Hampden 8 Marks 8*20cl

Hampden 8 Marks 8*20cl
In stock
Hampden 8 Marks 8*20cl is best seen as a discovery set rather than a single-bottle rum. It brings together eight different marks from Hampden Estate in Jamaica, each in a 20 cl format, giving the drinker a way to explore several sides of the same estate in one giftpack.
The foundation is firmly set: molasses rum, pot still distillation and bottling at 60%. That strength underlines its cask strength presentation and gives the set a direct, uncompromising feel. There is no age statement driving the story here; the focus is on comparison, intensity and the differences between the marks.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Hampden set sits comfortably among rums chosen for people who like to taste with attention, share a structured tasting, or give a rum gift with (…)Dow's Vintage 2003 Library

Dow's Vintage 2003 Library

Dow's Vintage 2003 Library is a red Vintage Port from Portugal's Upper Douro Valley, a region closely tied to the Dow name for more than two centuries. Since 1912, five generations of Symington winemakers have worked the vineyards of Quinta do Bomfim and Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira, two estates that sit at the heart of this release.
The Library edition is especially interesting because of its time before release. After 19 years of bottle ageing in the cellars of Dow's Lodge, the Symington family launched this 2003 Vintage Port as a limited edition, drawn directly from their own cellars. It has gained further complexity with age and is described as very enjoyable to drink now, while still retaining considerable ageing potential.
The grapes come mainly from (…)Miyagikyo Single Malt + 2 Glasses

Miyagikyo Single Malt + 2 Glasses
On request only
Miyagikyo Single Malt + 2 Glasses shows a refined side of Japanese single malt whisky. It comes from the Miyagi prefecture, from a valley where the Hirosegawa and Nikkagawa rivers meet. According to the supplied information, Masataka Taketsuru himself regarded this location as an ideal place for making single malt, thanks to its pure water, suitable humidity and fresh air.
Miyagikyo is associated here with a lighter, cleaner spirit, helped by upward lyne arms on the stills. That gives this whisky an elegant and fruity style, supported by maturation in sherry and bourbon casks. It is not built around weight or heaviness; its interest lies more in clarity, aroma and poise.
This no age statement version was launched in 2016 as the successor to the former (…)Starward 3x20cl Left Field, Nova, Fortis 43,7°

Starward 3x20cl Left Field, Nova, Fortis 43,7°

This Starward gift pack brings together three Australian single malts in practical 20 cl bottles: Left Field, Nova and Fortis. It is a thoughtful way to explore the Starward range side by side, without having to commit to one full-size bottle straight away.
The set stands out through its combination of Australian single malt whisky and a clear wine-cask influence. At Drankenshop Broekmans, a pack like this is especially useful for customers who enjoy comparing expressions and getting a feel for a producer's style in a more considered way.
There is no age statement here; the focus is on the character of the three named whiskies and on a profile where fruit, spice and wood all have a noticeable role. Bottled at 43.7%, it keeps enough presence while remaining (…)Pierre Ferrand Experience Kit 4x10cl (1840 Orignal Formula, Ambre, Double Cask &10generations

Pierre Ferrand Experience Kit 4x10cl (1840 Orignal Formula, Ambre, Double Cask &10generations
On request only
The Pierre Ferrand Experience Kit brings together four Pierre Ferrand cognacs in a 4 x 10 cl gift pack: 1840 Orignal Formula, Ambre, Double Cask and 10generations. Instead of presenting one single bottle, it gives you a compact way to explore several expressions from the same name side by side.
That comparative element is what makes the kit appealing. It invites a slower tasting moment, where each glass can be placed next to the others and understood in relation to the full selection. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of cognac set that makes sense for curious drinkers as well as for a thoughtful gift built around French spirits.
The set comes from France and is listed at 43.32% alcohol. As it concerns the last bottles, availability is limited.

Graham's 5x20cl

Graham's 5x20cl is best seen as a tasting journey rather than a single bottle of port. This gift pack brings together five 20 cl bottles from Graham's: Fine White Port, Late Bottled Vintage Port, Six Grapes Reserve Port, 10 Years Old Tawny Port and 20 Years Old Tawny Port. In one compact set, it introduces several key port styles from Portugal's Douro region.
The pleasure of this pack lies in the contrast. Fine White shows the lighter, fruit-driven side of Graham's with an almond note. LBV and Six Grapes move into the ruby family, where dark fruit and structure play a larger role. The 10 and 20 Years Old Tawnies take the tasting in a more mature direction, with nutty, honeyed, fig-like, dried-fruit and orange-peel tones.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like this (…)Ardbeg Monsters Of Smoke 10 Years, An Oa, Wee Beastie 3x20cl

Ardbeg Monsters Of Smoke 10 Years, An Oa, Wee Beastie 3x20cl
On request only
Ardbeg Monsters of Smoke brings together three Islay single malts in a 3 x 20 cl giftpack: Ardbeg 10 Years, An Oa and Wee Beastie. The title says a lot. This is a compact way to explore the smoky side of Ardbeg, with three different releases placed side by side.
The appeal lies in the comparison. Peat smoke and a salty Islay character form the main thread, while gentle spice, light fruit and a modest touch of wood add some supporting detail. It is not a broad, neutral whisky selection; it is a focused introduction to a clearly smoky Ardbeg style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this kind of set is especially interesting for customers who enjoy tasting with a purpose, sharing a few drams, or giving a whisky gift with a strong identity. As these are the last bottles, (…)
