Amaras Americana is an artisanal mezcal from Mexico, made from Americana agave grown in Tlacolula, Oaxaca, for 8 to 10 years. That long growing period gives the spirit a grounded sense of origin: the character comes first from mature agave, then from careful, traditional production.
Its making is deliberately hands-on. The agave is naturally fermented without sulphites and distilled in copper stills fitted with wooden lids. That approach supports the aromatic nature of the mezcal while keeping the drinking experience smooth and composed.
