Arran Amarone Finish Tube Incl.
| 1 review
In stockArran Amarone Finish is a Scottish single malt from the Isle of Arran with a clear focus on cask influence. It first matures in traditional oak casks before being finished in carefully selected Amarone wine casks, giving the whisky a more expressive, fruit-led and oak-framed personality.
Bottled at 50%, it has real presence in the glass. The whisky is presented without chill filtration and without artificial colouring, keeping the style close to its natural form.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Arran we like to introduce when someone is looking for a single malt where the wine cask finish genuinely shapes the experience. The Amarone casks add depth around the malt rather than simply acting as a finishing touch.

Arran Sauternes Finish Tube Incl.

Arran Sauternes Finish shows a particularly expressive side of Isle of Arran single malt. The whisky is finished in Sauternes casks selected directly from an artisanal wine house, so the cask influence is not just a detail here; it is part of the identity of the bottling.
It comes from the only distillery on the Isle of Arran and is bottled at 50% to keep the aromas and flavour concentrated. The whisky is fully natural, without chill filtration and without artificial colouring. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Arran we like to introduce to customers who enjoy a fuller, fruit-led malt with a floral lift and a clear sense of cask character.
With its Sauternes finish and generous strength, it also makes a fine digestif-style whisky, best given a (…)Glengoyne White Oak

Glengoyne White Oak

Glengoyne White Oak shows a North American side of Glengoyne's Highland single malt style. The inspiration comes from North America, described as the summer home of the geese that grace the valley each winter, and that idea is reflected in maturation in White Oak bourbon and virgin oak casks.
The whisky is built around fruit, creamy sweetness and a bright citrus lift, with oak shaping the background rather than weighing it down. Notes of key lime pie, honeycomb, toffee apple and delicate citrus give it a lively, flavourful profile.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Glengoyne that speaks to customers looking for a fruit-driven Highland single malt without peat smoke, yet with enough presence from its 48% bottling strength.
The aroma (…)Kilchoman Rockside 11y Incl. Box

Kilchoman Rockside 11y Incl. Box

Kilchoman Rockside 11y is an Islay single malt with a very specific sense of place. The barley is grown exclusively on Rockside farm on Islay, and the full production journey, from cultivation to bottling, takes place on site. That gives this whisky its Single Farm Single Malt identity.
Eleven years in bourbon and sherry casks bring together gentle peat smoke, fruit, citrus freshness and spice. With a light peat level of 20 PPM, the smoke stays refined rather than dominant, while bottling at 46%, without chill filtration and without added colouring, keeps the whisky close to its natural character.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Kilchoman with a particularly clear story: unmistakably Islay, yet shaped by one farm, one production chain and a (…)Kilkerran 12y 2026

Kilkerran 12y 2026

Kilkerran 12y 2026 is a Campbeltown single malt from Glengyle with a background that gives the whisky real context. The distillery reopened in 2004 after being closed for more than 80 years, so this 12-year-old release sits within the modern return of Campbeltown whisky rather than feeling like just another age-stated malt.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we value this bottle for the way it brings together provenance and drinkability. It is lightly peated, bottled at 46%, and matured in a combination of 70% bourbon casks and 30% sherry casks. That balance supports the fruit, vanilla and honeyed side of the whisky, while the sherry component adds a deeper fruitcake-like accent.
It has become a familiar name for many whisky drinkers because it carries a clear (…)Lagg Kilmory

Lagg Kilmory

Lagg Kilmory is a telling introduction to Lagg single malt from the Isle of Arran. Named after the village where the distillery is located, it was one of the first two official bottlings released by Lagg in 2023. That gives it a special role: this is the distillery presenting its own style in a clear, direct way.
Distillery manager Graham Omand has spoken of his hope that Lagg single malt will one day become heritage. Kilmory feels like one of the first steps in that story. It is matured entirely in ex-bourbon barrels and made from Concerto barley malted to 50 ppm peat, with specific yeast strains and fermentation time helping to shape a full, rich yet fresh profile.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Kilmory as a strong expression of what Lagg stands for. The (…)Longrow 2026

Longrow 2026

Longrow 2026 is a Campbeltown single malt with a clear peated side, yet its smoke never takes over the whole conversation. Longrow was first distilled in 1973 and has been produced annually since 1990, giving the name a distinct identity within Scottish whisky.
The character starts with the malted barley, dried for 48 hours over a peat fire, followed by double distillation. That gives the whisky its smoky foundation, while the style remains creamy, layered and approachable in its own firm way. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Longrow we like to introduce when someone wants peat with shape and detail rather than simple heaviness.
Bottled at 46%, Longrow 2026 has enough presence to carry its smoke, ripe fruit, spice and gentle salty edge with (…)Machrie Moor Peated Cask Strength Tube Incl.

Machrie Moor Peated Cask Strength Tube Incl.

