devil's Casks Batch 2
Only 2 left in stock!
Bowmore 10y Devil's Casks Batch 2 is an Islay single malt with a deliberately bold identity. The name sets the mood immediately: a 10-year-old Bowmore bottled at cask strength, carrying 56.3% alcohol.
Sherry maturation is central to its style. The profile brings together clear peat, spice and fruit, with lighter wood influence and a subtle salty edge in support. It is a whisky where the sherry cask presence and the Islay origin sit close together, giving the release a darker, more forceful feel than a regular expression.
Limited to 6000 bottles and marked as a collector's item, Batch 2 has a special place among Bowmore releases. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a bottle for customers who are drawn to the combination of cask strength, sherry maturation (…)Laphroaig 1996 25y Nectar (The Single Malts Of Scotland - Single Malts Of Scotland For The Nectar)

Laphroaig 1996 25y Nectar is a tightly focused Islay single malt: one cask, a long maturation, and a very small outturn. Distilled on 2 May 1996 and bottled in August 2021, it brings together 25 years of ageing with the unmistakably peated side of Laphroaig.
The release was bottled by The Single Malts of Scotland for The Nectar. It comes from a single bourbon barrel and was bottled at cask strength, at 50.9% ABV. With only 204 bottles drawn from the cask, this is not a general release but a sharply defined snapshot of one individual barrel.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle stands out for customers who appreciate age, provenance and limited availability in a whisky. Its combination of Islay origin, 25 years of maturation, cask strength and single-cask (…)Amrut Peated Port 2015 8y

Its single cask nature is central to the appeal. With 486 bottles drawn from one cask, this is not a broad house-style release, but a focused snapshot of one maturation. The port cask element supports the fruit-driven side, while peat and spice give the whisky its more forceful edge.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of bottle that speaks to drinkers who enjoy single malt with impact and definition. It is powerful, limited in scope, and built around the tension between smoke, fruit and spice rather (…)*Vintage* Ardbeg 1975 Incl. Box

Vintage Ardbeg 1975 is a Scottish single malt from Islay with one detail that immediately sets the tone: the 1975 vintage. That date gives the whisky a very particular frame of reference, linking it to a specific distillation year, maturation in oak cask and a bottling strength of 43%.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottle like this is approached less as an everyday single malt and more as a piece of whisky history. Ardbeg, Islay, the 1975 vintage and its collector's item status all point to a release where origin, age of provenance and scarcity are central to its appeal.

Connemara Distillers Edition is an Irish single malt with a clearly smoky and spicy direction. Rather than leaning on an age statement, it presents itself through style: peat, oak cask maturation and a flavour profile with real presence.
The oak cask influence supports the whiskey without making wood the whole story. Peated smoke and spice sit at the centre, with lighter touches of fruit and a subtle salty edge around them. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a good choice for customers looking for an Irish single malt with more depth and smoky definition.

Bunnahabhain 40y is a Scottish Islay single malt where the age statement immediately defines the conversation. Forty years of maturation gives this whisky a composed, mature presence, while the available profile points to an Islay character built on nuance rather than sheer peat intensity.
With 1000 bottles released, this is not a broad everyday expression but a carefully limited bottling. Its interest lies in the patience behind it: a long-aged Bunnahabhain where fruit and spice are the main threads, supported more gently by wood, coastal salinity and peat.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a whisky for those moments when the story of age, origin and restraint matters as much as the strength on the label. At 41.9% alcohol, the emphasis stays on (…)Caol Ila 25y Incl. Box

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is a Speyside single malt built around contrast. Bottled at 43% and without an age statement, it places clear emphasis on fruit and spice, with lighter wood, saline and peated touches in the background.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Glenfiddich we would introduce to someone curious to see a different side of the distillery's single malt style. The rum finish gives it a distinctive direction, while the subtle smoky and savoury accents add extra definition without taking over the whisky.

The distillery remains undisclosed, though the whisky is described as coming from the southern coast of Islay. That secrecy suits the mood of the bottle rather well. Agitator, based in Stockholm and led by Oskar Bruno, is a fitting name for that project. The distillery works with vacuum distillation and explores yeast, barley and wood with real intent.
