Ardbeg 17y The Legend Returns Incl. Box

Ardbeg 17y The Legend Returns is an Islay single malt with a calm sense of depth. At 17 years old and bottled at 40%, it shows a side of Ardbeg where peat remains important, yet the whisky is shaped just as much by freshness, spice and subtle coastal detail.
The smoke is present, but carefully measured. Spiced notes sit at the centre, with lighter touches of salt, fruit and oak around them. That gives this release a more elegant feel than a purely forceful Islay malt, while still keeping the unmistakable peat-driven identity in view.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Ardbeg we would point out to someone interested in nuance within smoky whisky. The name The Legend Returns has presence, but in the glass the appeal lies in its aged, mineral, gently (…)Balvenie 21y The 2nd Red Rose

Balvenie 21y The 2nd Red Rose is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky with 21 years of maturation and a wine-matured character at the centre of its identity. Even before tasting it, the name sets it apart from a standard age-stated release: this is a Balvenie with its own particular place in the range.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a whisky for those moments when you want maturity, fruit and spice to speak more clearly than smoke or maritime notes. The wine maturation adds an extra angle to the Speyside character, while the lighter wood and floral elements remain in a supporting role.
Bottled at 48.1%, it has enough strength to carry its profile with confidence. With its 21-year age statement and the fact that only the last bottles remain, it is (…)Balvenie A Revelation Of Cask And Character 19y The Balvenie Stories No.9 Tube Incl.

Balvenie A Revelation Of Cask And Character 19y is a Speyside single malt from The Balvenie Stories series, released here as No.9. The title points directly to its central idea: the meeting point between cask influence and the whisky's own character.
With 19 years of age and sherry maturation at its heart, this release sits firmly in a more mature, cask-shaped style. The supplied flavour profile places wood and spice in the foreground, while fruit and floral notes play a lighter supporting role. Peat and salinity are not part of the stated profile, so the emphasis remains on sherry-matured depth rather than smoky contrast.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Balvenie we would present to someone looking for a bottle with age, series identity and (…)Ben Nevis 2002 12y Port Matured

Ben Nevis 2002 12y Port Matured is a Highland single malt with a very clearly defined identity. Distilled on 9 December 2002 and bottled in February 2015, it comes from a single cask, so it represents one particular cask-driven interpretation of Ben Nevis rather than a broad house-style release.
The port maturation gives this 12-year-old bottling its own place in the range. At 56.3% ABV, it was bottled at cask strength, keeping the whisky close to the intensity of the cask. With only 684 bottles produced, and with the final bottles now available, it has the kind of limited character that naturally attracts attention from collectors of distinctive single cask Scotch whisky.

Bowmore 10y Devil's Casks is an Islay single malt with a more limited and forceful identity than a regular core-range whisky. It brings together 10 years of maturation, sherry cask influence and cask strength bottling at 56.7%, keeping the whisky close to its natural strength.
Only 6000 bottles were released, and with its collector's item status and last-bottle availability, this edition carries a sense of scarcity. It is not presented as an everyday Bowmore, but as a specific release with a clear place among limited Islay bottlings.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who are drawn to peat, spice and the richer direction of sherry maturation. The lighter touches of salt, fruit and wood support that profile without softening the (…)Bowmore 10y Devil's Casks Batch 1

Bowmore 10y Devil's Casks Batch 1 is an Islay single malt with a deliberately forceful identity. Aged for 10 years, sherry matured and bottled at cask strength at 56.9%, it is built around impact rather than understatement. The name Devil's Casks gives a fair sense of the mood: bold, smoky and spicy in character.
As the first batch, limited to 6000 bottles, this release also carries clear collector interest. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a distinctive Bowmore for those who appreciate the meeting point between Islay peat, sherry maturation and natural cask-strength intensity.

Bowmore 10y Devil's Casks Batch 2 is an Islay single malt with a deliberately bold identity. The name sets the mood immediately: a 10-year-old Bowmore bottled at cask strength, carrying 56.3% alcohol.
Sherry maturation is central to its style. The profile brings together clear peat, spice and fruit, with lighter wood influence and a subtle salty edge in support. It is a whisky where the sherry cask presence and the Islay origin sit close together, giving the release a darker, more forceful feel than a regular expression.
Limited to 6000 bottles and marked as a collector's item, Batch 2 has a special place among Bowmore releases. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a bottle for customers who are drawn to the combination of cask strength, sherry maturation (…)Bowmore 15y Laimrig Batch 3

