Caol Ila 2011 14y (Berry Bros Odyssey Range)
In stock
Caol Ila 2011 14y is a single malt from Islay bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd as part of the Odyssey Range. At 52.4% cask strength, it keeps a close connection to the individual cask rather than smoothing everything into a broader house style.
This 14-year-old release comes from a single cask, #312219, with an outturn of just 240 bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are interesting because they show a very specific side of a distillery rather than a repeated standard expression. With only the last bottles remaining, that sense of a small, finite release becomes even more tangible.
The supplied tasting detail points to a Caol Ila that keeps its Islay smoke, while bringing a sweeter and fruitier dimension into the glass. Cola-like candy (…)Ardbeg 2013 8y Single Cask

Ardbeg 2013 8y Single Cask

Ardbeg 2013 8y Single Cask is a very focused Islay single malt: one cask, one maturation story and a limited outturn of 670 bottles. Distilled on 20 February 2013 and bottled on 9 September 2021, it captures Ardbeg at 8 years old through the lens of a single individual cask.
The whisky was matured in a Sherry Butt and bottled at cask strength, 60.9%, giving this release a direct and uncompromised presentation. Rather than blending several casks into a broader house style, this bottling keeps the attention on the specific cask from which it came.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this are valued for their clear sense of origin and limited nature. The combination of single cask, cask strength, 670 bottles and the fact that these are the last bottles makes (…)Highland Park Set 3x5cl (12y, 18y & Dragon Legend)

Highland Park Set 3x5cl (12y, 18y & Dragon Legend)
In stock
The Highland Park Set 3x5cl brings together three expressions from the Orkney single malt house: Highland Park 12 Year Old, Highland Park 18 Year Old and Dragon Legend. Rather than focusing on one full bottle, it gives you a compact way to explore the range side by side.
Its appeal lies in the comparison. The 12 year old, the 18 year old and Dragon Legend each sit within the same Highland Park family, yet the set leaves room to notice how the style can shift across different expressions. That makes it a thoughtful gift pack, but also a good choice for a calm tasting moment with someone who enjoys Scotch single malt.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this kind of set as a small introduction with real conversation value. Three 5 cl bottles, presented together at (…)Ian Macleod's As We Get It Islay Cask Strength

Ian Macleod's As We Get It Islay Cask Strength
In stock
Ian Macleod's As We Get It Islay Cask Strength is a direct, full-powered take on Islay single malt: peated, non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength. Rather than leaning on an age statement, it puts the focus on the whisky as it comes from the cask.
At 60.4% ABV, this is a whisky with real weight behind it. The label's reference to the old British 107 proof measure suits the style well, underlining the robust nature of the bottling. Its Islay origin comes through in the smoky, peaty side of the whisky, supported by a clear salty edge.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would introduce to someone who enjoys Islay whisky in a more concentrated and less polished form. A drop or two of water is well worth considering, not to dilute the (…)Big Peat Feis Isle 2025 No Giftbox (Douglas Laing Regional Malts)

Big Peat Feis Isle 2025 No Giftbox (Douglas Laing Regional Malts)
Only 2 left in stock!
Big Peat Feis Isle 2025 is a special Douglas Laing release created in honour of the annual Feis Isle festival on Islay. In the Big Peat range, this edition leans strongly into the island's identity: a blended malt made from Islay malts, with a profile built around peat smoke, sea air and a distinctly maritime feel.
The 2025 release is shaped by its 2010 vintage and maturation in refill hogshead casks. In this case, the cask choice is about preserving aromatic purity and intensity rather than pushing heavy oak to the front. That allows the smoky, salty side of the whisky to remain central, while gentle wood, spice and fruit notes sit in support.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a whisky for drinkers who enjoy Islay when it speaks with a coastal, smoky (…)Caol Ila 13y Gmp (Gordon & Mcphail) Tube Incl.

Caol Ila 13y Gmp (Gordon & Mcphail) Tube Incl.
On request only
Caol Ila 13 Year Old by Gordon & MacPhail shows a welcoming side of Islay single malt without losing the island signature. It comes from the Discovery range, created as an accessible introduction to Gordon & MacPhail's single malt portfolio. Caol Ila itself is located on the north-eastern side of Islay, near Port Askaig, and that origin comes through in the whisky's gentle peat smoke and salty edge.
What makes this bottling stand out is the sweet, fruit-led expression of that Islay style. The bourbon cask maturation supports notes of vanilla, apricot jam and tropical fruit, while malt, lemon zest and soft smoke keep the whisky lively and unmistakably coastal. At 13 years old and bottled at 43%, it feels composed, clear and easy to understand without becoming (…)Orkney 2007 (Berry Bros)

Orkney 2007 (Berry Bros)

