Yoichi Single Malt + 2 Glasses Incl. Box

In stock

Yoichi Single Malt + 2 Glasses presents Japanese single malt in a set made for sharing. Bottled at 45% and carrying no age statement, it puts the focus on the whisky's style and composition rather than on a fixed number of years.

The character leans clearly towards spice, with lighter touches of fruit, gentle oak influence and a subtle peated edge. Maturation in oak cask gives the whisky its supporting structure without making the overall impression feel heavy.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of set that adds a little extra ritual to opening a bottle. The two glasses make it a thoughtful gift, but just as easily a bottle to enjoy at home with someone curious about Japanese single malt. With the last bottles now available, it is not a release (…)

Highland Park Cask Strength Batch 3 Incl. Box

Last one in stock!

Highland Park Cask Strength Batch 3 is a Scotch single malt from Orkney with a deliberately powerful presentation. Bottled at 64.1% ABV, it keeps close to its cask strength form, giving the whisky a more direct and concentrated feel than a gentler, heavily reduced release.

Sherry maturation shapes the background of this batch, with spice standing out as the main thread. Fruit sits in a lighter supporting role, alongside a modest touch of wood and peat. With no age statement on the label, the focus is less on years and more on the character of the batch itself.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Highland Park for drinkers who enjoy intensity and cask strength presentation, while still wanting a whisky where peat and oak remain part of the composition (…)

Highland Park Thorfinn

On request only

Highland Park Thorfinn is a Scottish single malt from Orkney, and that origin gives the whisky a clear sense of place from the start. As a no age statement release, it is presented more through its composition and character than through a number on the label.

Maturation in sherry and bourbon casks gives this Highland Park two complementary influences: a spiced core, with lighter touches of fruit, gentle wood and restrained peat smoke around it. The emphasis is clearly on spice, while the other elements support rather than dominate.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we place this bottle among the Highland Park selections for drinkers looking for an Orkney single malt with measured smoke, cask influence from sherry and bourbon, and a strength of 45.1%.

Highland Park Ragnvald

On request only

Highland Park Ragnvald is a Scottish single malt from Orkney with a clear emphasis on spice. Bottled at 44.6%, it has enough strength to carry that character confidently, while staying composed rather than forceful.

The oak cask maturation sits in the background as support, rather than turning the whisky into a wood-driven dram. Lighter fruit notes, a modest oak presence and a gentle touch of peat frame the spiced core. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Ragnvald as a Highland Park for those who enjoy an Orkney single malt where spice leads the conversation and smoke remains restrained.

The flavour impression is led by clear spice. Fruit, oak and light peat play supporting roles, giving the whisky a layered feel without making it heavy.

Benromach 2014/2024 Cask Strength Incl. Box

In stock

Benromach 2014/2024 Cask Strength shows Speyside single malt in a more direct, full-powered form. Bottled at 60.6%, it keeps a firm natural intensity rather than being softened down before release.

The bourbon and sherry cask maturation gives this Benromach its main frame. Fruit is present in a supporting role, spice comes through more clearly, the wood remains relatively restrained, and a light touch of peat adds an extra layer without taking over.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Speyside malt for drinkers who enjoy more grip and concentration in the glass. It is the kind of whisky to take time with, and a little water can be used to adjust the strength to personal taste.

The flavour profile is led by spice, with gentle fruit and a (…)

Ardmore 2011 9y (Campbeltown Whisky Company - Watt Whisky)

On request only

Ardmore 2011 9y is a Highland single malt with a very focused identity: distilled in 2011, bottled in June 2021, and drawn from a single bourbon barrel. Rather than representing a broad batch style, it captures one particular cask at one particular point in its development.

Released as a Watt Whisky bottling by Campbeltown Whisky Company, it was bottled at cask strength, 57.6% ABV. Only 222 bottles came from the cask. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we value for its directness: a specific Ardmore from a specific barrel, with no need to dress the story up.

The flavour profile places spice at the centre, with lighter fruit, gentle oak influence and a subtle peated note in support. With the last bottles now remaining, it also has the natural (…)

Highland Park 1995 (Jack Wieber's - The Scottish Malt's Steamship Line)

On request only

Highland Park 1995 is a Scottish single malt from Orkney with a very focused story behind it. Rather than being a broad official release, it was independently bottled by Jack Wieber's for The Scottish Malt's Steamship Line series. That immediately gives it a more individual identity: one cask, one bottling, one limited snapshot of maturation.

Distilled in 1995 and bottled on 25 November 2014, it spent 19 years in a hogshead before being released at cask strength, 54.2% ABV. With only 156 bottles produced, and now down to the last bottles, it sits in the Drankenshop Broekmans range as a particularly small-scale Highland Park for those who enjoy whisky with a clear sense of origin and bottling context.

