Hazelwood 25y 50cl
On request only
Hazelwood 25y is a Scottish blended whisky shaped around age, oak and a composed style of flavour. Its 25 years of maturation give it a mature presence, while the American oak influence supports the fruitier and wood-driven sides of the whisky.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would introduce to someone looking for an older Scotch blend without a peated direction. The main impression is built around fruit and oak, with lighter touches of spice and floral character adding detail rather than taking over.
The 50 cl format also gives it a slightly different feel from a standard bottle. It is a calm, mature expression of blended Scotch, focused more on rounded development than on smoke or intensity.
