Milk & Honey White Wine

Very last one in stock!

Milk & Honey White Wine is a single malt shaped around a clear maturation idea. The White Wine name and Chardonnay Matured cask reference point towards a whisky with a floral and fruity direction, supported by a modest touch of spice rather than a heavy wood-driven style.

At 61.2% alcohol, it is bottled at cask strength. That gives the whisky a more direct, powerful presentation, without being reduced to a softer drinking strength. It was distilled on 16 May 2017, although no age statement is given; the focus here is on the Chardonnay maturation and the strength at which the whisky is presented.

Within the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would highlight for someone curious about wine-cask single malt with a more specific (…)

Bushmills Original Mini

In stock

Bushmills Original Mini gives you Irish whiskey in a small, easy-to-explore format. It is a compact introduction to Bushmills at 40% ABV, presented without an age statement and with the focus placed on the drinking style rather than on long technical detail.

The supplied flavour profile points towards a fruit-forward and floral expression, with gentle spice in support. Although the whiskey is linked to oak cask maturation, oak itself does not appear as a dominant flavour marker here, and there is no peated or salty emphasis in the profile.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, mini bottles like this are appreciated for exactly that reason: they allow customers to discover a whiskey style in a modest format, or to add a small Irish whiskey touch to a gift selection.

Bushmills Original

In stock

Bushmills Original is an Irish blended whiskey with a strong connection to the Bushmills distillery itself. More than half of the blend is made up of malt whiskey from Bushmills, combined with Irish grain whiskey. That gives it a clear Irish blend identity, while the malt component adds a little more presence to the style.

Its character is built around an approachable profile rather than weight or intensity. The supplied flavour profile points to fruity and floral elements, with a gentle touch of spice, and no emphasis on peat, saltiness or pronounced wood. That makes it a natural choice as an aperitif whiskey.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Bushmills Original as a familiar Irish blend with a little more distillery-driven substance than its easy-going style (…)

Compass Box The Circle N°2 (Compass Box Limited Edition)

In stock

Compass Box The Circle N°2 is a limited-edition Scotch blended whisky, bottled by Compass Box. With 3,113 bottles released, it has the feel of a defined release rather than a permanent shelf expression.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place this bottle in the more aromatic side of blended Scotch. Its profile is led by floral and fruity notes, with spice playing a lighter supporting role. Peat, saltiness and pronounced wood influence are not the focus here, so the whisky's appeal sits more in its fragrant, fruit-led direction.

There is no age statement, and the whisky is bottled at 46%, keeping the emphasis on composition and style rather than on an age number. As the last bottles are available, The Circle N°2 is a particularly interesting Compass (…)

Tullamore Dew 12y Incl. Box

Last one in stock!

Tullamore Dew 12y is an Irish blended whiskey shaped by triple-distilled spirits from the Midleton distillery, with a substantial proportion of pure pot still whiskey in the mix. The age statement matters here: the components have matured for at least 12 years, giving the blend a more developed framework.

Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks are part of that maturation story, while the whiskey keeps a clearly fruity and lightly floral identity, supported by a gentle touch of spice. In the Drankenshop Broekmans range, this is the kind of Irish whiskey we like to present when someone is looking for a familiar style with a little more maturity behind it.

Bottled at 40%, it remains approachable in strength, but its composition and ageing give it a more considered (…)

Scapegrace Chorus II

In stock

Scapegrace Chorus II is a New Zealand single malt with a clear, unpeated identity and a limited-release feel. With 7,824 bottles produced, it is not a large-scale bottling, and the fact that these are the last bottles gives it extra relevance for drinkers looking beyond the most familiar whisky origins.

Maturation in virgin French oak gives Chorus II a distinct production identity, though the supplied flavour profile does not present it as a heavily wood-driven whisky. The emphasis sits more with fruit and floral notes, with a lighter thread of spice in support.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottling fits naturally among single malts chosen for curious customers who enjoy seeing what whisky can be outside the traditional regions. Its appeal lies in its (…)

Ben Nevis 2002 12y Port Matured

Only 2 left in stock!

Ben Nevis 2002 12y Port Matured is a Highland single malt with a very clearly defined identity. Distilled on 9 December 2002 and bottled in February 2015, it comes from a single cask, so it represents one particular cask-driven interpretation of Ben Nevis rather than a broad house-style release.