Machrie Moor Peated Cask Strength shows Arran in a smoky, full-powered style, bottled at 56.2% without being softened down too far. This Isle of Arran single malt keeps its peat, freshness and coastal saltiness very much in view.
The bourbon barrel maturation supports the whisky without taking over the conversation. What stands out is the lively contrast: smoke and ash on one side, pear and lime on the other, with a salty edge running through it. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it is one of those bottles that naturally draws attention from customers looking for a peated single malt with real strength behind it.
Because it is bottled at cask strength, it also invites a little experimentation with water. A few drops can open the whisky while keeping its smoky, briny (…)Smokehead Unfiltered Incl. Box

Smokehead Unfiltered Incl. Box

Smokehead Unfiltered puts the rugged side of Islay single malt firmly in the foreground. The unfiltered style matters here, helping the whisky keep its aromatic weight, peat intensity and fuller mouthfeel.
At 46%, it has a lively, assertive presence without feeling polished into something tame. Smoke, peat and a salty edge form the backbone of the whisky. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we bring into the conversation when someone is looking for an Islay malt with real drive and a more uncompromising feel.
The name Unfiltered suits it well. This is a rawer, more direct take on Smokehead, built around medicinal peat, persistent smoke and gentle spice rather than softness or restraint.
The aroma opens with an immediate surge (…)Amrut Fusion Tube Incl.

Amrut Fusion is an Indian single malt whisky with a clear sense of identity. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone who enjoys single malt but wants to explore beyond the most familiar whisky regions.
Bottled at 50%, it has enough strength to carry its profile with confidence. There is no age statement here, so the focus shifts away from numbers and towards style: oak cask maturation, a light woody touch, gentle spice, fruit and a subtle peated note all playing a part.
Its appeal lies in that directness. Amrut Fusion feels distinctive without becoming complicated, and its steady popularity says a lot about how well this Indian single malt connects with curious whisky drinkers.
On tasting, Amrut Fusion (…)Arran 10y Barley 2026 Tube Incl.

Arran 10y Barley 2026 Tube Incl.

Arran 10y Barley 2026 puts the barley firmly in focus. This limited-edition Arran Single Malt was distilled from barley grown on the Isle of Arran itself, at Bellevue Farm by the Currie family. That gives the whisky a clear agricultural thread and a closer connection to its island origin.
For Batch 002, Arran used the Concerto barley variety, whereas Batch 001 was made with Optic. The whisky matured for 10 years in a selection of First Fill Bourbon Barrels and Second Fill Sherry Hogsheads, in proportions closely aligned with the classic Arran 10 Years Old. Even so, this release places more emphasis on the local barley, with a distinctly warm and spiced style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottling we value because it adds context without (…)Arran 10y Tube Incl.

In stockArran 10y is a clear example of the fresh, lively single malt style associated with the Isle of Arran. It is built around vanilla and citrus, with a soft, easy-flowing feel that makes the whisky approachable without becoming plain.
The combination of sherry and bourbon casks brings sweetness, fruit and a gentle touch of spice, while the overall impression remains clean rather than smoky. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as one of those Scottish single malts that earns its place through clarity: bright fruit, a floral lift, soft oak and enough structure to keep the glass interesting.
Bottled at 46%, it has enough strength to carry its flavours well, while staying smooth and lively in style. Additional information can be found at (…)Arran Barrel Reserve Tube Incl.

Arran Barrel Reserve is a Scottish single malt from the Isle of Arran, bottled at 43%. The name points towards its bourbon barrel character, while the style itself is led by a clear fruity profile rather than heavy oak or peat.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a straightforward and well-placed introduction to Arran: no age statement, no overcomplication, just a malt whisky that keeps the focus on fruit, gentle wood influence and an open drinking style.
It is the kind of bottle customers often return to when they want a Scottish single malt that feels recognisable without becoming weighty or smoky. Arran Barrel Reserve keeps things clean, approachable and distinctly malt-driven.

Arran Port Finish Tube Incl.
| 1 review
In stockArran Port Finish is a Scottish single malt from the Isle of Arran built around a carefully judged cask finish. After its initial maturation in traditional oak casks, the whisky was given a second period of ageing in selected port casks.
That finishing period was closely watched by Master Distiller James MacTaggart, with the aim of keeping the port influence in balance with the naturally sweet style of Arran malt. It gives the whisky charm and depth, while the malt itself remains clearly present.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Arran customers often return to: bottled at 50%, expressive in its fruit and spice, yet still centred on sweet barley and a gentle wood influence rather than heavy smoke.

