Kyro Malt
In stock
Kyro Malt places Finnish rye at the heart of the whisky. Kyrö works with high-quality rye from Finland, a grain that brings its own spicy edge and gives this whisky a clear sense of identity.
It is distilled in double pot stills and matured in American white oak casks. That maturation adds rounder notes around the rye-driven core, with the wood influence supporting rather than masking the grain. At 47.2% alcohol, Kyro Malt carries its character with confidence.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to point out to customers exploring rye whisky beyond the usual reference points. Its gold medal at the IWSC 2020 gives it extra recognition, but the real interest remains the combination of Finnish rye, pot still distillation and (…)Kyro Dark Gin 50cl

Kyro Dark Gin 50cl

Kyro Dark Gin is a Finnish gin bottled at 42.6%, with a profile that clearly leans into spice. The name sets a darker, more assertive tone: this is not a gin built only around light freshness, but one with a deeper aromatic presence and a more pronounced spiced side.
There is enough fruitiness and gentle sweetness to give the gin shape and roundness, while the floral element stays more restrained. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a gin for customers who enjoy a more expressive, spice-driven style without moving into something overly heavy.

The tasting impression is led by spice. Fruitiness and a measured sweetness add roundness, while the floral side remains subtle (…)Kyro 2016 (Berry Bros Nordic Casks)

Kyro 2016 (Berry Bros Nordic Casks)
On request only
Kyro 2016 is Finnish rye whisky shown in a very focused way: one bourbon barrel, bottled at cask strength by Berry Bros as part of the Nordic Casks range. Rather than a broad house style, this is a small snapshot of one individual cask.
Distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2021, the release was limited to 256 bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it stands out as a rye whisky for drinkers who enjoy exploring less familiar origins within the category.
The emphasis is clearly on spice, supported by a noticeable fruity side and a lighter touch of wood from the bourbon barrel. At 54.6%, it carries the presence of a cask strength bottling, with no supplied indication of peat smoke or salinity.
The flavour profile is led by pronounced spice. Fruit sits (…)Kyro Dark Gin Mini

Kyro Dark Gin Mini
Not available for shipping
Kyro Dark Gin Mini brings Kyro's Finnish gin into a compact format, with the darker style clearly signalled by the name. At 42.6% ABV, it is still a full-strength gin, simply presented in a smaller bottle for those who want to explore this release without choosing a standard full-size bottle.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this mini stands out because it is down to the last bottles. That gives it a slightly more limited feel within the gin range, especially for customers looking for a Finnish gin in a smaller format.
Additional information about the brand can be found at https://www.kyrodistillery.com/
No detailed tasting notes have been provided for Kyro Dark Gin Mini. The available information confirms that it is a Finnish gin bottled at 42.6% ABV (…)Kyro Malt N°8 50cl

Kyro Malt N°8 50cl
Only 2 left in stock!
Kyrö Malt N°8 is the eighth limited edition of this Finnish rye, described by its makers as a "single malt rye whisky". Its identity starts with rye from the surrounding region, an area known for its generous rye supplies, giving the grain a central role rather than treating it as a background ingredient.
Maturation in American virgin oak and ex-bourbon barrels adds a sweet, woody frame around the spice of the rye. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a whisky that shows how distinctive Finnish rye can be when it is given a clear voice of its own.
As a limited edition with the last bottles now available, Kyrö Malt N°8 also carries a sense of scarcity. It is the kind of release that matters to drinkers who like to follow a (…)Kyro Malt Oloroso Incl. Box

Kyro Malt Oloroso Incl. Box

Kyro Malt Oloroso by Kyrö comes with a story that is hard to ignore: a whisky dream born in a Finnish sauna and eventually shaped into a limited rye whisky with a clearly individual voice.
It is made from 100% malted Finnish rye and double distilled in pot stills. Maturation takes place in oloroso sherry casks, new American oak and ex-bourbon casks, giving the rye a deeper, spiced and gently sweet frame without turning it into a peated whisky. The emphasis remains on the natural richness of Finnish rye, supported by wood, spice and nutty warmth.
For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle that adds a distinctive angle to the whisky shelf. Presented as the first single-batch Finnish rye whisky, this limited edition is not about following the (…)Kyro Peat Smoke Incl. Box