Bowmore 15y Laimrig Batch 3
Very last one in stock!
Bowmore 15y Laimrig Batch 3 is an Islay single malt with a clear sense of purpose: 15 years of age, sherry maturation and a robust strength of 53.7%. It is a Bowmore with real presence, built around peat smoke and spice rather than a soft, background style.
There is also a finite character to this release. With 18,000 bottles produced and only the last bottles remaining, it has become a particularly noteworthy bottle within the Drankenshop Broekmans whisky selection. Its status as a collector's item adds to that appeal, though the real interest remains in the way maturity, sherry influence and Islay character come together.
The sherry maturation gives the whisky its framework, while the flavour profile keeps the Islay signature in view through peat, a light (…)Chichibu 2013 12y Cask #2874 Refill Bourbon Barrel Incl. Box

Chichibu 2013 12y Cask #2874 Refill Bourbon Barrel is the kind of Japanese single malt where the individual cask really matters. It was distilled in 2013, matured for twelve years in a refill bourbon barrel and drawn from one single cask, #2874. With only 162 bottles produced, this is a very small release by any standard.
The refill bourbon cask is a key part of the story. Rather than covering the whisky with heavy oak, it is described as preserving freshness and vitality while still allowing a clear sense of maturity to come through. That balance between energy and development is what gives this bottling much of its appeal.
The character described for this Chichibu is especially engaging: sweetness, salinity, acidity and a gentle bitterness all play a role. (…)Chichibu 2014 Single Cask Nectar

Rather than a broad house-style bottling, this is the character of one cask captured at one moment in time.
At 64.3% ABV, it has been bottled at cask strength, keeping the whisky close to the way it left the barrel. That gives this release a direct, uncompromised feel: no large-scale blending, just the individual development of one bourbon cask.
For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Chichibu that speaks to drinkers who appreciate limited Japanese single malt with a clear sense of origin. Its single cask nature, small outturn (…)Chichibu 2016 Single Cask Nectar Incl. Box

Chichibu 2016 Single Cask Nectar is a Japanese single malt built around rarity and precision: one cask, one vintage, and only 245 bottles. Chichibu is one of the most talked-about newer distilleries in Japan, with releases that are widely sought after by whisky enthusiasts for their quality and distinctive identity.
Distilled on 3 December 2016 and bottled on 1 September 2024, this whisky was 7 years old at bottling. It was made from Concerto barley and matured in cask #7071, a second-fill American oak cask that previously held sherry. The supplied description points to a rich topaz colour with orange-copper highlights, matching the whisky's fruit-driven and warming personality.

Chichibu 2017 8 Year Old Cask #7966 is a Japanese single malt drawn from one First Fill Bourbon Barrel and bottled at cask strength. Only 192 bottles were filled, giving this release a very defined sense of place and cask.
The character described here is precise rather than heavy. Citrus, white flowers and gentle spice sit at the centre, gradually joined by a noble, resinous wood influence. It is presented as a particularly malty and generous Chichibu, with the bourbon barrel adding depth while leaving the aromatic clarity intact.

Its first fill bourbon barrel maturation brings vanilla, honeyed and chocolate-like notes into the picture, while the heavily peated style adds smoke and medicinal depth. The product information even places its profile in the direction of certain well-known peated Islay whiskies, though here it remains very much a single cask Chichibu, shaped by cask #8253 and made from Concerto barley.

