Citadelle Gin

Citadelle Gin is a French gin with a clearly spiced profile, supported by lighter fruity and floral touches. At 44% alcohol, it has enough structure to carry its aromatic side with confidence, while keeping the overall impression refined rather than heavy.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, Citadelle is one of those gins we can easily place in conversation with customers looking for a French gin with a little more definition. Its appeal lies in that spiced core, softened by subtler accents that keep the style approachable and composed.

Citadelle Jardin D'Ete

Citadelle Jardin d'Eté is a French dry gin with a bright, aromatic style built around citrus, florals and fresh spice. Juniper is clearly present, as it should be, but Citadelle surrounds it with a broader botanical composition of 22 ingredients.
What makes it stand out is the way the freshness develops beyond simple citrus. The nose is lively and intense, with citrus fruit and juniper first, followed by violet and a gentle spicy touch. On the palate the floral side comes forward, joined by melon and mandarin, while nutmeg and angelica add a more savoury herbal depth later on.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of gin we like to present for a fragrant, refreshing Gin & Tonic that still has plenty to discover. The suggested serve with (…)Citadelle Cornichon

Citadelle Cornichon is a French gin with a name that immediately invites curiosity. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it sits among those bottles that naturally start a conversation: clearly part of the Citadelle range, yet presented with a playful twist that makes it stand out on the shelf.
Bottled at 43.8% ABV, it is firmly positioned as a serious gin, while the available product data does not give specific aroma or flavour details to describe further. What can be said with confidence is that its appeal lies in the French origin, the Citadelle name and the distinctive Cornichon identity.

Citadelle Gin Mini captures the Citadelle story in a smaller format: a French gin from Maison Ferrand, rooted in the surroundings of Château de Bonbonnet in south-west France. The setting is part of the appeal here: sunshine, sea, landscape and that unmistakable French apéro mood.
Citadelle is closely tied to its home. Juniper bushes grow around Château de Bonbonnet, and those berries gave Alexandre Gabriel the idea for a modern French gin de château. Today, the estate is surrounded by no fewer than 2500 juniper bushes.
Juniper is central to the gin's identity, joined by 19 other botanicals. Their flavours are drawn out through a slow process of progressive infusion, allowing the character of the botanicals to build gradually. At (…)Citadelle Gin Pouche 2,8l

Citadelle Gin Pouche 2,8l
Temporarily sold out
Expected: 01/11/2026Citadelle Gin Pouche 2.8l shows a different side of a familiar French gin. The liquid remains Citadelle Original: made from grain alcohol, infused with 19 botanicals and distilled in small copper stills. Before packaging, it is brought down to 44% vol., keeping the Citadelle taste intact in this larger EcoPouch format.
The format is the real point of difference here. This 2.8 litre EcoPouch was developed for the On-Trade and HORECA sector as a lighter, easy-to-handle and recyclable alternative. Citadelle states that the pouch weighs 17 times less than an empty bottle, meaning transport can require far fewer trucks on the road.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a practical evolution rather than a change in style. The gin itself stays the same, while the (…)Citadelle Jardin D'ÉTé Mini

Citadelle Jardin D'Été Mini is the small-format version of a French gin whose name immediately suggests a summer-garden mood. The available details are concise, but they place it clearly within the Citadelle range as a compact take on Jardin D'Été.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this mini format makes sense for customers who enjoy exploring gin in smaller bottles. At 41.5% alcohol, it remains a full-strength gin, simply presented in a more modest size.

Citadelle Old Tom No Mistake is a French gin from Citadelle, bottled at 46% ABV in a 50 cl format. The name clearly places it in the Old Tom world, while keeping the focus on this particular Citadelle release rather than on a generic gin style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottle like this is most interesting when someone wants to look beyond the obvious gin choices. Its French origin, Citadelle signature and distinctive Old Tom No Mistake name give it a clear place among gins with a more specific identity.

Citadelle Rouge

Citadelle Rouge takes the fresh Citadelle style into a more fruit-driven, gastronomic direction. It is made from grain alcohol, infused with 24 botanicals, and shaped around a clear red-fruit character while keeping that lively gin freshness at the centre.
Distillation in small copper stills gives the gin a crafted, precise feel. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Citadelle expression for drinkers who enjoy fruit and freshness with a subtle spiced edge rather than a heavy or overly sweet style.
Red berries and rhubarb give Rouge its recognisable tension: juicy, bright and gently sharp, with enough depth to feel more than simply fruity. Additional information about the brand can be found at https://www.citadellegin.com/
