Tenuta Di Nozzole La Forra Chianti Classico Riserva Sangiovese 2021
In stock
La Forra is the historic Chianti Classico Riserva from Tenuta di Nozzole, the Greve in Chianti estate owned by the Folonari family since 1971. The wine comes from the La Forra area within the Chianti Classico DOCG and is made from Sangiovese. First produced in 1980, it has become one of the estate's defining wines.
The vineyards sit at around 300 to 330 metres above sea level on loam and clay soils. For the 2021 vintage, the producer describes a warm, dry summer followed by sunny, breezy September and October conditions with cool nights. That slower final ripening is important here, because the wine carries ripe fruit while retaining the structure expected from a serious Riserva.
Fermentation took place in stainless steel, with around four weeks of (…)Campo Al Mare Petit Verdot 2020

Campo Al Mare Petit Verdot 2020

Campo Al Mare Petit Verdot 2020 is a red Toscana IGT from Tenuta Campo al Mare, the coastal Tuscan estate of Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari in the Bolgheri area. Petit Verdot ripens here in a warm setting moderated by winds from the Tyrrhenian Sea, giving the wine a dark, concentrated and firmly structured personality.
The 2020 vintage is made entirely from Petit Verdot selected from the estate's best vineyards. It was a relatively regular growing year, without an extremely hot summer, and the grapes were harvested in the third ten days of September. Fermentation took place in stainless steel with around 30 days of maceration, followed by roughly 20 to 24 months in 225-litre French oak barriques, half new and half one year old, plus bottle ageing.

Tenuta La Fuga Brunello di Montalcino 2019 is a dry red wine from Tuscany, produced at Tenuta La Fuga by Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute. It comes from Montalcino, within the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, and carries the composed, structured style one expects from a serious Sangiovese-based wine from this area.
The grapes come from the estate's own vineyards southwest of Montalcino, on the historic Camigliano side, at around 350 metres above sea level. The producer points to the medium clay soils with abundant stony material and the south-western exposure towards the Tyrrhenian Sea as elements that help shape the phenolic structure of the Sangiovese.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with a skin maceration of about four weeks, followed by long (…)Bst (Baby Super Tuscan) Sangiovese/Cabernet Sauvignon 2024

Expected: 22/11/2026Bst, short for Baby Super Tuscan, is an Italian red wine from Ambrogio E Giovanni Folonari. Its identity is stated clearly on the label: Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon brought together in one cuvée.
The 2024 vintage comes in at 13.5% alcohol, giving this wine a modern and straightforward profile within the Italian red wine category. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see bottles like this as a good match for customers who want an Italian red with a clear grape composition and a name that immediately tells you the direction of the wine.
Bst Sangiovese/Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 is mainly about the pleasure of discovering Italy through a red blend. The essentials are right there in the name: Italian, red, built around Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, and (…)Campo Al Mare Baia Al Vento Bolgheri Superiore 2018 Magnum (1,5l) Incl. Box

Campo Al Mare Baia Al Vento Bolgheri Superiore 2018 is a serious Tuscan red from Bolgheri, presented here in a 1.5 litre magnum bottle. The 2018 blend is led by Merlot, with Cabernet Franc adding a smaller supporting part, from selected vineyards of Tenuta Campo al Mare.
The wine's depth is closely tied to its patient élevage. After an extended maceration, it spent around 30 months in French oak tonneaux and barriques, followed by bottle ageing. That long development helps explain the firm structure and the savoury, spiced, tobacco-and-chocolate nuances around the ripe fruit.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Bolgheri Superiore with real table presence and a clear ageing perspective. The producer indicates a cellaring potential of up to 30 (…)Campo Al Mare Baia Al Vento Bolgheri Superiore 2020

Campo Al Mare Baia Al Vento Bolgheri Superiore 2020 is a dry red wine from Bolgheri in Tuscany, produced at Tenuta Campo al Mare, the Bolgheri estate of Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute. Within the Campo al Mare range, Baia al Vento is the estate's Merlot expression, and the 2020 vintage is made from 100% Merlot.
The fruit comes from selected vineyards in the Bolgheri area, including a vineyard of around 7 hectares near Vallone dei Messi. The producer describes the soils as rich in minerals and iron, contributing to structure and aromatic intensity. Bolgheri's setting also matters here, with the influence of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the shelter of the Colline Metallifere shaping the local microclimate.
The 2020 growing season began with a relatively cool (…)Campo Al Mare Bolgheri Rosso 2021

Campo Al Mare Bolgheri Rosso 2021 is a red Italian wine from Ambrogio E Giovanni Folonari. The name gives the wine its clear identity: a Bolgheri Rosso from the 2021 vintage, with a recognisable Italian origin for customers looking beyond everyday red wine.
At 15.5% alcohol, it sits firmly in the realm of red wine with real presence rather than a light, delicate style. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would introduce this bottle to someone asking for an Italian red with more weight and confidence, while keeping the description grounded in the information supplied for this wine.
No detailed aroma or flavour notes are provided for Campo Al Mare Bolgheri Rosso 2021. The available information does show a red Italian wine at 15.5% alcohol, placing it more toward a (…)Grappa Campo Al Mare Bolgheri Invecchiata 50cl

At Drankenshop Broekmans, a grappa like this sits naturally among Italian digestifs with a defined sense of origin. The 50 cl bottle and 43% alcohol strength give it a serious yet approachable format, suited to slow serving after a meal or to exploring Italian distillates beyond the more familiar classics.

