Expected: 06/11/2026Bordiga Bianco is a Vermouth di Torino Bianco with a clear Piedmontese identity. It is built on quality wines from Piemonte, alpine botanicals still hand-picked by mountain residents around Cuneo, and exotic spices. That combination gives the vermouth a sense of place as well as a traditional, carefully made character.
The process is deliberately unhurried. Before bottling, the vermouth matures for 40 to 50 days, followed by at least another 15 to 20 days of rest in the cellars at a constant temperature of around 10 degrees Celsius. Filtration is kept natural, using cooling and natural paper filters.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, Bordiga Bianco stands out as a vermouth for customers who appreciate more than just sweetness or aroma: this is about Piedmontese wine, (…)Bordiga Bianco 37,5cl

Bordiga Excelsior is a vermouth with real presence. Made from a blend of Cortese and Barolo, it is a rich, assertive expression at 18% alcohol and is regarded as the flagship of Bordiga's vermouth production.
Its appeal lies in the way it develops. It opens with sweetness, then moves steadily towards a lasting bitterness, supported by a lightly tannic structure and spicy nuances. That progression gives it a more serious, after-dinner feel than a simple aperitif-style vermouth.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place Bordiga Excelsior in the category of vermouths to enjoy slowly after a meal, especially when you want something with depth, persistence and a refined bitter edge.

Bordiga Excelsior is an Italian vermouth with a confident, generous style. Made from a blend of Cortese and Barolo, it has more depth than a simple light aperitif vermouth. There is a clear sense of richness here, with a flavour journey that moves rather than standing still.
It begins on a sweet note, then gradually develops into a persistent bitterness, supported by gentle tannins and spicy nuances. That makes it especially suited to a considered drink after dinner, when its length and structure have room to unfold. The 150 cl bottle also gives it a convivial feel, made for sharing rather than pouring in haste.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Bordiga stands out for customers who see vermouth as a serious drink in its own right. Bordiga regards Excelsior as (…)Bordiga Extra Dry

Bordiga Rosso

Bordiga Rosso is an Italian red vermouth with a distinctly wine-driven personality. It is built on a base of white Cortese, with Nebbiolo wine from Piedmont added before the blend is infused with herbs and roots. That combination gives this Vermouth di Torino Rosso its firm, vinous style and a sense of aromatic depth.
What stands out is the way it moves from sweetness into bitterness. The first impression is gently sweet, but it gradually becomes more structured, with a lightly tannic bitter edge and a spiced herbal note that lingers. It is not a one-dimensional sweet vermouth; there is a clear evolution in the glass.

Bordiga Rosso 37,5cl is an Italian Vermouth di Torino Rosso with a strongly wine-driven personality. It starts from a white Cortese base, then gains extra depth through the addition of Nebbiolo from Piedmont. Infusions of herbs and roots bring the aromatic lift and bitter structure that give this vermouth its distinctive shape.
Its charm lies in the way it moves from sweetness to grip. The first impression is rounded and generous, with red-fruit notes, but the profile gradually becomes more complex as a lightly tannic bitterness and spicy root character come forward. It feels versatile, yet still firmly rooted in the classic idea of a red Italian vermouth.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this 37.5 cl bottle as a very useful way to discover Bordiga Rosso (…)Bordiga Rosso Bio

Bordiga Rosso Bio is an Italian red vermouth with a distinctly wine-led personality. It starts from a base of white Cortese, to which Nebbiolo wine from Piedmont is added. That Piedmontese wine element gives the vermouth a firmer, more vinous feel than a purely sweet and herbal style.
The character is shaped further by carefully blended infusions of herbs and roots. What makes it engaging is the way it develops: an initial sweetness gives way to a more persistent bitterness, with a lightly tannic edge that keeps the finish structured and dry enough to remain interesting.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a vermouth for those moments when a Rosso may be versatile, but should still have substance. It has the aromatic complexity for aperitif drinking and (…)