The port maturation gives this 12-year-old bottling its own place in the range. At 56.3% ABV, it was bottled at cask strength, keeping the whisky close to the intensity of the cask. With only 684 bottles produced, and with the final bottles now available, it has the kind of limited character that naturally attracts attention from collectors of distinctive single cask Scotch whisky.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who appreciate (…)

Inchgower 2009 14y (Cadenhead - Original Collection)

On request only

Inchgower 2009 14y is a Speyside single malt bottled by Cadenhead as part of the Original Collection. It is the kind of whisky that shows a distillery through the lens of an independent bottler: focused, specific and tied to one particular maturation story rather than a broad house expression.

Distilled in 2009 and matured for 14 years in a bourbon barrel, it is bottled at 46%. Its profile points towards a floral and fruity style, with a light touch of spice and no peated or salty emphasis. The cask influence supports the whisky without turning the wood into the main subject.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Inchgower sits naturally among the more discovery-driven single malts: a Speyside release from Cadenhead with a clear identity and limited remaining (…)

Ninkasi Track 04 0,5l

In stock

Ninkasi Track 04 is a French single malt shaped by maturation in cognac and white wine casks. That cask choice gives the whisky a distinctive angle: the emphasis is less on heavy oak and more on a fruit-driven, floral style, with a gentle touch of spice in the background.

Distilled in 2017 and bottled at 46.3%, this release was limited to 3200 bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as an engaging bottle for drinkers who want to explore French whisky through a wine-influenced lens rather than a heavily wooded profile.

With the last bottles now in circulation, Track 04 also carries a sense of scarcity. In its 0.5 litre format, it offers a focused introduction to Ninkasi's approach to single malt, built around cognac and vin blanc cask character.

Kingsbarns New Spirit 20cl

In stock

Kingsbarns New Spirit 20cl shows Scotch spirit at a very early and revealing stage: new make from Kingsbarns Distillery, bottled at 63.5%. There is no wood influence shaping the profile here, so the focus stays firmly on the spirit itself.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for people who enjoy looking behind the finished whisky. The 20cl size makes it a practical way to explore this raw distillery character without committing to a full bottle.

The supplied flavour profile points towards a clearly floral side, with lighter fruity and spicy accents around it. With the last bottles now remaining, it is also a small release to consider while it is still part of the selection.

Lochlea Cask Strength Batch 2 Incl. Box

On request only

Lochlea Cask Strength Batch 2 is the second annual limited-edition release in this cask strength series. The concept is deliberately close to the warehouse experience: whisky bottled straight from the casks, with no water added, as if tasting a sample drawn on site.

For this edition, production director John Campbell selected a mix of Oloroso Sherry, STR and PX casks. Those casks were chosen to work particularly well at higher strength, giving this 60% Lowland single malt amplified fruit, nut and cereal aromas, with a clear floral thread running through it.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Lochlea we point out when someone wants to experience the distillery in a more intense, uncut form. As a limited batch with the last bottles available, it also (…)

Wolfburn Aurora Sherry 35cl

In stock

Wolfburn Aurora Sherry 35cl is a Highland single malt with a clear sherry influence, shaped without turning heavy or overly woody. The spirit matured in a combination of bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks, which were brought together at the end of maturation to create a soft and well-balanced dram.

Part of its appeal lies in the way the whisky is made before it even reaches the cask: long fermentation, slow distillation and maturation in the newly built warehouses. Those details help frame a whisky where fruit, gentle spice and floral touches have room to show themselves naturally.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this 35cl bottle is a fine choice when someone wants to explore Wolfburn's sherry-matured side in a smaller format. With only limited bottles (…)

Arran 2014 11y (Adelphi)

On request only

Arran 2014 11 Year Old is a notable return for Arran after years of absence. This unpeated Scotch single malt from the Isle of Arran brings together Oloroso Sherry richness and a fresh island character, giving the whisky depth without moving into a smoky style.

Drawn from a single cask, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 after 11 years of maturation, it represents one very specific cask rather than a broad house-style release. Only 318 bottles were produced, and at 57.6% cask strength it keeps its natural intensity firmly intact. The Oloroso influence gives the whisky its generous, darker-fruited side, while the profile still leaves room for freshness and lift.

For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottling that adds real character to a specialist (…)

Ben Nevis 2014 6 year old Artist 5 is a Highland single malt bottled by Signatory as part of the Artist Edition. Distilled in 2014 and released at 6 years of age, it comes at cask strength, with its 57.10% ABV giving the whisky a direct and unsoftened presentation.

Although matured in a Sherry Butt, the supplied flavour profile does not point towards heavy oak or spice. The emphasis sits more clearly on fruit and floral notes, giving this Ben Nevis a brighter angle than one might automatically associate with a sherry cask reference.

