Chateau Pichon Baron 2021 Demi is the half-bottle format of the Grand Vin of Château Pichon Baron from Pauillac. The 37.5 cl indication refers to the bottle size, not to a separate cuvée, so this is the same Grand Vin in a smaller format.
This is a Left Bank Bordeaux from a property classified as a 2nd Grand Cru Classé in 1855. The 2021 blend is led very firmly by cabernet sauvignon, with 88% cabernet sauvignon and 12% merlot. The fruit comes from the oldest vines on the estate's historic parcels, with the Butte de Pichon Baron forming an important part of the Grand Vin.

Château Pichon Baron 2022 Demi is the Grand Vin of Château Pichon-Longueville Baron in a 37.5 cl half bottle. It is not a separate cuvée, but the same Pauillac from Bordeaux, drawn from the estate's oldest vines on its historic parcels.
The 2022 blend is 81% cabernet sauvignon and 19% merlot. That cabernet-led composition sits at the heart of the wine's identity: concentrated, structured and firmly rooted in the classic power of Pauillac. The growing season was warm, dry and sunny, with periods of water stress, yet the estate describes grapes with considerable tannic and colour richness.

Château Pichon Baron 2020 is the Grand Vin of Château Pichon Baron in Pauillac, Bordeaux. It also carries the longer historic association with Château Pichon-Longueville au Baron de Pichon-Longueville, and its status as a 2ème Grand Cru Classé from the 1855 classification places it firmly in the classical language of the Médoc.
The 2020 blend is led by cabernet sauvignon, with merlot completing the wine. The fruit comes from the estate's oldest vines on its historic plots, including the Butte de Pichon Baron, a sector in production as early as 1694 and reserved entirely for the Grand Vin. Careful parcel and intra-parcel selection shaped the wine before 18 months of maturation in barriques, 70% new and 30% one-year-old.