Orkney 2007 is a Scottish single malt with an appealing element of discretion: the distillery is undisclosed, while the Orkney origin remains the defining clue. In the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, that makes it the kind of whisky that invites attention from drinkers who enjoy exploring provenance without having every expectation set by a familiar distillery name.
Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023, it comes from a single hogshead cask and was released at cask strength. That gives the whisky a very direct identity: one cask, one bottling, no broad blending into a standard house style. At 63.5% alcohol, it clearly keeps the force of the cask intact.
With the last bottles now indicated, this release carries the feel of a finite snapshot rather than an (…)Caol Ila 2017 9y Rum Cask Finish (Douglas Laing Old Particular)

Caol Ila 2017 9y Rum Cask Finish (Douglas Laing Old Particular)

Caol Ila 2017 9y Rum Cask Finish shows the idea behind Douglas Laing's Paradise In Smoke Collection very clearly: take the coastal smoke of Islay and place it beside a warmer, less expected influence. The whisky still speaks unmistakably of Caol Ila, with maritime character, refined peat smoke and a salty coastal edge.
The finish in a single Barbados rum cask adds layers of tropical fruit and gentle sweetness without pushing the distillery style into the background. That is what makes this release engaging: the rum cask influence brings warmth and fruit, while the Islay side keeps its shape.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Douglas Laing Old Particular stands out for drinkers who enjoy Caol Ila but are curious to see it from a slightly different angle. Drawn (…)Talisker 8y Dlop Lmdw (Douglas Laing - Provenance)

Talisker 8y Dlop Lmdw presents a Scotch single malt from Skye through the lens of independent bottler Douglas Laing. Released in the Provenance series, it draws attention to one clearly defined selection rather than to a broad, standard expression.
Distilled in December 2008 and matured for eight years in a hogshead, it was bottled at cask strength, 57.5%. With 428 bottles produced and the last bottles now remaining, this is a finite release with a very specific place and moment attached to it.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued for the way they show a familiar Skye name from a more focused perspective. Its charm lies in comparison rather than in one single house style. The set lets you move through six takes on blended malt Scotch whisky, each built around a regional identity. With no age statement, the focus remains on style, origin and variety.

Six Isles Cask Strength is a Scottish blended malt bottled at cask strength, at 58%. It shows The Six Isles in a more forceful register: intense, direct and deliberately uncompromised.
The name points to the six Scottish islands behind the whisky's identity. In this Cask Strength release, that island-driven impression comes through clearly, with smoke, sea air, saltiness and spice given plenty of room, while fruit and wood add supporting depth.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a blended malt for drinkers who appreciate a firmer, more energetic style. The high strength is part of the experience rather than a side note, giving the whisky its concentrated, oily and outspoken feel.

Symbiosis 2 Artist 15 is a Scottish blended malt from La Maison du Whisky's Artist Collection, built around a clear idea: to explore the breadth of Islay peat through the meeting of Bunnahabhain and Caol Ila.
For this second Symbiosis release, two Bunnahabhain parcels from 2013 and 2014 were combined with three Caol Ila vintages from 2014, 2015 and 2018. After seven years of maturation, the whisky was further refined in a new toasted oak barrel and bottled at its natural strength of 50.5% alcohol.
The appeal lies in the way the components speak to each other. Bunnahabhain brings an earthier, more refined peat character, while Caol Ila contributes a maritime, smoky side. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottling we like to explain slowly: not just (…)Isle Of Skye 30y Incl. Box

Isle Of Skye 25y is a Scottish blended whisky shaped by a full quarter-century of maturation. That long ageing gives it a more settled, mature voice, with old whisky notes sitting alongside a measured smoky presence.

The supplied description points to dried fruit, wax and leather, with the characteristic smoke of Islay adding depth rather than taking over completely. It feels like a whisky to approach slowly, glass in hand, allowing the darker and more mature tones to unfold.

Isle Of Skye 8y is a Scottish blended whisky with its island origin clearly signalled in the name. With 8 years of age and maturation in oak casks, it sits in a classic Scotch whisky setting while carrying a gentle sense of Skye's coastal identity.

That gives the whisky a measured, approachable shape rather than a forceful single-note character.

The striking element here is the Mezcal cask finish. It draws an unexpected but natural line between Islay peat smoke and the earthy, mineral side linked in the product information to Mexican agave spirit. Talisker Parley Wilder Seas is a limited-edition single malt from Skye that places the sea at the centre of the story. That connection is present in the whisky's salty, smoky character, but also in the collaboration behind the release: Talisker works with Parley For The Oceans to help protect marine nature areas for future generations.
Maturation in French oak XO cognac casks gives this Talisker an added fruit-driven depth. Soft plum, sweet raisin, sea salt and spicy smoke are the key impressions here, carried with good intensity at 48.6% alcohol. It remains recognisably maritime, while the cognac cask influence brings a richer fruit tone to the conversation.
