The estate is based in Sauveterre-de-Guyenne, in the Entre-Deux-Mers area, and the wine carries that fresh white Bordeaux identity with citrus brightness, floral lift and a gentle exotic fruit accent.
The blend brings together Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Colombard. Sauvignon is given a short period of skin contact, while the Sémillon is pressed directly. Maturation for 4 to 6 months on fine lees in wooden vats and stainless steel adds a rounder opening to the wine, while keeping its fresh, dry profile intact.
