Instead of presenting Riesling in one of its more familiar settings, Azienda Agricola Nicola Di Sipio interprets the grape from Ripa Teatina, in the province of Chieti, as part of the estate's Collezione Internazionale.Made from 100% Riesling and released as Terre di Chieti I.G.T., the wine is shaped around freshness, aromatic clarity and tension. Maturation in stainless steel, followed by time in bottle, keeps the focus away from oak and firmly on the grape's lively, precise character.
