Donnachiara Bene Fala 2021 is a dry white wine from Campania with a clearly regional voice. It is made entirely from Falanghina, using grapes from the heart of the Taburno area in the province of Benevento. Rather than relying on an international white grape variety, it shows a local southern Italian style with its own aromatic signature.
Donnachiara is based in Montefalcione in Irpinia, and the winemaking for this wine is aimed at keeping the fruit clean and the freshness intact. The grapes are cooled after crushing, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel, without malolactic conversion. That approach keeps the wine dry, bright and aromatic.

Donnachiara Greco Di Tufo 2021 is a dry white wine from Campania, made from 100% Greco within the Greco di Tufo DOCG appellation. Its origin lies in Irpinia, around Tufo in the province of Avellino, where clay and tuff-rich soils help shape the wine's firm, mineral-driven style.
The winemaking is kept clean and stainless steel-focused, without an oak accent. The grapes are gently pressed, the must is cold-settled and fermentation takes place in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out, keeping the emphasis on freshness, fruit definition and dry structure.
