Château Grimont 2020 is a red Bordeaux from Cadillac, on the right bank of the Garonne. The estate is based near Quinsac, south-east of Bordeaux, and this vintage is built around Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon adding structure and firmness. It is very much in the style of a ripe, dry, structured Bordeaux blend.
The Cuvée Prestige is made with a clear selection approach. The fruit comes from chosen parcels on well-exposed slopes, with clay and gravel soils playing an important role in the identity of the wine. Vinification by separate lots helps preserve the expression of the different parcels and of the 2020 vintage.

Chateau Grimont Cuvee Prestige 2019 is a red wine from Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux, on the right bank of the Garonne. This is the domaine's more selective cuvée, made from the best lots chosen from well-drained hillside parcels, with deliberately limited yields and stricter selection than the estate's traditional wines.
Merlot forms the heart of the blend, supported by Cabernet Sauvignon. That explains the combination described in the tasting notes: ripe, juicy fruit with a clear Bordeaux structure and a gently spicy edge. The lots are vinified separately under temperature control before the final blend is made, giving the producer room to shape the wine with precision.

Château Grimont Rosa Bonheur 2020 is an Édition Limitée red wine from Cadillac - Côtes de Bordeaux, produced in Quinsac on the right bank of the Garonne. The cuvée pays tribute to Rosa Bonheur, the painter and sculptor with historical ties to Château Grimont, and the label refers to her work La Foulaison du blé en Camargue.
The wine is a dry red Bordeaux blend made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Its sense of place is part of the story: the available vineyard information refers to clay- and gravel-rich soils on slopes around Quinsac. Château Grimont is linked to the Yung family, and the estate is also associated with a Haute Valeur Environnementale designation.
