About CASAMIGOS
Casamigos is a Mexican tequila brand that was founded in 2013 by George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman. The brand originally started as a privý project for friends and family, but quickly became a public favorite after the officiále launch. Casamigos is produced in the Jalisco region of Mexico, where it exclusively uses 100% blue agave. The tequila is known for a smooth and accessible style, which is partly achieved by a relatively long fermentation and aging period. There are several varieties within the range, including Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, each with its own flavor and aging profile. In 2017, Casamigos was acquired by Diageo, one of the largest beverage companies in the world, but production in Mexico was maintained. Through the combination of careful artisanal production and international recognition, Casamigos quickly grew into a beloved name within the tequila segment, both among aficionados and a broader audience.
