Château La Fleur 2022 is a red Saint-Émilion Grand Cru from Bordeaux's Right Bank, shaped mainly by Merlot with smaller parts of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards lie on the northern edge of the Saint-Émilion slope, with south to south-west exposure and clay-limestone soils.The estate has been part of Dassault Wine Estates since 2002. Grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, then vinified parcel by parcel in temperature-controlled concrete and wooden vats. Ageing in barriques, amphorae and vats gives the wine a measured framework for its ripe fruit and structure.
