The white vineyard area mentioned for this wine covers just 1.25 hectares, giving it a particularly small-scale feel within the La Tour Carnet range.
The 2019 vintage was handled with notable care: selection in the vineyard, harvesting in small crates, pneumatic pressing, cool fermentation and 8 to 10 months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage. The use of gravity, with no pumping or filtration until bottling, points to a wine made with attention to texture and clarity.

Blanc De La Tour Carnet 2020 reveals a less familiar side of Bordeaux: a dry white wine from the Médoc, a region far more often associated with reds. It is produced by Château La Tour Carnet, a Bernard Magrez estate, and released as Bordeaux Blanc. The white vineyard covers just 1.25 hectares, giving this cuvée a distinctly small-production feel within the estate's range.
The blend is led by sauvignon blanc, with sémillon playing a supporting role. The grapes were hand-harvested, gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures. Ageing for 8 to 10 months on fine lees, with regular bâtonnage, brings extra texture and depth to the wine without losing its fresh Bordeaux identity.

Blanc de La Tour Carnet 2021 shows the white-wine side of an estate more often associated with red Haut-Médoc. This is a dry Bordeaux Blanc from France, made from an equal blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The Sauvignon Blanc brings citrus freshness and aromatic lift, while the Sémillon adds roundness and texture.
The fruit comes from a small white vineyard of around 1.25 hectares, planted with vines averaging about twenty years of age on clay-limestone soils. That origin matters, because it helps explain the wine's combination of freshness and substance. The estate also carries Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3 certification.