Kyro Peat Smoke Incl. Box
In stock
Kyrö Peat Smoke is a Finnish rye whisky with a very distinctive starting point: 100% Finnish malted rye, smoked for 24 hours with Finnish freshwater peat. The result is not just a layer of smoke, but a more earthy, moss-like peat character that stays closely connected to the rye itself.
What makes it stand out is the way the peat, wholegrain malted rye and warm spice build one coherent style. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like placing this next to more familiar smoky whiskies, because it shows a different side of peat: shaped by Finnish raw material and carried by rye rather than by convention.
Bottled at 47.2%, Kyro Peat Smoke has enough strength to express its smoky and spicy profile clearly, while still leaving room for sweetness and a light fruity (…)Kyro Pink Gin 50cl

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle that suits customers looking beyond the most familiar gin origins. Finland gives it a distinct sense of place, while the Pink Gin style makes it easy to recognise for anyone specifically searching for this category.

Kyro Sauna Stories Nr2 Apricot Brandy Finish Incl. Box

In stockKyro Sauna Stories Nr2 Apricot Brandy Finish is built around a very Finnish source of inspiration: the sauna as a place of warmth, transformation and connection. Kyrö's Sauna Stories series takes that atmosphere and translates it into whisky with a warm, authentic feel.
For this second release, Finnish rye meets an Apricot Brandy cask finish. The rye brings its natural spice, while the finishing adds a softer fruit dimension, with stone fruit and warm oak standing out in the description. At 51% alcohol, it has clear presence, yet the style is described as bold and velvety rather than sharp.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a rye whisky with a particularly distinctive angle. The apricot brandy finish gives it a fruit-led signature while keeping (…)Kyro Sauna Stories N°1 Incl. Box

Kyro Sauna Stories N°1 Incl. Box

Kyro Sauna Stories N°1 is a Finnish rye whisky from Kyrö built around one of Finland's most recognisable cultural rituals: the sauna. In the story behind this release, the sauna stands for warmth, transformation, purification and shared moments, and Kyrö has taken that idea beyond symbolism.
The whisky first matures in bourbon casks before receiving a finish in Jamaican Planteray rum casks. It is then finished in a traditional Finnish sauna built specifically for the purpose. Kyrö describes this process as bringing extra softness and balance while keeping the strength of the aromas intact, with the rum cask adding richer, more exotic depth to the rye base.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, Sauna Stories N°1 stands out because it connects (…)Kyro Sauna Stories N°3 Peat Smoke With Monbazillac Casks Incl. Box

Kyrö Sauna Stories N°3 Peat Smoke With Monbazillac Casks is a Finnish rye whisky with a very clear sense of identity. The limited Sauna Stories series gives Kyrö's rye whiskies a distinctive finish in the warmth of a real Finnish sauna. For this third edition, Kyrö introduces smoke for the first time in the range, drawing inspiration from the Finnish smoke sauna tradition.
The familiar rye character of Kyrö is paired with freshwater peat smoke, giving the whisky a warmer, darker edge without moving away from its rye foundation. The finish in rare Monbazillac wine casks adds softness and depth, bringing a fruitier, gently wine-like sweetness alongside the spice of the grain.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a rye whisky with a (…)Kyro Teeling Finish 50cl

Kyro Teeling Finish 50cl is a Finnish gin with a name that immediately gives it a point of interest. Kyro sets the origin and identity, while the Teeling Finish reference makes this release stand apart from a more straightforward gin.
At 42% alcohol and in a 50 cl bottle, it feels like a focused expression rather than a casual background bottle. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of gin we would point out to customers looking for something specific from Finland, especially as only the last bottles remain.

In stockKyrö Whisky Of Blood shows a refined side of Finnish rye whisky. Inspired by Game of Thrones, this limited edition is made from 100% malted rye, keeping the distinctive Kyrö signature at the centre while giving the whisky a polished and approachable feel.
Maturation in bourbon barrels and French oak brings structure without making the rye feel heavy. The emphasis is on balance and elegance, with fruit, grain and gentle rye spice forming the core of the whisky's personality.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to place in front of customers who want to explore rye whisky from a different angle: Finnish in origin, limited in concept, and expressive without becoming overpowering.

