Valdespino Herencia Vermouth has a distinctly Spanish foundation. Rather than relying only on botanicals, it begins with a blend of Oloroso Sherry aged for more than 12 years and Moscatel from the renowned Solera Promessa. The Oloroso brings mature depth, while the Moscatel adds a gentler sweetness and an elegant citrus accent.
Its aromatic side comes from a hydro-alcoholic maceration with bitter extracts of wormwood, coriander, elderflower and gentian, alongside chamomile blossom, clove, cinnamon, dried Seville oranges and juniper berries. That gives the vermouth its layered personality: bitter, sweet and spiced elements are all clearly present without losing the sherry-driven core.