What makes it interesting is the combination of Orkney (…)

Cotswolds Harvest 1 Tube Incl.

In stock

Cotswolds Harvest 1 is a British single malt whisky with a clearly spice-led personality. It carries no age statement, so the focus is less on a number of years and more on the style and flavour direction of the release itself.

At 52.5% alcohol, it has a notably firm presence. The flavour profile points towards spice as the main thread, supported by lighter touches of fruit, wood and a subtle peated note rather than a heavily smoky character.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Cotswolds bottling we would place in front of someone looking for a single malt with energy and definition, but still with enough supporting flavours to keep it composed.

Benromach Air Dried Incl. Box

In stock

Benromach Air Dried is a Speyside single malt with a clear focus on virgin oak. That cask choice gives the whisky a more direct wood-and-spice driven personality than a malt shaped only by previously used casks, while still keeping its Scottish Speyside identity at the centre.

Distilled in 2012 and bottled at 46%, it carries no age statement. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Benromach where the cask is not just background information, but an important part of the whisky's voice. Spice is the leading theme, supported by gentle wood, fruit, floral touches and a light peated note.

Air Dried is not presented as a heavily smoky malt or a purely sweet Speyside whisky. Its appeal lies in the way virgin oak, measured peat and Benromach's single malt (…)

Glen Moray Sherry Finish Incl. Box

In stock

Glen Moray Sherry Finish is a Scottish Speyside single malt built around its sherry cask finish rather than an age statement. The emphasis is on the influence of that finishing stage: spice sits at the heart of the whisky, with lighter touches of fruit and wood giving it extra shape.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would introduce to someone looking for a Speyside single malt with a sherry-finished angle, but without peat smoke or salty coastal notes taking over. Bottled at 40%, it keeps a straightforward presentation while still offering a clearly defined flavour direction.

The supplied flavour profile points first and foremost to spice. Fruit is present in a lighter role, while the wood influence stays more in the background, giving (…)

Jura The Sound 1l

Very last one in stock!

Jura The Sound 1l is a Scottish single malt from Jura, bottled at 42.5% and finished in Pedro Ximenez casks. Rather than focusing on an age statement, it draws attention to its island origin, its litre format and that particular cask finish.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to customers looking for a Jura with several gentle flavour accents rather than one dominant direction. The supplied profile indicates light fruit, spice, wood and a modest peated note, giving the whisky a measured and varied character.

Talisker Dark Storm 1l

On request only

Talisker Dark Storm 1l is a Scottish single malt from Skye, bottled at 45.8%. What gives this release its particular direction is the charred cask maturation, placing the emphasis on a darker, spicier side of Talisker rather than presenting it as a purely smoky whisky.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Talisker for drinkers who appreciate spice at the centre of the profile, with lighter notes of wood, fruit, saltiness and peat sitting around it. The character is clearly defined, but the available profile suggests several supporting layers rather than one single dominant impression.

The one-litre bottle gives it a more generous format than the standard 70 cl size. With only the last bottles remaining, Dark Storm also has a more temporary place in the (…)

At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottle like this is interesting because it sits at the crossroads of drinking whisky and Macallan collectability. Ardmore 12y Macb (Elixir Distillers - Macbeth Series)

On request only

Ardmore 12y Macb belongs to Elixir Distillers' Macbeth Collection, a set of 42 Scottish whiskies named after characters from William Shakespeare's Macbeth. This Ardmore is presented as Seyton and appears in Act One, where the collection begins to unfold its theatrical cast of malts.

The whisky itself is a 12-year-old Highland single malt bottled at 52.5% cask strength. Its maturation in a mix of American and European oak casks that previously held Laphroaig whisky gives it a distinctly smoky, savoury and spicy direction. The peat is part of the personality here, supported by spice, a touch of fruit and a subtle wood influence.

The Sherry Butt maturation and 56% strength give this release a firm, direct presence. As a single cask bottling, it stays close to the individual cask it came from, rather than being shaped into a broader house-style expression.

With 724 bottles produced and now marked as last bottles, this Glenallachie has a particular place at Drankenshop Broekmans among limited Speyside whiskies for drinkers who enjoy exploring a specific cask selection.

Its main appeal lies in the single cask nature of the whisky. Drawn from one hogshead, it represents one particular cask rather than a broad house-style composition. Amrut Fusion is an Indian single malt whisky with a clear sense of identity. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone who enjoys single malt but wants to explore beyond the most familiar whisky regions.

Bottled at 50%, it has enough strength to carry its profile with confidence. There is no age statement here, so the focus shifts away from numbers and towards style: oak cask maturation, a light woody touch, gentle spice, fruit and a subtle peated note all playing a part.
