Blanc D'Aiguilhe 2019 shows Bordeaux in a crisp, dry white expression made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc. It comes from Château d'Aiguilhe in France and is released as AOC Bordeaux Blanc, although the estate itself is associated with Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux. The white cuvée has been produced since 2015, and the 2019 vintage stands out for its fresh, precise style.
The grapes were harvested on 17 and 18 September 2019. After pneumatic pressing, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, followed by six months of ageing: mostly in stainless steel, with a smaller part in oak barrels. That combination helps preserve the wine's energy while giving it a medium-bodied structure.

Blanc D'Aiguilhe 2020 presents the white side of Château d'Aiguilhe. The estate is based in Saint-Philippe-d'Aiguilhe on Bordeaux's right bank, yet this cuvée is separate from the red Château d'Aiguilhe from Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux. It is a dry Bordeaux Blanc made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc.
For the 2020 vintage, the grapes were harvested in early September. Fermentation took place in stainless steel, followed by six months of ageing, mainly in tank with a smaller proportion in oak barrels. That choice keeps the focus on freshness, structure and the chalky, stony tension mentioned in the tasting notes, rather than on overt oak character.

Blanc d'Aiguilhe 2022 shows the white-wine side of Château d'Aiguilhe in Bordeaux. This is a dry AOC Bordeaux Blanc, made as a separate white cuvée from the estate's red wines and produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
For the 2022 vintage, the grapes were harvested on 26 August. Fermentation took place in stainless steel, followed by six months of maturation, mainly in stainless steel with a smaller proportion in barriques. The oak influence is supporting rather than dominant, adding texture and roundness without taking over the wine.
