Lacoste Borie 2021 is the second wine of Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste, from Pauillac in the Médoc. It is made on the same estate as the grand vin and clearly sits within a Cabernet-led Bordeaux tradition, with 56% Cabernet Sauvignon supported by 36% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Franc.The fruit comes from the château's own vineyards, where very deep gravel soils form an important part of the Pauillac identity. For the 2021 vintage, harvesting was carried out by hand between 24 September and 8 October, followed by two rounds of grape selection. Fermentation included a maceration of around three weeks, before ageing for 14 to 16 months in French oak barrels.

Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste is a French wine producer with roots deeply embedded in the famous Bordeaux region, specifically in the Pauillac appellation within the Médoc.