For Drankenshop Broekmans, the interest here lies in the very specific snapshot this bottle represents: Ben Nevis from the Highlands, bottled by Signatory, drawn from a defined 2014 vintage, with 1288 bottles released and the (…)

Teaninich 2007 18y #30372-1 (Berry Bros - Berry's Exceptional Casks)

On request only

Teaninich is not one of the most obvious Highland names, and that is part of the appeal here. This 18-year-old single malt was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2025 from a single cask, at natural cask strength. With only 251 bottles released, it feels like a very focused snapshot of one particular cask rather than a broad house style.

The Pineau de Charente finish gives the whisky its fresh, slightly different angle. It brings out apple-like fruit, a floral lift and a gentle wine-rounded touch, while the wood influence stays relatively measured. The result is more about brightness and detail than weight.

Berry Bros has a long tradition in wine and whisky, dating back to 1698, and that background makes sense in a bottling like this: a Scottish single malt (…)

Tomatin 1997 23y (The Nectar - Daily Dram)

On request only

Tomatin 1997 23y is a Highland single malt with a very precise identity. It was distilled in April 1997 and bottled in August 2020 after 23 years of maturation, then released by independent bottler The Nectar as part of the Daily Dram series.

Rather than a broad distillery expression, this is the story of one bourbon barrel. It was bottled as a single cask at natural cask strength, 52.7%, with only 193 bottles drawn from that cask. With the last bottles indicated, it has the feel of a release that captures one particular maturation rather than a repeated recipe.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Tomatin we would present to someone interested in independent Highland whisky with age and individuality. The supplied flavour profile points towards (…)

Mackmyra Karibien

On request only

Mackmyra Karibien is a Swedish single malt that follows on from a much-appreciated limited Mackmyra release from 2016, finished in ex-Plantation rum casks from Jamaica and Barbados. Karibien returns to that same Caribbean-inspired idea, but with a little more layering in the cask selection.

Rum casks from Jamaica and Barbados remain central to the whisky, while a small portion of ex-Oloroso casks and local ex-cherry wine casks adds extra depth. The result is a fruit-led Mackmyra with gentle spice and a richer sweet edge. The casks used are between 8 and 12 years old, giving the whisky a mature feel without carrying an age statement on the label.

Only 4137 bottles were released worldwide, and with the last bottles now in circulation, Mackmyra Karibien has a (…)

Speyside 25y (The Single Malts Of Scotland - Single Malts Of Scotland Marriage)

On request only

Speyside 25y from The Single Malts of Scotland is a Scottish single malt with an undisclosed distillery behind it. That anonymity gives the whisky a different kind of appeal: instead of leaning on a famous name, it draws attention to its age, Speyside origin and the choices made by the bottler.

Distilled in 1996 and bottled at 52.6% cask strength, it is presented with its natural intensity intact. As part of The Single Malts of Scotland Marriage range, the emphasis sits on a fruit-led and floral style, with lighter wood and spice tones adding structure rather than taking over.

With 780 bottles released and only the last bottles remaining, this 25-year-old Speyside has a clearly limited nature. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we value bottlings like this because (…)

Tormore 2011 14y (Cadenhead - Original Collection)

On request only

Tormore 2011 14y is a Speyside single malt bottled by Cadenhead as part of the Original Collection. At 14 years old and 46%, it sits in a style built around fruit, floral detail and a measured cask influence rather than smoke or heavy oak.

What gives this release its particular shape is the double maturation. Since 2024, the whisky has rested in a combination of bourbon casks and Oloroso casks, with 60% bourbon and 40% Oloroso in the mix. The bourbon side brings vanilla sweetness, while the Oloroso casks add a richer fruit-driven layer.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a fine choice for drinkers who enjoy Speyside whisky but want a little more depth than a straightforward fruity malt. With only the last bottles remaining, it is also one of those (…)

Tormore Timeless

In stock

Tormore Timeless sits at the foundation of Tormore's new core range and presents the distillery's Speyside style in a clear, inviting way: fruit-led, elegant and gently aromatic.

Maturation takes place mainly in bourbon casks, supported by sherry casks. The emphasis is not on weight or peat, but on a softer composition of vanilla, citrus, floral notes and fine spice. Bottled at 43% alc. and without added colouring, it keeps the focus on the distillery's naturally polished character.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a fine introduction to Tormore for anyone who enjoys a Speyside single malt with freshness, fruit and a graceful finish rather than heavy oak or smoke.

The aroma brings fresh vanilla, citrus zest, honeysuckle and peach tea. (…)
