Balvenie 14y Week Of Peat Tube Incl.
Only 2 left in stock!
Balvenie 14y Week Of Peat is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky with a subtly different angle. Its name points clearly towards peat, yet the supplied flavour profile suggests a lightly peated style rather than a heavily smoky one.
At 14 years old and bottled at 48.3%, it has enough presence to carry that gentle peat influence alongside the whisky's other elements. Wood, spice, fruit, a saline touch and peat all sit in the lighter range, giving the whisky a more nuanced rather than forceful profile.
For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Balvenie that adds an extra point of interest to the shelf: recognisably Speyside in origin, but with a restrained smoky dimension for those who enjoy discovering a different side of a familiar name. Additional (…)Old Pulteney Huddart Incl. Box

Old Pulteney Huddart Incl. Box
Only 2 left in stock!
Old Pulteney Huddart is a Highland single malt from Scotland with a gently smoky side. The peated cask influence is the key detail here: peat is part of the whisky's identity, but the supplied profile points to a light presence rather than a dominant smoky style.
The character brings together soft peat, a salty touch, light fruit, spice and modest wood influence. With no age statement, the focus is less on a specific number of years and more on the way these elements shape the whisky's personality.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Huddart as a good choice within the range for drinkers looking for a Highland single malt with a restrained smoky accent. Its 46% strength gives the whisky enough presence to carry that profile clearly.

Yoichi Bourbon Finish

Yoichi Bourbon Finish is a Japanese single malt shaped around a bourbon cask finish. There is no age statement on the label, so the focus falls on the style of the release itself: a clearly present wood influence, supported by gentle spice, fruit, saline touches and a light peated edge.
At 46% alcohol, it has enough structure to carry that cask-driven character with clarity. The Bourbon Finish gives this Yoichi a defined place of its own, especially for drinkers who enjoy seeing how a particular finishing choice can steer the expression of a single malt.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this mainly as a limited and increasingly scarce release. With 2934 bottles produced, a collector's item indication and the final bottles remaining, it has the feel of a (…)Akkeshi Ritto Peated

Akkeshi Ritto Peated
On request only
Akkeshi Ritto Peated is a Japanese single malt with peat placed clearly at the centre of its identity. There is no age statement here, so the focus shifts to style, strength and cask influence rather than years in wood.
The use of Mizunara oak gives this peated whisky an additional point of interest. Its profile shows peat as the main feature, supported by lighter impressions of wood, spice, fruit and saltiness. That makes it more than a straightforward smoky whisky; the peat is framed by other elements rather than standing alone.
At 55% alcohol, Ritto Peated has a firm presence. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who want to explore Japanese single malt from a more powerful, smoky angle. With the last bottles now indicated, it is (…)Highland Park Set 3x5cl (12y, 18y & Dragon Legend)

Highland Park Set 3x5cl (12y, 18y & Dragon Legend)
In stock
The Highland Park Set 3x5cl brings together three expressions from the Orkney single malt house: Highland Park 12 Year Old, Highland Park 18 Year Old and Dragon Legend. Rather than focusing on one full bottle, it gives you a compact way to explore the range side by side.
Its appeal lies in the comparison. The 12 year old, the 18 year old and Dragon Legend each sit within the same Highland Park family, yet the set leaves room to notice how the style can shift across different expressions. That makes it a thoughtful gift pack, but also a good choice for a calm tasting moment with someone who enjoys Scotch single malt.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this kind of set as a small introduction with real conversation value. Three 5 cl bottles, presented together at (…)Jura The Sound 1l

Jura The Sound 1l
Very last one in stock!
Jura The Sound 1l is a Scottish single malt from Jura, bottled at 42.5% and finished in Pedro Ximenez casks. Rather than focusing on an age statement, it draws attention to its island origin, its litre format and that particular cask finish.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to customers looking for a Jura with several gentle flavour accents rather than one dominant direction. The supplied profile indicates light fruit, spice, wood and a modest peated note, giving the whisky a measured and varied character.
With only the last bottles remaining, Jura The Sound has a slightly more fleeting place on the shelf, especially for those interested in this Pedro Ximenez-finished expression from Jura. Additional information about (…)Talisker Dark Storm 1l

Talisker Dark Storm 1l
On request only
Talisker Dark Storm 1l is a Scottish single malt from Skye, bottled at 45.8%. What gives this release its particular direction is the charred cask maturation, placing the emphasis on a darker, spicier side of Talisker rather than presenting it as a purely smoky whisky.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Talisker for drinkers who appreciate spice at the centre of the profile, with lighter notes of wood, fruit, saltiness and peat sitting around it. The character is clearly defined, but the available profile suggests several supporting layers rather than one single dominant impression.
The one-litre bottle gives it a more generous format than the standard 70 cl size. With only the last bottles remaining, Dark Storm also has a more temporary place in the (…)Wolfburn Northland 35cl

Wolfburn Northland 35cl
In stock
Wolfburn Northland 35cl is a smaller-format introduction to the first reference from the present-day Wolfburn distillery. Northland represents the opening chapter of that modern story: the spirit matured on site and was bottled on the distillery's own bottling line.
Its gentle, warming style comes from slow, patient production and maturation in American oak quarter casks. A light peated note is part of the character, but it stays in the background rather than taking over. The result is a Highland single malt with warmth, freshness and a discreet coastal edge.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a particularly approachable way to get to know Wolfburn without reducing the whisky to something simple. The 35cl bottle is practical, while the 46% strength (…)Six Isles Port Finish

Six Isles Port Finish
In stock
Six Isles Port Finish is a Scottish blended malt built around island malts, given an additional layer through a finish in port casks. That finish brings a fruity, wine-like dimension to a whisky that still keeps a sense of maritime strength.
The appeal here is in the contrast: red-fruit sweetness and a gentle Portuguese influence set against light smoke, subtle peat and a touch of salinity. It feels generous without losing its island-inspired edge.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as an engaging alternative for drinkers who want to step beyond the usual single malt path. It carries no age statement, is bottled at 48%, and has enough structure to let the port finish, fruit and lightly smoky side speak clearly.

