Vintage Bunnahabhain Auld Acquaintance 1968 Hogmany Edition

On request only

Vintage Bunnahabhain Auld Acquaintance 1968 Hogmany Edition is the kind of Islay single malt where the date matters. Distilled on 31 December 1968, it carries the feel of a specific vintage rather than a regular whisky release.

Its sherry maturation and cask strength bottling at 43.8% give the whisky a serious, traditional single malt identity. The emphasis here is not on volume or broad availability, but on origin, timing and the particular nature of the release.

Only 2002 bottles were produced, and with its collector's item status and last bottles indication, this Bunnahabhain has become a scarce presence. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a bottle for people who are drawn to vintage-dated Scotch, limited Islay releases and whiskies with a very clear (…)

Vintage Ardmore 1988 32y (Dutch Whisky Connection - They Inspired)

In stock

Vintage Ardmore 1988 32y is a Highland single malt built around maturity, scarcity and the individuality of one cask. Distilled in April 1988 and bottled in January 2021, it spent 32 years maturing before being bottled by Dutch Whisky Connection for the They Inspired series.

This release comes from a single Bourbon Barrel and was bottled at cask strength. Only 192 bottles were drawn from that cask, and with the last bottles now indicated, it feels less like a broad distillery expression and more like a precise snapshot of one long maturation.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued for exactly that sense of specificity. The supplied flavour profile points to fruit as the dominant theme, supported by clear wood and spice, with lighter floral (…)

Glenglassaugh The Serpentine 48y

Temporarily sold out

Glenglassaugh The Serpentine 48y is not a whisky to rush. It comes from cask 1863, an Aleatico red wine cask, and was bottled at 46.1% after 48 years of ageing. That combination of significant age and a very specific wine cask gives this Speyside single malt a clear identity of its own.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we introduce as a rare and considered release rather than a whisky for everyday pouring. With only the last bottles remaining, its scarcity is part of the story, but the real interest lies in the mature fruit-driven character described in the tasting notes.

The Serpentine shows Glenglassaugh in a ripe, layered style, with dark berries, exotic fruit and a fine saline touch. It is a whisky for slow tasting, where the details (…)

Mortlach 1987 38y (Adelphi) Incl. Box

On request only

Mortlach 1987 38y is a Speyside single malt with a distinctly mature presence. Distilled in 1987 and bottled in 2025, it spent 38 years in a bourbon hogshead, developing what the supplied information describes as rare complexity and exceptional aromatic depth.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle stands out because it captures one very specific cask: #1594. Only 188 bottles were drawn from it, and with the last bottles now indicated, it has the quiet appeal of a whisky that cannot be repeated in the same form.

The character is led by mature wood, supported by spice and fruit, with only a subtle floral and mineral-saline edge and no peat influence in the profile. At 45.9%, it reads as an old Mortlach shaped by time, cask and patient maturation rather than by (…)

Bruichladdich 2004 18y (The Whisky Agency)

In stock

Bruichladdich 2004 18y is built around a very specific idea: one Islay single malt, from one individual cask. Distilled in 2004 and bottled in 2022, it spent 18 years maturing in a Bourbon Barrel before being released as a single cask bottling.

That single cask identity matters. Rather than presenting a wider batch style, this bottle captures the character of one particular barrel at one particular point in its maturation. Bottling at cask strength, 51.3%, keeps the presentation close to the source.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Bruichladdich we look at as a more focused and limited release within the Islay single malt selection. With only the last bottles remaining, its availability is clearly narrowing.

Kavalan Solist Peated Nectar

In stock

Kavalan Solist Peated Nectar is a Taiwanese single malt with a very focused identity: single cask, cask strength, and finished in an Islay cask. Rather than presenting a broad house-style batch, it captures one particular cask at one particular point in its life.

Distilled in April 2015 and bottled in January 2021, it comes at 54% ABV. The flavour direction is led by pronounced fruit, with wood and spice giving structure. Peat and a light salty edge sit more in the background, adding the influence of the Islay finish without turning the whisky into something dominated by smoke.

Only 166 bottles were filled, and these are now among the last bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, that makes this a noteworthy Kavalan for drinkers who appreciate limited single cask (…)

Vintage Bowmore 1979 Bicentenary Soffiantino Import Incl. Box

Very last one in stock!

