Bordiga Aperitivo is made in Cuneo, in the heart of Piedmont, from a historic recipe of the Bordiga distillery. It is built around infusions and distillates of Alpine herbs, giving it a distinctly Italian aperitif identity with a strong sense of place.
The detail that makes it especially interesting is the way the ingredients are handled. Some of the herbs are still picked by hand, and all ingredients are processed in Bordiga's own distillery. Natural filtration helps preserve its authentic character rather than polishing it into something anonymous.
