Jura The Sound 1l
Very last one in stock!
Jura The Sound 1l is a Scottish single malt from Jura, bottled at 42.5% and finished in Pedro Ximenez casks. Rather than focusing on an age statement, it draws attention to its island origin, its litre format and that particular cask finish.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to customers looking for a Jura with several gentle flavour accents rather than one dominant direction. The supplied profile indicates light fruit, spice, wood and a modest peated note, giving the whisky a measured and varied character.
With only the last bottles remaining, Jura The Sound has a slightly more fleeting place on the shelf, especially for those interested in this Pedro Ximenez-finished expression from Jura. Additional information about (…)Amrut Fusion Tube Incl.

Amrut Fusion is an Indian single malt whisky with a clear sense of identity. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone who enjoys single malt but wants to explore beyond the most familiar whisky regions.
Bottled at 50%, it has enough strength to carry its profile with confidence. There is no age statement here, so the focus shifts away from numbers and towards style: oak cask maturation, a light woody touch, gentle spice, fruit and a subtle peated note all playing a part.
Its appeal lies in that directness. Amrut Fusion feels distinctive without becoming complicated, and its steady popularity says a lot about how well this Indian single malt connects with curious whisky drinkers.
On tasting, Amrut Fusion (…)Highland Park Fire 15y

Highland Park Fire 15y
On request only
Highland Park Fire 15y is a Scottish single malt from Orkney with a very distinct identity within the Highland Park range. The name gives it immediate presence, yet the real point of interest is the combination of 15 years of maturation and a port matured cask style.
With 28,000 bottles released, this is a defined edition rather than an everyday bottling, and the available stock is now down to the last bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as one of those Highland Park releases that carries extra interest because it is both limited in scope and identified in the product data as a collector's item.
The flavour profile points towards a restrained mix of fruit, spice, wood and gentle peat, each present without one element taking over completely. That (…)Tomatin Cu Bocan Signature

Tomatin Cu Bocan Signature

Tomatin Cù Bòcan Signature is a Highland single malt from Scotland with a lightly smoky direction within the Tomatin range. The emphasis is not on heavy peat, but on a measured style where smoke sits alongside fruit, gentle spice and a touch of wood.
That is what gives this whisky its appeal. It does not rely on one dominant feature; instead, it brings several modest elements together in a clear, approachable way. The peat influence is present, yet it remains part of the whisky's structure rather than the whole identity.
Bottled at 46%, Tomatin Cù Bòcan Signature has enough strength to carry that flavour profile with confidence. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a Highland single malt for drinkers who appreciate a little smoke (…)Highland Park The Light 17y

Highland Park The Light 17y
Very last one in stock!
Highland Park The Light is a 17-year-old single malt from Orkney, bottled at a confident 52.9% ABV. The name is well chosen for the style suggested by the available profile: this is not a whisky built around one dominant note, but around a more lifted and composed expression of Highland Park.
American oak plays an important role here, while the flavour profile points to gentle wood, spice, fruit and peat rather than one forceful signature. That gives The Light its interest: it invites attention to detail, with several elements present in a restrained way.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottling stands out because it combines age, Orkney origin, American oak maturation and a defined release of 28,000 bottles. It feels like a specific chapter within Highland (…)Highland Park Ice 17y

Highland Park Ice 17y

Highland Park Ice 17y is a Scottish single malt from Orkney with a more distinctive place in the Highland Park range. The 17-year age statement, bourbon cask maturation and 53.9% alcohol strength give it a serious presence without needing a long list of embellishments.
Its limited nature is part of the attraction. A total of 30,000 bottles were released, and the whisky is marked as a collector's item. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of bottle that speaks to drinkers looking for a specific Highland Park release with age, origin and scarcity all playing a role.
The stated flavour profile points to a layered rather than overpowering style. Light wood, spice, fruit and peat are all present, with no single element described as dominant. That (…)Tomatin Cu Bocan 1l

Tomatin Cu Bocan 1l

Tomatin Cu Bocan 1l is a Scottish Highland single malt built around a modest interplay of fruit, light spice, gentle wood influence and a restrained peated touch. Its character is not driven by one dominant element; the appeal lies in the way these quieter accents sit alongside one another.
As a no age statement whisky, it speaks more through style than through maturation age. Bottled at 46%, it has enough presence to feel purposeful, and the 1 litre format gives it a generous, practical place on the shelf.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Tomatin for drinkers who want to explore a lightly peated side of single malt without moving into a heavily smoky direction. It keeps the Highland origin and the Tomatin name clearly in view, while adding that (…)Tomatin Cu Bocan 1988

Tomatin Cu Bocan 1988 is a Highland single malt with an Islay Finish, giving this 1988 distillation an extra layer of restrained smoky influence. It remains a Tomatin whisky at its core, but the finishing cask adds a different accent to the Highland character.
At 51.5%, it is bottled at cask strength, so the whisky is presented with natural intensity. The available flavour profile points to a subtle spread of fruit, gentle spice, light wood influence and a modest peated note rather than an overtly smoky style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this release stands out as a limited bottling of 2200 bottles, now marked as last bottles. That gives it a sense of scarcity without needing to overstate the point: it is simply a specific Tomatin release that will not remain (…)Tomintoul Peaty Tang 15y Tube Incl.

Tomintoul Peaty Tang 15y brings a less familiar side of Speyside into the glass. It is distilled from peated malted barley, described in the product information as a rarity for Speyside, while still keeping close to Tomintoul's gentle house style.
Fifteen years in carefully selected oak casks gives the peat time to settle into a more delicate, spicy smoke. The interest here lies in the contrast: Speyside malt, honey and vanilla giving roundness, with peat and dry oak adding a firmer, more savoury edge.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to show to whisky drinkers who know Speyside for its softness, but want to explore how that style changes when a measured layer of smoke is introduced.

Jim Beam Kentucky Dram 1l presents the Jim Beam name in a generous one-litre bottle, with a clear American whiskey identity. Its United States origin and the Kentucky reference in the name place it firmly in that American whiskey setting, while the product itself does not rely on an age statement for its positioning.
The key element here is American Oak. The wood influence gives the whiskey its main structure, supported by lighter spicy and fruity accents. At 40% alcohol, it remains straightforward in style, and the litre format makes sense for anyone who likes to keep a familiar American whiskey close at hand.
