Ricci Divergence N°1 is a rum with a deliberately unconventional feel. Famille Ricci presents a rare 55% blend built around Grogue Tarrafal Graciano 7596 and HPDN H. It is fully pot still distilled and made without additives, so the expression stays direct, firm and uncompromised.
What makes it particularly distinctive is its maturation in stainless steel vats and amphorae. Rather than leaning on wood influence, it keeps the focus on cane, fruit and a clearly present spiced dimension. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone interested in rum that steps away from the usual path.
Divergence is an apt name here: powerful, fruity, lightly vegetal and driven by character rather than softness.

Teeling Small Batch - Duvel Cask - Belgian Golden Ale Collaboration 2022 brings an Irish blended whiskey into a distinctly Belgian setting. The Duvel Finish gives this release its point of difference, linking Teeling's Small Batch style with the world of Belgian golden ale through the cask.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to point out to customers who enjoy a whiskey with a specific story behind it. Bottled at 46% and marked as Casks #1, it feels like a defined chapter in the collaboration rather than a standard line extension.
With only the last bottles remaining, the focus is on a limited release with a spice-led profile, supported more gently by fruit, floral notes and wood, without peat playing a role.
