Fettercairn Vanguard Collection Incl. Box

Fettercairn Vanguard Collection is built around one of the most engaging sides of Highland single malt: the way maturation shapes the distillery spirit. Fettercairn sits at the foot of the Cairngorms, and the limited Vanguard Series explores how different finishing casks can highlight new nuances in that spirit.
Rather than relying on an age statement as its main message, this release draws attention to the cask story. Distilled on 28 February 2008 and bottled at 46.3%, it brings together a clearly present floral side, wood influence and gentle spice, with fruit adding lift and freshness.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Fettercairn we like to introduce when someone wants to taste a whisky shaped by maturation without moving into smoky territory. (…)Glenmorangie 12y Malaga

Glenmorangie 12y Malaga
In stock
Glenmorangie 12y Malaga is a Highland single malt with a rather specific identity: a 12-year-old Glenmorangie carrying the Malaga designation and bottled at 47.3%. That combination gives it a more distinctive place than a regular core-range style bottling, especially for drinkers who enjoy exploring particular releases from familiar names.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we would point out quietly rather than loudly. Its interest lies in the details: Glenmorangie, Highland origin, 12 years of age, the Malaga reference and a slightly higher bottling strength. Together, they make it feel like a release with its own story rather than just another single malt on the shelf.
With the final bottles now indicated and the whisky marked as a (…)Kyro Sauna Stories N°1 Incl. Box

Kyro Sauna Stories N°1 Incl. Box

Kyro Sauna Stories N°1 is a Finnish rye whisky from Kyrö built around one of Finland's most recognisable cultural rituals: the sauna. In the story behind this release, the sauna stands for warmth, transformation, purification and shared moments, and Kyrö has taken that idea beyond symbolism.
The whisky first matures in bourbon casks before receiving a finish in Jamaican Planteray rum casks. It is then finished in a traditional Finnish sauna built specifically for the purpose. Kyrö describes this process as bringing extra softness and balance while keeping the strength of the aromas intact, with the rum cask adding richer, more exotic depth to the rye base.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, Sauna Stories N°1 stands out because it connects (…)Ben Nevis 2012 10y Incl. Box

Ben Nevis 2012 10y Incl. Box

Ben Nevis 2012 10y is a Highland single malt with a very focused identity. Distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2023, it spent 10 years in a single wine cask before being released in a small outturn of 268 bottles. Rather than a broad house style, this is a snapshot of one individual cask.
Bottled at cask strength, 59.3%, it keeps a direct and powerful presentation. The wine cask gives the whisky an extra point of interest, while the flavour profile points towards floral notes, wood influence and spice, with fruit playing a lighter supporting role. There is no peated character indicated here, so the emphasis stays on cask, structure and Highland malt rather than smoke.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this sits naturally among the more limited single malt selections: (…)Rosebank 21y Enchantment (Elixir Distillers - Series)

Rosebank 21y Enchantment (Elixir Distillers - Series)
Very last one in stock!
Rosebank 21y Enchantment is the kind of Lowland single malt that invites a slower introduction. It is the seventh and final release in a series of seven highly sought-after Rosebank bottlings from Elixir Distillers, with each edition designed to show a different side of this lost distillery.
Enchantment brings together distillates from 1990 and 1991, matured for 21 years in a marriage of mainly American oak casks with a smaller share of Madeira hogsheads. That combination reflects the idea behind the Rose series: bringing together different cask styles to show the breadth of Rosebank rather than presenting just one narrow interpretation.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle stands out for more than its age. With 972 bottles released, natural cask strength at (…)Balvenie 16y French Oak Pineau Finish Tube Incl.

Balvenie 16y French Oak Pineau Finish is a Speyside single malt with a clear French accent in its maturation story. Finished in Pineau de Charente casks, it brings a less common cask influence into the world of Scottish whisky, giving this 16-year-old Balvenie a distinct place within the range.
At 47.6% alcohol, it has enough strength to carry its profile without feeling like a purely technical release. The supplied flavour profile points towards floral notes, oak influence and spice, with fruit playing a more supporting role.
For Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle that adds variety to a Speyside selection: recognisably Scottish, yet shaped by a finishing cask with a different origin. With only the last bottles remaining, it is also a release (…)Glen Moray 10y Tequila Cask Finish

Glen Moray 10y Tequila Cask Finish

Glen Moray 10y Tequila Cask Finish shows a more adventurous side of Speyside single malt. Part of the Warehouse 1 range, it was distilled on 25 August 2014 and first matured in bourbon casks before being finished in a carefully chosen selection of tequila casks.
That tequila cask finish is the detail that gives this Glen Moray its distinctive angle. The producer's information points to complex sweetness and unusual spicy notes added to the distillery's signature style, presented here at natural cask strength: 55.2% ABV.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place this among the Glen Moray releases for drinkers who enjoy seeing a familiar Speyside name through a different type of cask influence. Natural colour and non chill-filtration keep the presentation (…)Daftmill Summer Release 2011

