Di Sipio Colline Teatine Bianco 2025
| 1 review
In stockDi Sipio Colline Teatine Bianco 2025 is a white wine from Abruzzo, with its origin in the area around Chieti. Di Sipio is based in Ripa Teatina, in the province of Chieti, between the Adriatic coast and the Majella mountain area. The wine is presented as an expression of the Colline Teatine, with freshness, aromatic finesse and balance at its centre.
It is a blend of white grapes. Trade information mentions Pecorino, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo and Falanghina, without giving exact proportions. The wine is aged in steel and bottle, with the focus kept on aromatic clarity and the natural character of the grapes rather than oak influence.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Italian white we like to place on the table with Mediterranean-style dishes: antipasti, (…)Di Sipio Colline Teatine Rosso 2025

Di Sipio Colline Teatine Rosso 2025

Di Sipio Colline Teatine Rosso 2025 shows a youthful, modern side of Abruzzo. It comes from the Colline Teatine area around Ripa Teatina, near Chieti, where Di Sipio works among hills, vineyards and olive trees. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as the kind of red wine that speaks through freshness and fruit rather than weight or pronounced oak influence.
The producer describes it as a blend of red grapes, matured in steel and then in bottle. That keeps the emphasis clearly on young fruit expression. It also fits the positioning of the wine: a freer, more contemporary interpretation of the local terroir than the region's more traditional appellation styles.
There is a personal story behind the wine as well. Di Sipio connects it with the name Trevvoci, a (…)Di Sipio Montepulciano D'Abruzzo 2022

Di Sipio Montepulciano D'Abruzzo 2022
In stock
Di Sipio Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2022 is a dry red wine from Abruzzo, made entirely from Montepulciano. Its identity is closely tied to its origin: selected vineyards in Abruzzo, with Di Sipio based in Ripa Teatina in the province of Chieti, in an area shaped by the Adriatic Sea and the nearby Majella.
The approach in the cellar keeps the focus on fruit, freshness and structure. The grapes are harvested by hand and selected again on arrival at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by extended skin maceration. The wine then matures in steel and is kept in bottle for at least twelve months before release.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo with a clear sense of place and a (…)Di Sipio Montepulciano D'Abruzzo Riserva 5 2009

Di Sipio Montepulciano D'Abruzzo Riserva 5 2009
In stock
Di Sipio Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva 5 2009 is a red wine with a very particular story behind it. It comes from Ripa Teatina in the province of Chieti, within the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC/DOP appellation. For this vintage, the grapes are described as coming from an approximately fifty-year-old vineyard where the vines grow among olive trees, following a traditional local planting system.
The remarkable part is the time this wine spends in contact with its skins. For the 2009 vintage, the vinification is described as five years of maceration in a wooden vat of around 30 hectolitres. The name 5 refers to the time needed to make the wine. It is also a cuvée produced only in selected years; up to the release of the 2017 vintage, only 2007, 2009 and 2017 had (…)Di Sipio Terre Di Chieti Pecorino 2025

Di Sipio Terre Di Chieti Pecorino 2025
In stock
Di Sipio Terre di Chieti Pecorino 2025 is a dry white wine from Abruzzo with a distinctly regional voice. It comes from the Terre di Chieti IGT area in the province of Chieti, where Di Sipio is based in Ripa Teatina, between the Adriatic coast and the inland hills.
Made entirely from Pecorino, the wine is vinified without oak, with stainless steel and bottle ageing keeping the focus on freshness and aromatic clarity. Gentle pressing, short skin contact and cool fermentation all support that style: clean, bright and driven by acidity rather than weight.
In the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Italian white that stands out through tension and savoury freshness. The 2025 vintage was awarded 90 points by Wine Enthusiast, with particular (…)Di Sipio Terre Di Chieti Riesling 2022

Di Sipio Terre Di Chieti Riesling 2022
In stock
Di Sipio Terre Di Chieti Riesling 2022 is an Italian white wine from Abruzzo with a rather distinctive angle. Instead of presenting Riesling in one of its more familiar settings, Azienda Agricola Nicola Di Sipio interprets the grape from Ripa Teatina, in the province of Chieti, as part of the estate's Collezione Internazionale.
Made from 100% Riesling and released as Terre di Chieti I.G.T., the wine is shaped around freshness, aromatic clarity and tension. Maturation in stainless steel, followed by time in bottle, keeps the focus away from oak and firmly on the grape's lively, precise character.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone curious about Riesling in a Mediterranean Italian context. Serve it well chilled, (…)Di Sipio Trebbiano D'Abruzzo Bianco 3 2016

Di Sipio Trebbiano D'Abruzzo Bianco 3 2016
In stock
Di Sipio Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Bianco 3 2016 is an Italian white wine from Abruzzo, made from Trebbiano d'Abruzzo by Azienda Agricola Nicola Di Sipio in Ripa Teatina, in the province of Chieti. It is rooted in a very specific place: the hills of Abruzzo, shaped by the Adriatic side of the region and the inland landscape towards the Majella.
There is more going on here than in a straightforward fresh white. Di Sipio works with selected grapes, gentle pressing and temperature-controlled vinification, then brings together components shaped in different ways. According to the producer, part of the wine is fermented and matured in amphora, while another part is vinified in new barriques. That combination helps explain the wine's mix of freshness, structure and depth.
