Château Peyrabon 2019 is a red Haut-Médoc from Bordeaux with a clear Left Bank identity. It comes from Saint-Sauveur in the Médoc, close to Pauillac and the Gironde, and carries the Cru Bourgeois Supérieur designation. The setting and the blend point towards a wine built on structure, dark fruit and freshness rather than simple softness.
Cabernet sauvignon leads the blend, supported by merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot. The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted carefully and vinified in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless-steel vats. Extraction was handled with restraint, helping the wine keep definition while still showing the depth of the 2019 vintage.
Maturation took place for 14 months in barriques, 25% of them (…)Chateau Peyrabon 2020

Château Peyrabon 2020 is a red Haut-Médoc from Bordeaux carrying the Cru Bourgeois Supérieur designation. This is the estate's grand vin from Saint-Sauveur-Médoc, led by Cabernet Sauvignon and supported by Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
The vineyard is planted mainly on sandy gravel over clay, with a smaller clay-limestone component. For the 2020 vintage, the grapes were harvested between mid-September and early October, then destemmed, optically sorted and vinified in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless-steel vats. Extraction was kept gentle, with an average maceration of 21 days.
Fourteen months of ageing in French oak barriques, 25% of them new, gives the wine its combination of dark fruit, Médoc (…)Chateau Peyrabon 2020 Magnum (1,5l)

Château Peyrabon 2020 Magnum is a red Haut-Médoc Bordeaux presented in a bottle size that naturally brings a sense of occasion. The 1.5-litre format does not alter the cuvée itself, but it does give the wine extra presence on the table. This is a left-bank style blend led by Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
The grapes come from vineyards in Saint-Sauveur Médoc, planted on sandy gravel over clay, with a smaller clay-limestone component. In the cellar, the wine was vinified by homogeneous parcel in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless-steel vats, with moderate extraction. Maturation took place for 14 months in barriques, 25% of them new, adding structure and a measured oak influence to the (…)Chateau Peyrabon 2021

Château Peyrabon 2021 is a red Bordeaux from the Haut-Médoc, shaped clearly by Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate is based in Saint-Sauveur, on the edge of Pauillac, and this is the château's main wine. Its Cru Bourgeois Supérieur status gives it a recognisable place within the appellation.
The blend is led by Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. That explains the wine's emphasis on freshness, structure and dark fruit rather than simple softness. The vineyards are planted on sandy gravel over clay, with a smaller proportion of clay-limestone soils.
In the cellar, the 2021 was handled with precision: the grapes were sorted, vinified in separate homogeneous lots and extracted gently. Ageing lasted 14 (…)Chateau Peyrabon 2021 Magnum (1,5l)

Château Peyrabon 2021 Magnum is a red Bordeaux from the Haut-Médoc, produced at the château in Saint-Sauveur in the Médoc. The 1.5-litre magnum format gives the bottle real presence at the table, while the wine itself remains the estate's main wine: a Cru Bourgeois Supérieur built in a classic Médoc style.
Cabernet Sauvignon leads the 2021 blend, supported by Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. That Cabernet backbone helps explain the wine's focus on structure and defined tannins, alongside its fruit. The vines average 28 years of age and grow mainly on sandy gravel soils over clay, with an additional clay-limestone component.
The winemaking was handled with a careful, parcel-based approach: grape sorting, (…)Chateau Peyrabon 2022

Château Peyrabon 2022 is a dry red wine from Haut-Médoc in Bordeaux and is classified as Cru Bourgeois Supérieur. It is the main wine of Château Peyrabon, based in Saint-Sauveur in the Médoc. The blend is led by cabernet sauvignon, supported by merlot, with cabernet franc and petit verdot adding further detail.
For the 2022 vintage, the grapes were vinified in homogeneous lots in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless-steel vats. Extraction was handled with restraint, followed by an average maceration of 21 days. The wine then spent 14 months in barriques, 30% of them new, giving it a firm Bordeaux frame of dark fruit, spice, tannin and oak influence that the tasting notes suggest will benefit from further integration.
