    Château Haura 2020 is a dry red Graves from Bordeaux with a clearly traditional left-bank feel. It comes from Illats and belongs to Domaines Denis Dubourdieu. The blend is led by Cabernet Sauvignon at 60%, supported by 40% Merlot, so the wine has structure, tannin and a smoky Graves edge, softened by the rounder texture of Merlot.

    The vineyards are planted on the gravel-rich soils associated with Graves. In the cellar, the wine is made in stainless steel with gentle extraction, then matured for 12 months in barriques, including a proportion of new oak. That maturation supports the wine's frame without taking attention away from its dark fruit, freshness and mineral character.