Tenuta Di Nozzole Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2016
Temporarily sold out
Expected: 22/11/2026Tenuta di Nozzole Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2016 is a Tuscan red wine from Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari, produced in Greve in Chianti. The cuvée bears the Giovanni Folonari name and represents a more traditional interpretation of Chianti Classico Gran Selezione, made from 100% Sangiovese grown on the estate, with fruit from a cru at around 300 metres above sea level.
The maturation approach is an important part of its identity. After vinification, the wine spent 24 months in large used Slavonian oak casks, followed by bottle ageing. Rather than placing oak at the centre, this style gives Sangiovese room to show its own personality: ripe red fruit, spice, freshness and firm structure.
The 2016 vintage saw a mostly warm, dry summer and a steady (…)Tenuta Di Nozzole Chianti Classico Sangiovese 2022

Tenuta Di Nozzole Chianti Classico Sangiovese 2022

Tenuta di Nozzole Chianti Classico Sangiovese 2022 comes from Greve in Chianti, in Tuscany's Chianti Classico DOCG area. It is a dry red wine made from Sangiovese grown on the estate vineyards of Tenuta di Nozzole, a historic property associated with the Folonari family since 1971.
The producer describes it as a modern expression of pure Sangiovese. The vineyards sit at roughly 280 to 380 metres above sea level, on loam and clay soils, surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation of the Chianti hills. The 2022 vintage began cold and dry, moved through warm summer months, and benefited from rain and cooler conditions around mid-August that supported ripening.
In the cellar, the wine was fermented in stainless steel, macerated on the skins for around four weeks, (…)Tenuta Di Nozzole Il Pareto 1987

Tenuta Di Nozzole Il Pareto 1987

Tenuta di Nozzole Il Pareto 1987 is a meaningful bottle in the story of modern Tuscan wine. This was the very first vintage of Il Pareto, a red wine from Greve in Chianti made as a Supertuscan: not based on Sangiovese, but entirely on Cabernet Sauvignon from the Il Pareto vineyard.
The vineyard sits at around 330 to 370 metres above sea level on the historic Tenuta di Nozzole estate, part of Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute. The Folonari family acquired the estate in 1971, and Il Pareto became its Cabernet Sauvignon cru. In 1987, producing a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon in this part of Chianti Classico was still an unusual and deliberate choice.
The producer notes that the 1987 growing season was marked by significant rainfall during the final stage of (…)Tenuta Di Nozzole Il Pareto 1987 Magnum (1,5l)

Tenuta Di Nozzole Il Pareto 1987 Magnum is a red Italian wine with a presentation that immediately sets it apart. The 1987 vintage, the 1.5-litre magnum bottle and the gift packaging give it a presence that goes beyond an everyday bottle of wine.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place this bottle in the hands of someone looking for an Italian red wine with a sense of occasion: a clearly stated vintage, a larger format and the Ambrogio E Giovanni Folonari name behind it. The listed alcohol strength is 12.5%, so the available data points to a wine with a moderate alcoholic level.
As no detailed tasting note is supplied, the focus here remains on the confirmed elements: Il Pareto 1987, red wine from Italy, in magnum format and presented as a gift pack. It is (…)Tenuta Di Nozzole Il Pareto 1988

Tenuta Di Nozzole Il Pareto 1988

Tenuta di Nozzole Il Pareto 1988 is a Tuscan red with real context behind it. Il Pareto was created as a Cabernet Sauvignon cru within the Chianti area, drawn from the vineyard of the same name at Tenuta di Nozzole in Greve in Chianti. Since the first vintage was 1987, the 1988 belongs to the very early years of this wine.
Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, it sits within the Super Tuscan style and is identified by the producer as Il Pareto Toscana IGT. For Il Pareto, the producer describes stainless-steel vinification with maceration, délestage and remontage, followed by ageing in toasted French barriques and further bottle maturation. These are general production details for the cuvée rather than a vintage-specific technical sheet, but they do help explain (…)Tenuta Di Nozzole Il Pareto 1993

Tenuta di Nozzole Il Pareto 1993 is a Tuscan red wine with a meaningful place in the estate's history. Il Pareto began in the 1980s as Tenuta di Nozzole's Cabernet Sauvignon project in Greve in Chianti, with 1987 as the first vintage. The 1993 release now belongs to the older historical vintages of this Toscana Rosso I.G.T., stylistically connected to the Supertuscan tradition.
The wine is associated with the Il Pareto vineyard area on the historic Tenuta di Nozzole estate, owned by the Folonari family since 1971. The vineyards lie at around 330 to 370 metres above sea level on clay-loam soils. In the producer's general information, Il Pareto is described as 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented in stainless steel and aged in French barriques.

