About BITTERMENS
Avery and Janet Glasser created their first bitters in San Francisco in 2007. They used high-proof alcohol and a mix of herbs, peels, and other botanicals to approximate the flavor of a traditional Mexican sauce. That was the prototype for what is now their Xocolatl Mole Bitter. Since then, they have developed a whole range of bitters, syrups, and spirits. Everything they do exudes quality and focus, with the aim of making a significant impact in the cocktail world with products of the highest quality.