The *Vintage* Bowmore 1979 Bicentenary Soffiantino Import stands out as an older Bowmore release with clear collector interest. The 1979 vintage reference, the Bicentenary name and the Soffiantino Import indication all give this bottle a very different presence from a standard contemporary single malt.

It is still firmly a Bowmore single malt from Islay, yet much of its appeal lies in the bottle's own story and in its place among older whisky releases. At Drankenshop Broekmans, a whisky like this is treated as something for people who appreciate the character and rarity of past bottlings, especially with only the last bottles remaining.

The flavour profile points towards a fruit-led style, with wood and spice clearly supporting it. Light floral, salty and (…)

Bottled by Douglas Laing as part of the Platinum series, this release comes from a single oak cask and was presented at cask strength, 54.9% ABV. With only 259 bottles produced, and now marked as last bottles, it has the quiet scarcity that serious single cask releases often carry.

Springbank 25y B 2022

Very last one in stock!

Springbank 25y B 2022 is the kind of Campbeltown single malt where the details matter: 25 years old, bottled at 46%, and made by a distillery where everything from malting the barley to bottling takes place on its own site.

For this release, bourbon and sherry cask whiskies were brought together in port casks. That gives the whisky a mature, fruit-led profile, supported by oak, spice and a gentle salty edge. The emphasis is not on peat, but on layered maturity, vinous fruit and the depth that comes with long ageing.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottling naturally stands apart: a long-awaited 25-year-old Springbank, now down to the last bottles. It is a thoughtful choice for anyone looking for an older Springbank with ripe fruit, cask depth and a clear (…)

Bowmore 22y Aston Martin Masters' Selection Incl. Box

In stock

Bowmore 22y Aston Martin Masters' Selection is an Islay single malt with a clear sense of occasion around it. The name brings Bowmore and Aston Martin together, giving this 22-year-old whisky a more distinctive presence than a regular distillery release.

Its maturation in bourbon and sherry casks gives the whisky several layers to work with. Fruit is the leading element in the profile, while wood and spice add definition and depth. The Islay side is still there, expressed more gently through salty and peated accents rather than taking over the whole whisky.

Bottled at 51%, it has the strength to carry its age and cask influence with confidence. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we highlight for customers looking at mature Bowmore with a (…)

In stock

Break The Mould 2003 20y 9.289 presents Glen Grant in a very focused way: a Speyside single malt from one individual cask, distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2023 after 20 years of maturation. Released by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society as part of the Artist Collection, it feels less like a standard expression and more like a carefully framed cask selection.

Only 175 bottles were filled, and with the last bottles now indicated, the limited nature of this release becomes an important part of its appeal. What matters here is the singularity of the whisky: one cask, bottled at cask strength at 53.9%, carrying its own particular balance of maturity, fruit, spice and wood influence.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Glen Grant sits well among independent single malts (…)

Springbank 30y 2026 Incl. Box

Last one in stock!

Springbank 30y 2026 is a Campbeltown single malt from Scotland, matured for 30 years and bottled at 46%. That age statement already sets the tone: this is a whisky shaped by long maturation, careful cask selection and the quieter depth that only time can bring.

The maturation brings together sherry and bourbon casks, with just 1400 bottles released. Its profile is led by fruit, supported by clear wood influence and spice, while gentle salty, floral and lightly peated notes add extra definition rather than taking over.

Vintage Bunnahabhain 1986 30y North Star (North Star Spirits - Cask Series 002)

Very last one in stock!

The *Vintage* Bunnahabhain 1986 30y North Star is the kind of whisky where the facts already carry a strong story. Distilled in November 1986 and bottled in May 2017 after 30 years of maturation, it comes from a single Bourbon Hogshead and was bottled at cask strength by North Star Spirits as part of Cask Series 002.

Its scale is what makes it particularly striking: only 84 bottles were released. At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this naturally stand apart, because they show whisky not as a standard expression, but as the individual voice of one cask at one specific point in time.

At 52.5% alcohol, it keeps close to its natural strength. The collectors item indication and the fact that these are the last bottles underline how scarce this release has (…)