Tenuta di Nozzole Il Pareto 1998 is a Tuscan red with a very specific identity within the estate. Il Pareto is Tenuta di Nozzole's Cabernet Sauvignon cuvée, made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Il Pareto vineyard in Greve in Chianti, at around 350 metres above sea level. Rather than following the traditional Chianti route, it belongs to the Super Tuscan idea of expressing Tuscany through a different grape and structure.
The wine was created in the 1980s, with 1987 mentioned by the producer as the first vintage. It holds the position of a cru within the estate and is made only in selected years. Tenuta di Nozzole Il Pareto 1998 is a Tuscan red with a story that sits slightly outside the classic Chianti frame. Rather than a traditional Sangiovese-led wine, this Toscana IGT from Greve in Chianti is presented by the estate as a Cabernet Sauvignon from the Chianti area. The fruit comes from the Pareto vineyard at Tenuta di Nozzole, placing the wine firmly in the Supertuscan tradition of expressing international grape varieties through a Tuscan lens.
The 1998 vintage was made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested at full ripeness in the second half of October. Fermentation took place under temperature control, with at least 15 to 18 days of skin contact, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then matured for 15 to 18 months in French oak barriques and spent a (…)Tenuta Di Nozzole Il Pareto 1999

Il Pareto 1999 is a distinctive wine within the Tenuta di Nozzole story. The estate is based in Greve in Chianti, in the Chianti Classico area, yet this bottling deliberately steps outside the classical Chianti Classico framework. It is a Toscana IGT made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Pareto vineyard.
That places Il Pareto firmly in the estate's Supertuscan line. The first vintage was 1987, and the wine is produced only in selected years. For 1999, the producer notes that Cabernet Sauvignon reached good maturity, with the grapes harvested fully ripe in the second half of October.
Fermentation was temperature-controlled, with at least 15 to 18 days of skin contact, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then spent 15 to 18 months in French oak (…)Tenuta Di Nozzole Il Pareto 1999 Magnum (1,5l)

Tenuta Di Nozzole Il Pareto 1999 in magnum format immediately feels different from a standard bottle. As an Italian red wine in a 1.5 litre bottle, with the 1999 vintage clearly at the centre, it has the kind of presence that naturally draws attention at the table.
From Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari, this bottle is defined by a few strong elements rather than a long list of details: the producer name, the mature vintage, the red wine style and the generous magnum format. It is the sort of bottle chosen with a particular moment in mind, where the presentation matters as much as the act of opening it.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this magnum sits comfortably among bottles selected for their format, age statement and gift appeal. The gift packaging adds to that (…)Tenuta Di Nozzole Il Pareto 2000

Tenuta di Nozzole Il Pareto 2000 is a Tuscan red in which Cabernet Sauvignon is deliberately placed at the centre. The wine comes from Greve in Chianti, in the northern part of the Chianti Classico area, yet it is released as Toscana Rosso I.G.T. and belongs to the Supertuscan style. For Il Pareto, the grape composition is stated as 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the Pareto vineyard at Tenuta di Nozzole.
The estate is part of Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute. The Folonari family acquired Tenuta di Nozzole in 1971, and Il Pareto first appeared with the 1987 vintage. It is made only in selected years, giving this 2000 bottle a clear identity: an older vintage of a Tuscan Cabernet Sauvignon cru from within the Chianti Classico zone.

Tenuta di Nozzole Il Pareto 2000 is a Tuscan red with a clearly defined identity. It comes from Greve in Chianti, within the broader Chianti Classico area, yet it is labelled Toscana Rosso I.G.T. because Il Pareto is made from Cabernet Sauvignon rather than the region's traditional Sangiovese.
That choice is central to the wine. Il Pareto was created as a Supertuscan project by Tenuta di Nozzole, part of Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari, with the first vintage released in 1987. The producer regards it as the estate's cru and makes it only in selected vintages. In this 1.5 litre magnum, the 2000 vintage gains an extra sense of occasion, especially in its gift packaging.

At 13.5% alcohol, it sits within a familiar framework for Italian red wine. As no further technical or tasting details are supplied, the description remains focused on what is certain: a 2001 Italian red wine, presented in magnum format and supplied in a gift pack.

Il Pareto takes its name from a specific vineyard parcel within the historic Tenuta di Nozzole, which has belonged to the Folonari family since 1971. The cuvée began in the 1980s as a Cabernet Sauvignon project, with 1987 as its first vintage.