Arran Quarter Cask Tube Incl.
In stock
Arran Quarter Cask is a Scottish single malt from the Isle of Arran, bottled at cask strength at 56.2%. Its appeal lies in that more immediate, concentrated style: the quarter cask maturation brings a clear wood influence, while the whisky retains a distinctly fruity side.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Arran we like to introduce when someone is looking for a single malt with more grip and intensity. The focus is not on an age statement, but on strength, maturation style and a fuller expression of the whisky's character.
Smoke is not the main theme here. Instead, this bottling leans into fruit, wood and a light touch of spice, carried by the firmness of cask strength.

Arran The Bodega Sherry Tube Incl.

Arran The Bodega Sherry is a Scottish single malt from the Isle of Arran with a clear focus on sherry maturation. The name says a great deal already: this is a whisky built around fruit, spice and a gentle touch of wood, rather than peat smoke or coastal salinity.
It is bottled at cask strength, at 55.8% ABV, giving it a firm presence in the glass. That strength allows the sherry-matured style to come through with directness and weight, without relying on an age statement to define its character.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Arran as a strong choice within the range for drinkers who enjoy expressive single malt whisky with clear fruit and spice, while staying away from smoky profiles.

Benriach The 12 is a 12-year-old Speyside single malt bottled at 46%, shaped by a renewed recipe built around bourbon, sherry and port cask maturation. That combination gives the whisky added depth, while keeping the balance centred on fruit and sherry-led richness.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Benriach with more than just bright Speyside fruit. It brings in baked fruit, nutty warmth and a spiced edge, without moving into smoky territory. The result is a whisky with a generous, rounded feel and a finish that lingers on darker, sweeter notes.

Douglas Laing's Single Minded range is built around the idea of letting the distillery speak clearly. The whiskies are bottled without chill filtration and without added colouring, keeping the natural character of the spirit at the centre. In this Caol Ila, that means Islay peat presented with finesse rather than force.
Distilled in 2018, matured for 8 years in a bourbon barrel and bottled at 46%, it shows a fresh and precise side of Caol Ila. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is exactly the kind of Islay release we like to point out when someone wants peat, but also clarity: citrus brightness, soft malt, refined smoke and a maritime lift.
As the first Caol Ila expression in the new Single Minded series, it carries a sense of discovery. This small batch keeps (…)Glengoyne 10y Incl. Box

Maturation in sherry and bourbon casks adds a rounded sweetness while keeping the whisky clean and malt-driven. The soft touch of oak stays in the background, supporting the fruit and malt rather than taking over.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is one of those approachable Scottish single malts we like to introduce when someone wants freshness, gentle sweetness and a tidy, mellow finish in the glass.

John Crabbie Single Malt carries forward John Crabbie's whisky legacy with a Scotch single malt from the Bonnington distillery in Leith, in the Lowland region. Bottled at 40%, it comes without an age statement, placing the focus firmly on its style and cask influence.
The defining feature here is maturation in 100% virgin oak casks. That gives the whisky a clear wood-led personality, with spice and tannic grip playing an important role. It is not presented as a smoky malt; its identity sits more in sweet oak, structure and a firm spicy edge.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Lowland single malt for drinkers who want a straightforward Scotch with visible cask character and a confident oak presence, without moving into peated territory.

Miyagikyo Single Malt is made in Japan's Miyagi prefecture, in a valley where the Hirosegawa and Nikkagawa rivers meet. Masataka Taketsuru regarded this setting as an especially fitting place for single malt whisky, with pure water, fresh air and natural humidity shaping the distillery's environment.
The house style is built around a lighter, cleaner spirit. Upward-sloping lyne arms on the stills help give Miyagikyo its elegant and fruity direction. The malt used combines lightly peated and unpeated barley, though peat never takes over the whisky's personality.
Introduced in 2016 as the successor to the former age-stated standard expression, this release quickly found its audience thanks to its aromatic precision and direct, graceful style. At Drankenshop (…)Old Ballantruan 10y Tube Incl.

Old Ballantruan 10y is a Speyside single malt with a distinctly peated side. It keeps a creamy, malty sweetness at its centre, while the peat smoke adds depth and a firmer edge to the whisky.
Matured for 10 years in carefully selected bourbon casks, it is bottled at 50% vol. and without chill filtration. That gives the whisky enough weight to carry its smoky character without losing the softer malt-driven core. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to point out when someone wants a Scottish single malt with clear smoke, but still with roundness and sweetness underneath.

Port Askaig 8y New

Port Askaig 8 Year Old is named after a place rather than a distillery. Port Askaig sits on Islay's north-eastern coast, where the ferry leaves for Jura and where Bunnahabhain and Caol Ila are found nearby. That sense of place matters here: this is an Islay single malt shaped by peat, sea air and a clearly coastal identity.
Its maturation is built in two stages. The whisky first spends three years in traditional American oak, then continues for another five years in a mix of ex-bourbon casks, toasted American oak, PX sherry casks and refill hogsheads. The result is not just about smoke; the peat is clear, but it is supported by gentle wood influence, spice, fruit and a salty edge.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Islay whisky we like to introduce (…)