Daftmill Summer Release 2011

Daftmill Summer Release 2011 is a single malt with a very particular sense of place and timing. Daftmill is a farm distillery, run by the Cuthbert family during the quieter moments of the farming year, around midsummer and midwinter. That seasonal rhythm is central to the identity of this whisky.
This release was made from Publican barley harvested by John and Sandy on 28 and 29 August 2009. The barley was dried at Daftmill and malted in Alloa in 2010. Distillation took place during the summer season of 2011, with the whisky later bottled from 27 first-fill ex-bourbon barrels from Clermont Springs Distillery in Kentucky.
At 46% ABV and with 6550 bottles released, it is a clearly defined small-scale Daftmill bottling. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is exactly (…)Armorik 10y Dervenn 2022

Armorik 10y Dervenn 2022 is a French single malt whisky with ten years of maturation behind it. In the whisky selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, it stands out as a bottling that speaks with its own accent rather than leaning on the usual reference points of single malt.
The character is built around wood, spice and floral notes, with fruit playing a quieter supporting role. At 46% alcohol, it has enough presence to carry that structure, while the ten-year age statement gives the whisky a more settled feel.
Interest in this release has been steady, and with the last bottles now remaining, it has become a particularly engaging choice for anyone wanting to explore a specific Armorik edition. It is a French single malt with a clear identity and a sense of (…)Dalmore Vintage 2003 Incl. Box

Dalmore Vintage 2003 is an 18-year-old Highland single malt shaped by a carefully layered maturation. It begins in ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak, before being moved into rare Matusalem and Amoroso sherry casks, Rivesaltes wine casks and small-batch bourbon casks.
That sequence of casks is the heart of this release. The bourbon maturation gives the whisky its foundation, while the sherry and wine casks add a sweeter, spicier and more warming dimension. It is the kind of Dalmore that feels especially fitting when a dram may be a little richer and more contemplative.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this vintage as a thoughtful choice for drinkers who enjoy a Highland single malt with clear cask influence, where wood, fruit, floral notes and (…)Glen Moray 2016 Rye Matured

Glen Moray 2016 Rye Matured

Glen Moray 2016 Rye Matured shows a different angle of Speyside single malt. Distilled on 8 August 2016, it takes its direction from rye maturation, giving the whisky a more spice- and wood-driven personality rather than relying solely on soft fruitiness.
At 46.3% ABV, it has enough strength to carry that character clearly. The outturn of 1,637 bottles also gives it a defined, small-release feel, making it a worthwhile discovery for drinkers who enjoy seeing how a familiar single malt can change through maturation.
Within the range at Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Glen Moray we would point out to someone who already appreciates Speyside whisky but wants a slightly more distinctive, spice-led interpretation.

Singleton Of Ord 17y 2025 presents Glen Ord in a rather unconventional light. This 17-year-old Highland single malt belongs to the Special Releases and takes a more creative route through maturation in sherry and mezcal casks.
That cask combination is where the character of this release really starts to stand apart. The sherry influence brings a familiar sense of depth, while the mezcal finish adds a more unusual, adventurous edge. Bottled at cask strength, 55.5%, it keeps a firm presence in the glass, with wood and spice playing a clear role alongside a lighter fruitiness.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would introduce to someone who enjoys seeing a Scotch whisky house step outside the expected pattern. It has the maturity of a (…)Macallan N°6

Its appeal also lies in its scarcity and collector status. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as more than a bottle to open; it is a release with a clear place in a serious whisky selection. With only the last bottles remaining, that sense of limited availability becomes part of the story.
The flavour profile points towards a whisky where wood influence and spice are clearly present, supported by lighter floral and fruity accents. Peat smoke and (…)Allt A Bhainne 2000 21y (Signatory - Cask Collection) Incl. Box

Berry Bros selected this release for Berry's Own Selection, drawing it from a butt that produced 488 bottles. That gives the whisky a defined sense of place and time: not a recurring house style, but the character of one specific cask.

Glen Garioch 1998 27 Year Old is the kind of whisky where the cask has clearly had its own say. Bottled in 2025 from a single cask, with only 190 bottles produced, it presents one very specific view of mature Highland single malt rather than a broad house style.
The intriguing part is the cask story. It was originally selected as a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask, yet on arrival it showed more of a Fino-like character. That gives this whisky a different shape from the heavier, more traditional sherry style: fresher, more elegant, with citrus, mineral notes, almond and subtle spice coming to the front.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like this release for precisely that sense of discovery. Thompson Bros has allowed the cask to speak in its own voice, including the (…)Royal Brackla 2006 14y (Alistair Walker - Infrequent Flyers)