Kyro Whisky Of Fire Incl. Box

In stockKyrö Whisky Of Fire is a Finnish rye whisky with a deliberately bold personality. Created as a limited edition in collaboration between Kyrö Distillery and the world of Game of Thrones, it feels very much in line with that setting: intense, modern and unmistakably characterful.
The whisky is made from 100% smoked malted rye, so the grain is not just present, it drives the whole experience. Maturation starts in bourbon casks before a rum cask finish adds extra structure and complexity, while keeping the rye at the heart of the whisky.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point to when someone wants to explore rye whisky beyond the more familiar style: spiced, smoky, grain-led and noticeably distinctive.

Kyro Wood Smoke Incl. Box

Kyrö Wood Smoke gives Finnish rye whisky a very clear voice. It is made from 100% malted Finnish whole rye, so the grain sits right at the heart of the whisky. Its smoke comes from an old Scandinavian tradition, with the malt smoked over alder wood in a centuries-old barn.
That detail matters in the glass. The whisky carries a warm, spicy rye character, supported by wood smoke rather than overwhelmed by it. Double distillation in pot stills keeps the style close to its craft roots, while maturation in ex-bourbon oak, French oak and new American oak adds further depth and wood influence.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to point out when someone wants rye whisky with a different accent: Finnish, smoky, grain-driven and clearly (…)Kyrö Juuri Rye Spirit 50cl

Kyrö Juuri Rye Spirit 50cl
Not available for shipping
Kyrö Juuri Rye Spirit is all about the beginning. Juuri means origin in Finnish, and the name fits: this is the new make spirit used as the foundation for the first Nordic Rye Whisky.
Rather than presenting a matured whisky shaped by cask ageing, Juuri gives a clearer look at the spirit before wood has its say. At 46.3%, it keeps the rye character close to the surface, with a lightly fruity side and gentle spice, without peat or oak taking the lead.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who enjoy understanding how a whisky begins its life. With only the last bottles remaining, it is also a less common chance to taste Kyrö's rye spirit at its source.
The aroma starts with a light new make sweetness, warmed by (…)Kyrö Malt Single Cask 50cl Nectar

Kyrö Malt Single Cask 50cl Nectar
On request only
Kyrö Malt Single Cask 50cl Nectar is a Finnish whisky built around the individuality of one cask. Bottled at 47.2%, it focuses on the character of a single bourbon barrel rather than the consistency of a larger batch.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this are valued because they show a more specific side of a distillery. The September 2021 bottling date gives this whisky a clear point in time, making it feel more like a particular cask selection than a standard ongoing expression.
The supplied flavour profile points towards fruit, spice and wood, with a lighter floral accent. With only the last bottles remaining, this Kyrö is best understood as a compact, clearly defined release for drinkers who enjoy exploring cask-driven whisky from (…)Teerenpeli 2013 (Berry Bros Nordic Casks)

Teerenpeli 2013 (Berry Bros Nordic Casks)

Teerenpeli 2013 is a Finnish single malt with a very focused identity: one Oloroso sherry cask, bottled at cask strength by Berry Bros as part of the Nordic Casks range. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it gives a direct view of one individual cask and the way it shaped the whisky.
Distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2022, the cask produced just 217 bottles. At 59.9% alcohol, it keeps the firm, concentrated character associated with cask strength bottlings. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to place in front of customers who enjoy discovering limited single cask whiskies with a clear origin and a defined maturation story.

Teerenpeli 8y 50cl

Teerenpeli 8y is a Finnish single malt whisky, and that origin already gives it a point of difference. Finland is not always the first country people think of when discussing whisky, so this bottle has a natural appeal for anyone who enjoys exploring beyond the familiar regions.
Matured for 8 years in oak casks and bottled at 43% in a 50 cl bottle, it shows a profile led by fruit, with gentle wood, spice and a light floral touch in support. Peat smoke and salinity are not part of the main picture here, keeping the focus on a fruit-driven, oak-matured single malt style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we like to point out to customers who are curious about lesser-seen whisky origins. With only the last bottles remaining, Teerenpeli 8y is a (…)
