    Domaine Des Aubuissie Vouvray Cuvée Alexandre 2018 is a sweet white Vouvray from the Loire, made from chenin blanc. It sits firmly in the liquoreux style: concentrated, sweet and structured, with acidity playing an important role alongside the residual sugar.

    The wine comes from clay-limestone origins and was fermented and matured in barriques. Its identity is shaped by that combination of chenin blanc, very high residual sweetness and clear acidity, giving it more depth and framework than a simple sweet white wine. The producer describes it as a liquoreux made for keeping.
