Evan Williams Black
In stock
Evan Williams Black is an American bourbon with a straightforward sense of place and style. The clearest feature is the influence of American oak, supported by lighter touches of spice, fruit and a gentle floral note.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bourbon for customers who want a recognisably American whiskey without unnecessary complication. At 43% alcohol, it has a little more presence than very light bottlings, while keeping the focus firmly on a wood-led bourbon profile.
No age statement is given, so the emphasis sits naturally on its style rather than on maturation claims: bourbon from the United States, shaped by oak and rounded out by modest aromatic accents.

Willett Pot Still Reserve 1,75l
In stock
Willett Pot Still Reserve 1.75l is an American bourbon with a confident presentation: a generous 1.75 litre bottle and a strength of 47%. Rather than relying on an age statement, it puts the emphasis on the bourbon's own style and presence.
New oak plays a clear role in its make-up. The profile points to a noticeably woody side, supported more lightly by fruit, spice and floral nuances. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Willett as a bourbon for drinkers who appreciate a direct, oak-led character without needing the label to be built around age.
The larger bottle also gives it a practical, convivial appeal, especially when bourbon is being poured for several people or kept on hand for relaxed occasions. More information about the brand can be found at (…)Willett Pot Still Reserve

Willett Pot Still Reserve

Willett Pot Still Reserve is a bourbon that makes an impression before it even reaches the glass. The pot still-shaped bottle is one of Willett's most recognisable presentations, and it frames a small batch bourbon built around softness, approachability and generous flavour.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to present when someone wants bourbon with a story in its appearance as well as in the glass. Maturation in new oak supports the lightly woody finish, while vanilla, caramel, honey and yellow fruit give the whiskey its smooth, rounded feel.
Bottled at 47%, Willett Pot Still Reserve has enough presence to feel satisfying, yet its character remains easy-going and balanced. It works well for a gentle tasting moment and makes a (…)Willett Family Estate Small Batch Rye 4y

Willett Family Estate Small Batch Rye 4y

Willett Family Estate Small Batch Rye 4y is a straightforward American rye whiskey with plenty of presence: four years old, bottled at cask strength, and part of the Family Estate small batch line. At 55.2%, it is presented without being softened down, so the strength is very much part of its identity.
White oak plays a clear role in the character of this rye. The flavour profile points to wood as the main thread, supported by spice, fruit and a light floral touch. That gives it a more defined personality than a simple high-strength whiskey; there is structure here, with enough supporting detail to keep the rye character engaging.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Willett stands out as a popular choice among customers looking for an American rye with weight and (…)Ninkasi Pinot Noir 0,5l

Ninkasi Pinot Noir 0.5l is a French single malt whisky with a clear wine-cask identity, finished in Pinot Noir casks. That detail gives the bottle its own direction: a whisky shaped by a wine influence rather than by a more conventional maturation story.
Distilled in 2017 and bottled at 46.3%, this release was limited to 3000 bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it stands out as a compact 0.5 litre French single malt with a specific cask finish, now down to the last bottles in stock.
The supplied flavour profile points towards a whisky where wood plays the leading role, supported by lighter floral, spicy and fruity notes. In that sense, the Pinot Noir Finish is not just a label detail, but the key idea behind this Ninkasi release.

Tomatin Legacy is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 43%. With no age statement, the focus is less on a number and more on the style Tomatin presents here: a wood-led profile supported by lighter floral, fruity and spicy accents.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a straightforward introduction to a Highland single malt for drinkers who prefer a whisky without peat or salty influence. The supplied flavour profile points clearly towards oak as the main thread, with the softer notes adding shape rather than taking over.

Glenlivet Single Cask Castleton Of Blairfindy 18y is a Speyside single malt built around the individuality of one oak cask. Aged for 18 years, bottled in 2015 and released at a cask strength of 53.1%, it presents this particular maturation in a direct, undiluted way rather than as part of a broader vatting.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle stands out because the details all point in the same direction: single cask, last bottles and collector's item. It is not a standard Glenlivet release, but a limited snapshot from one specific cask, with the kind of scarcity that naturally attracts attention among single malt drinkers.
The stated flavour profile places oak clearly at the centre, with lighter floral, spicy and fruity accents around it. Peat smoke and (…)Mortlach Nad Sr 2023 Incl. Box

Mortlach Nad Sr 2023 is a Speyside single malt from Scotland with a very direct presentation: bottled at cask strength, carrying 58% alcohol, and released without an age statement. In the whisky range at Drankenshop Broekmans, it stands out as a bottle for drinkers who enjoy a more forceful style rather than a polished, softened approach.
The available flavour profile points first to wood influence, supported by lighter touches of spice, fruit and floral character. Peat is not part of the profile, so the weight of the whisky comes from its strength and oak-driven structure rather than smoke.
With only the last bottles remaining, Mortlach Nad Sr 2023 has an added sense of scarcity. It is best understood as a robust Speyside single malt for those who appreciate (…)Mannochmore 12y (Flora & Fauna)

Mannochmore 12y is a Speyside single malt Scotch with a straightforward sense of maturity: twelve years old, bottled at 43%, and matured in oak casks. The oak influence is the main thread here, supported by gentler floral, fruity and spicy touches rather than a heavily smoky or coastal style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place this Mannochmore among the Speyside whiskies for customers who enjoy a malt shaped by cask maturation without peat taking over the conversation. The profile points towards wood as the clearest element, with the lighter accents giving the whisky some lift and detail.
Its appeal lies in that directness: a 12-year-old single malt from Scotland's Speyside region, built around oak, age and restraint rather than an overload of (…)Auchroisk 2007 15y (Douglas Laing Old Particular) Tube Incl.

Auchroisk 2007 15y is a Speyside single malt with a very focused identity: one cask, one period of maturation, and a small outturn. Maturation took place in a refill hogshead, bringing a wood influence that is present without taking over the whisky's own voice. At 48.4% ABV it has enough strength to carry its flavour, while the age gives it a composed, mature feel.

As a single cask release bottled at cask strength, it is less about a polished house style and more about the voice of one individual cask. Speyside Distillery 1991 24y is a Scottish single malt selected by Cadenhead for the Cadenhead's Small Batch range. It has the feel of a focused independent bottling: distilled in 1991, matured for 24 years in bourbon hogsheads and bottled at cask strength.
At 50.5% alcohol, it carries a firm natural strength, while the release of 630 bottles keeps the scale deliberately small. At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued for the way they show a specific cask-driven interpretation of a single malt, especially when only the last bottles remain.

The two parts are then brought back together, giving this 12-year-old its polished classic style with both strength and elegance.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we like to use when explaining how cask influence shapes a single malt. The bourbon-matured part keeps the whisky malt-driven and approachable in structure, while the sherry casks add depth through wood, cocoa, orange and spice.
There is no peat smoke at the centre of the experience here. Dalmore 12y leans instead towards malt, fruit, a clear wood influence and a spicy finish. (…)Royal Brackla 12y Tube Incl.
