Product info about Henri Giraud Hommage Au Pinot Noir Blanc De Noirs Magnum (1,5l)
Henri Giraud Hommage Au Pinot Noir Blanc De Noirs makes its intention clear from the name: this is a Champagne built as a tribute to Pinot Noir. Presented as a Blanc de Noirs, it places that grape variety at the heart of the bottle rather than treating it as a background detail. The 1.5 litre magnum format adds to the sense of occasion. A magnum has a different presence at the table; it invites sharing and suits moments where Champagne is part of the atmosphere rather than simply poured as an opening glass.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this are valued for their clear identity. Henri Giraud Hommage Au Pinot Noir Blanc De Noirs Magnum, at 12% alcohol, is a focused choice for anyone looking for a French Champagne where Pinot Noir and presentation both matter.
No detailed tasting notes are provided for this Champagne. The available information highlights its Pinot Noir focus and Blanc de Noirs style, which together define the identity of this cuvée.

About HENRI GIRAUD
Henri Giraud is a family-owned business from the French Champagne region, located in the village of Ay, in the Marne area. The brand has a history that dates back to the early 17th century, with the Giraud family being active for generations in the vineyards of this prominent champagne community. What sets Henri Giraud apart within the world of champagne is the strong focus on terroir and the use of mainly Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Grand Cru vineyards surrounding Ay. A distinctive element in their production philosophy is the use of oak barrels for fermentation and aging, instead of the commonly used stainless steel. These barrels are made from local oak from the Argonne forest, which contributes to the complex and layered style of the champagnes. In addition to their classic Brut range, Henri Giraud also produces cuvees in smaller editions, where craftsmanship, innovation, and respect for the environment are central. The family-oriented approach and the strong local character make the champagnes of Henri Giraud recognizable, without compromising on authenticity and quality.