Laphroaig Cairdeas 15y is a 15-year-old Islay single malt with peat placed firmly at the heart of its character. The bourbon barrel maturation adds a gentle wood influence, supporting the whisky rather than softening away its island identity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Laphroaig for drinkers who appreciate a clearly peated style with a little more age behind it. Alongside the smoke-driven profile, the whisky carries lighter impressions of spice, fruit and saltiness, giving it more than just peat to speak about.

Port Charlotte Single Cask 01 is an Islay single malt built around a very focused idea: one individual cask, presented at cask strength. At 55.2% alcohol, it keeps the whisky close to the strength and personality of that particular maturation.
Distilled in 2012 and aged for 9 years, it offers a defined snapshot of Port Charlotte rather than a broader multi-cask composition. That single cask identity is the central point here: a specific whisky from a specific moment.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place this with drinkers looking for a clearly peated Islay malt, but not one-dimensional peat alone. The profile also carries lighter notes of wood, spice, fruit and salinity, giving the whisky structure around its pronounced peated core.

Ardmore 12y Macb belongs to Elixir Distillers' Macbeth Collection, a set of 42 Scottish whiskies named after characters from William Shakespeare's Macbeth. This Ardmore is presented as Seyton and appears in Act One, where the collection begins to unfold its theatrical cast of malts.
The whisky itself is a 12-year-old Highland single malt bottled at 52.5% cask strength. Its maturation in a mix of American and European oak casks that previously held Laphroaig whisky gives it a distinctly smoky, savoury and spicy direction. The peat is part of the personality here, supported by spice, a touch of fruit and a subtle wood influence.

Ardmore 2009 12y Ww is a Highland single malt with a very specific identity: distilled in 2009, bottled in August 2022, matured for 12 years and drawn from a single bourbon barrel. Rather than presenting a broad, blended house expression, it captures one individual cask at one moment in time.
Bottled at 57.1%, it carries its cask strength clearly. The flavour profile points first towards fruit, supported by lighter touches of wood, spice, salinity and gentle peat. That combination gives the whisky a direct, unpolished feel without needing to make it heavy or overworked.

This Bowmore 1997 from Alistair Walker's Infrequent Flyers range is a release with a very clear sense of place and selection. Distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2022, it spent 25 years maturing before receiving a Pedro Ximenez finish, adding a richer dimension to Bowmore's Islay malt character.
Alistair Walker created Infrequent Flyers after two decades in the whisky world, becoming an independent bottler in 2018. His philosophy is deliberately straightforward: select excellent casks, often from distilleries or parcels that are seen less frequently. This Bowmore follows that idea closely. It is a single cask release, bottled at cask strength, with only 299 bottles produced. Compass Box Glasgow Blend is a Scottish blended whisky bottled at 43%, without an age statement. Rather than putting the focus on a stated number of years, it presents itself through the style and structure of the blend.
Its profile is driven by spice, supported by light fruit, gentle wood influence, a subtle salty edge and a modest peated note. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as the kind of Scotch blend that has enough character to hold your attention without becoming heavy-handed.
The multivintage indication points to a whisky built from different components rather than centred on a single vintage. That makes the composition itself the point of interest: a blend shaped around flavour, texture and balance.

Orkney 2007 is a Scottish single malt with an appealing element of discretion: the distillery is undisclosed, while the Orkney origin remains the defining clue. In the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, that makes it the kind of whisky that invites attention from drinkers who enjoy exploring provenance without having every expectation set by a familiar distillery name.
Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023, it comes from a single hogshead cask and was released at cask strength. That gives the whisky a very direct identity: one cask, one bottling, no broad blending into a standard house style. At 63.5% alcohol, it clearly keeps the force of the cask intact.

Highland 2000 22y keeps its exact distillery name undisclosed, which gives the bottle a certain quiet intrigue. What we do know is precise enough to make it interesting: a Highland single malt distilled in 2000, matured for 22 years and bottled by Watt Whisky, the Campbeltown Whisky Company label.
Rather than being part of a large blended batch, this comes from one sherry hogshead and was bottled at cask strength, at 54%. That makes it a snapshot of one individual cask rather than a polished house style. Connemara is an Irish single malt with a very distinctive position. Launched in 1995 and coming from the Cooley distillery, it is described in the supplied information as the first peated Irish whiskey. That immediately sets it apart from the more familiar idea many drinkers have of Irish whiskey.
The defining point here is the malt: 75% of it is peated. Tasted blind, Connemara is said to resemble a Scotch single malt more than a typical Irish style, thanks to its fuller and more distinctive aromas. It remains an Irish whiskey, but one with a smoky direction, a golden colour and maturation in oak casks.

Its appeal lies in that directness. Amrut Fusion feels distinctive without becoming complicated, and its steady popularity says a lot about how well this Indian single malt connects with curious whisky drinkers.

Yamazaki Single Malt 2021 is a Japanese single malt with a notably limited, collectible appeal. It is a no-age-statement release bottled at 43%, so the focus is less on a declared age and more on the identity of this particular 2021 edition.
Mizunara Oak is the key detail here, giving the whisky a clearly wood-led direction. The available flavour profile supports that, placing wood at the centre while spice, fruit, salinity and a light peated touch remain more restrained.
