Domaine Bouchié-Chatellier Pouilly-Fumé Premier Millésime 2022 is a dry white wine from the Loire, made in Saint-Andelain from 100% sauvignon blanc, known locally as Blanc Fumé. Premier Millésime is the estate's selected cuvée, drawn from chosen plots of old vines on the hill above the Loire.
The wine is shaped by a very specific place. Its grapes come from flint-rich clay soils with shell-bearing Kimmeridgian material, a combination selected for a more concentrated and structured expression than the estate's basic cuvées. That gives this Pouilly-Fumé its meeting point between ripe fruit, freshness and a distinctly stony, flinty thread.
In the cellar, the approach is precise: pneumatic pressing, static (…)Pouilly Fume Argile A Silex 2025

Pouilly Fumé Argile à Silex 2025 from Domaine Bouchie-Chatellier is a dry white wine from France's Loire region, within the Pouilly-Fumé AOC. It is made from Sauvignon Blanc, locally also referred to as Blanc Fumé, and its name points directly to the soils behind the wine: clay with flint on the higher slopes of Saint-Andelain.
The domaine works its vineyards traditionally, with ploughing and grass cover on the slopes. This cuvée is drawn from selected flint-rich terroirs near the top of the village, facing towards the Loire. The use of the estate's own massal selection, propagated since 1930, and vines noted at up to around 65 years old give the wine a strong sense of continuity and place.

Pouilly-Fumé Argile À Silex 2021 from Domaine Bouchie-Chatellier is a white Loire wine shaped very clearly by its place of origin. The cuvée comes from Saint-Andelain, from higher slopes rich in clay and flint, a terroir the domaine links with minerality, structure and ageing potential.
The grape is Blanc Fumé, the local name for Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards sit on slopes running down towards the Loire, with southern and western exposure. The domaine describes careful hand selection of the harvest, both in the vineyard and when filling the press, followed by gravity-led vinification and bottling in an underground, temperature-controlled cellar.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we find the 37.5 cl half-bottle format especially useful (…)Pouilly Fume Argile À Silex 2023 Magnum (1,5l)

The name Argile À Silex points directly to the vineyard soils: clay with a high proportion of flint. Domaine information links these sites on the higher slopes of Saint-Andelain with added structure and ageing potential. No oak ageing is specified for the 2023 vintage, so the focus stays on freshness, fruit, sauvignon blanc clarity and the mineral impression associated with this terroir.

Pouilly Fumé La Renardiere 2022 from Domaine Bouchie - Chatellier is a dry white Loire wine from the Pouilly-Fumé appellation near Saint-Andelain. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, locally known as Blanc Fumé, it is a wine where place matters just as much as grape variety.
The fruit comes from Sauvignon Blanc vines of around 30 years old on the higher slopes of Saint-Andelain. Silex-rich clay and Kimmeridgian marl are central to the identity of this cuvée, giving the wine its freshness, structure, length and distinctive flinty edge.
In the cellar, the approach is careful rather than showy. Parcels are vinified separately, the grapes are gently pressed and fermentation takes place slowly at cool temperatures in stainless steel. Part (…)Pouilly Fume La Renardiere 2023 Magnum (1,5l)

Domaine Bouchie - Chatellier La Renardière 2023 is a Loire white wine from Pouilly-Fumé, rooted in the hills of Saint-Andelain. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, locally known as Blanc Fumé, it comes from vineyards where clay, flint, chalk and Kimmeridgian marl help shape the wine's firm, mineral style.
La Renardière also carries a small piece of family history. Its name goes back to a domaine established near woodland where foxes lived, before family ties brought together related terroirs on the same Saint-Andelain hillside. That background matters here, because the cuvée is closely associated with these flint-rich slopes.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this 1.5-litre magnum stands out as a generous format for a wine with a (…)Pouilly Fume Renardiere 2021 Demi (37,5cl)

Pouilly-Fumé La Renardiere 2021 from Domaine Bouchie-Chatellier is a Loire white wine with a strong sense of place. It comes from Saint-Andelain, within the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, and is made from sauvignon blanc. Here, that grape takes on a very particular identity through clay and silex soils.
La Renardiere is one of the domaine's key cuvées. The name refers to the estate's location near woodland once associated with foxes. The vineyards lie on the higher slopes around Saint-Andelain, where silex plays an important role in the soil. That background helps explain the wine's mineral, flinty and lightly smoky expression.
The winemaking is precise and restrained: gentle pressing, separate vinification of parcels, cool fermentation in (…)