Its return in 2024 makes this release feel like another carefully observed step in the distillery's development, rather than just a standalone expression.
Made from 100% malted barley, this whisky brings together selected components chosen to highlight the richness of the barley. Daftmill Summer Release 2012 is a Scottish single malt from Fife with a background that feels closely tied to the land around it. The distillery is located near Cupar and is owned by Francis and Ian Cuthbert, whose family has farmed there since the 1980s. Daftmill also has an important place in the modern story of Fife whisky: it was the first malt whisky distillery in the region since Auchertool closed in 1927.
What makes Daftmill stand apart is its genuine farm distillery approach. Francis grows the barley on the estate, and distillation takes place around the agricultural calendar: two months in summer and two months in winter. That seasonal rhythm gives this Summer Release 2012 a very grounded, hands-on character.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most frequently asked questions about our loyalty programme
What exactly does Broekmans' loyalty programme entail?
You can earn one or more loyalty tokens on almost every bottle you buy on our webshop or in our shop. The number of loyalty tokens you can earn with a bottle is stated unambiguously with the article itself: there are articles for which you don't get any tokens, there are products for which you can only earn a few tokens and there are products for which you can earn a lot of tokens. The price of the product is not decisive here, but you can of course always compare the number of tokens to be earned against the price so that you can save as many tokens as possible by spending as little as possible.
I have saved loyalty tokens, what can I do with them?
The tokens you save with your purchases can be used to get your own personal access to a unique selection of rare bottlings that are in high demand and not readily available to other customers who have not yet saved enough tokens. The number of tokens you need to deploy to gain access to a particular bottling is listed with the loyalty product. The number of tokens required is usually linked to the rarity of the product, its interest in the market and its popularity among bottle flippers.
Why do you operate such a programme?
Our industry has suffered from so-called bottle flippers for years. These are usually speculators who have no specific love or predilection for our products, but take advantage of opportunities by buying up rare bottles cheaply and reselling them at multiple prices. As a result, true lovers of these products invariably pay far too high a price for these unique bottles.
The loyalty programme also allows us to offer and distribute rare limited releases in a fair and transparent way at the original price, without falling into obscure rules or favouritism. Every Broekmans customer fights with equal weapons for these rare bottlings and knows right from the start where they stand and what is required to be able to purchase a particular limited release.
In this way, we try to ensure that the real spirits lovers and collectors can be the first to get access to these unique releases, at least if they consistently choose Drankenshop Broekmans.
Can I buy the products in the loyalty programme without tokens?
No, we do not make any exceptions to this. If a product is included in our loyalty programme, it can only be purchased subject to the use of the required number of loyalty tokens. In this way, we maintain the trust and credibility of our loyalty programme.
Who can participate in the loyalty programme?
Private customers automatically participate in the loyalty programme. Corporate customers are admitted to the programme only after approval. Professionals active in our sector (competitor liquor stores etc) are not admitted to the programme because they would have an unfair advantage over private customers due to the nature of their business and the volume they might purchase from us.
How long will my loyalty tokens remain valid?
Your saved tokens remain valid indefinitely. They disappear from your balance as soon as you use them to purchase a loyalty product. Each token can only be used once.
Do I still have to pay for the loyalty products in the programme?
Yes, the posted price must always be paid: the products in the loyalty programme are not offered for free. By using the tokens, you only obtain the possibility of purchasing the product at the posted price.
I don't have enough tokens to buy a product yet, what should I do?
If you don't yet have enough points to buy a loyalty product, you can opt to order an extra item to make up the points deficit. The order is important here: you first add the extra products with which you earn extra tokens, and then you can add the loyalty product you want to use those points on in the same shopping basket. So you don't have to place and checkout separate orders for this, all that matters is that your balance does not become negative at the end of your order.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
You yourself cannot give away your points to another customer account. If you are in a specific situation and would like to transfer your points to another account, you can contact our customer service by e-mail. It is important that your request to transfer points is sent from the e-mail address that owns the tokens.
Why is this a fair system for limited editions?
We didn't take any chances and built a loyalty programme that we personally support and that we think is fair to the enthusiast.
- It's fairer than a lottery, because with us you don't depend on dumb luck to get those beautiful exclusive bottles into your home. It is enough to consistently shop with us to be at the front of the queue at all the exclusives. Moreover, organising a lottery is prohibited by law.
- It is fair for any budget, as the number of tokens is not primarily determined by the price of the bottles. More important than the amounts you spend with us are the products you buy from us. Anyone who is a bit clever and buys the right bottles from us can quickly accumulate a lot of tokens even on a limited budget.
- It's fair for the private individual, because B2B customers active in our industry (wholesalers, liquor stores, hospitality industry, ...) are excluded from the loyalty programme by default, because they trade in larger volumes due to their trading activities and could therefore unfairly accumulate tokens much faster than the private enthusiast for whom we put all this effort.
- It's fair to the aficionado, because the special and exclusive bottlings that are so sought after by speculators and investors typically yield little to no tokens. In other words, if you as an enthusiast buy your favourite spirits from Broekmans, you are at an undeniable advantage.
I previously placed a guest order, can I still claim the tokens for this order?
Yes, this happens automatically if you later create a customer account with the same mail address you previously placed your guest order with.
What are token packers?
Token packs are the products on our webshop for which you can earn the most tokens per euro spent. In other words, they are the best choice if you want to quickly increase your token balance or close a (small) deficit.
Where can I buy limited edition spirits and possibly have them delivered to my home?
If you are looking for a good and reliable place to buy the tastiest limited edition spirits and possibly have them delivered to your home, then Drankenshop Broekmans is the place for you. With over 35 years of experience, we offer you the best spirits at the best price, and thanks to our large in-house stock, you will usually receive your order the very next day.
