Islay Single Malt 1990 30y Tb Nectar (Thompson Brothers)
On request only
Islay Single Malt 1990 30y Tb Nectar is the kind of whisky where the undisclosed origin becomes part of the intrigue. The distillery name is not given, but the essentials are compelling enough: an Islay single malt distilled in 1990 and bottled in September 2021 after 30 years of maturation.
It comes from a single hogshead and was bottled at cask strength, at 49%. With only 240 bottles released, this is less about a house style and more about one individual cask captured after three decades.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottling like this stands out for its combination of age, Islay provenance and limited availability. The fact that these are the last bottles adds to the sense that this is a finite release rather than something that will simply return in the (…)Bowmore 2001 20y Art12 (Signatory - Artist Edition) Incl. Bowmore 2001 20y Art12 is a very specific snapshot of Islay single malt. Distilled in 2001 and bottled twenty years later by Signatory, it appears in the Artist Edition series and comes from a single sherry butt. Bottled at cask strength, 54.8%, it keeps the voice of that individual cask firmly in the foreground.
Only 665 bottles were drawn from the cask, and with the last bottles now remaining, this release has become increasingly scarce in a very natural way. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Bowmore we like to place in front of drinkers who appreciate whisky with a clear origin, a defined cask story and no sense of standardisation.
The profile is led by pronounced fruit, supported by noticeable wood and spice. Peat is clearly present, while a (…)*Vintage* Ardbeg 1973-1988 Duthie Samaroli 20th Anniversary Bottling

Very last one in stock!
The name of this Vintage Ardbeg 1973-1988 Duthie Samaroli 20th Anniversary Bottling already tells you that this is far removed from a standard Islay single malt. Ardbeg, a 1973 distillation date and an anniversary bottling under the Duthie Samaroli name all point to a release with real historical weight.
Bottled at 57%, it has a firm, powerful presentation. The sherry and bourbon cask background supports a profile where peat, spice and fruit are clearly present, with lighter touches of salt, floral nuance and wood in the background.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this sit in a very specific corner of the whisky selection: limited, serious and made for those who appreciate the story behind a vintage release. With only 540 bottles produced, collector (…)Ardmore 1998 23y Smsnec (The Single Malts Of Scotland - Single Malts Of Scotland For The Nectar)

Ardmore 1998 23y Smsnec (The Single Malts Of Scotland - Single Malts Of Scotland For The Nectar)
Very last one in stock!
Ardmore 1998 23y Smsnec is a Highland single malt with the focused personality you look for in an independent bottling. Distilled on 27 May 1998 and bottled on 1 August 2021, it spent 23 years in a hogshead before being released by The Single Malts of Scotland for The Nectar. It is bottled at cask strength, at 51% ABV.
Its appeal lies in the precision of the release. This is a single cask whisky, with only 234 bottles drawn from that one cask. With the last bottles now available, it represents a specific mature expression of Ardmore rather than a broad house-style vatting.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued for the way they show a distillery from a more individual angle. Here the emphasis falls on mature Highland malt with clearly (…)Longrow 23y Single Cask Nectar

Longrow 23y Single Cask Nectar
Very last one in stock!
Longrow 23y Single Cask Nectar is a Campbeltown single malt with a very focused identity: 23 years old, drawn from a single cask and bottled at cask strength. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures one Bourbon Hogshead at a particular point in its maturation.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this are valued for the way they show detail rather than repetition. A single cask release has its own voice, and with only the last bottles indicated, this 2022 bottling also carries a clear sense of scarcity.
The flavour direction points towards fruit, spice and peat, supported by lighter floral, woody and salty notes. That combination gives the whisky a layered Campbeltown feel, with mature depth and smoky presence without reducing it to a single (…)Laphroaig 1998 21y Dlxop (Douglas Laing Extra Old Particular)

Very last one in stock!
Laphroaig 1998 21y DLXOP is an Islay single malt bottled by Douglas Laing for the Extra Old Particular range. Distilled in April 1998 and bottled in August 2019, it brings together 21 years of maturation with the directness of a cask strength release.
Its appeal lies in the very specific nature of the bottling. This is a single cask whisky from a refill hogshead, released at 53.4% and limited to just 224 bottles. With only the last bottles remaining, it has the quiet scarcity that often makes independent single cask releases so compelling.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a mature Laphroaig for drinkers who appreciate a clear Islay profile without losing sight of nuance. Peat, spice and fruit are the main threads here, while the wood influence stays (…)Kilchoman Maury Matured

Kilchoman Maury Matured
Temporarily sold out
Expected: 01/11/2026Kilchoman Maury Matured is an Islay single malt built around a very deliberate cask choice. This is not a short wine-cask finish: the whisky spent its full maturation in casks that previously held Maury, the sweet fortified wine from Roussillon in southern France, made mainly from Grenache noir and known for its intense fruit character.
That full maturation gives the whisky a rich, layered feel, with dried fruit and a deep honeyed sweetness meeting Kilchoman's maritime peat smoke, fresh citrus notes and elegant malt structure. Bottled at 50%, it has the strength to carry those darker, sweeter tones while keeping the style precise and refined.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this limited spring release is the kind of bottle that starts a good conversation with (…)Islay 1991 30y 51,90° (Signatory - Cask Collection) Tube Incl.

Islay 1991 30y 51.90° is a whisky with a deliberately quiet identity. The distillery remains undisclosed, yet the essentials are very clear: an Islay single malt distilled on 12 December 1991 and bottled on 11 March 2022 after 30 years of maturation.
Signatory released it as part of the Cask Collection, drawn from a single Bourbon Barrel. That matters here, because this is not a broad vatting but the contents of one individual cask. Only 256 bottles were filled, and with the last bottles now in circulation, the release has become increasingly scarce.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of bottle that speaks to customers who appreciate detail: a dated vintage, a single cask origin, cask strength at 51.9%, and the unmistakable setting of (…)Ardbeg 22y

Ardbeg 22y is a Scottish single malt from Islay with the kind of age statement that immediately gives it a different presence. Distilled in 1996 and matured for 22 years in a Bourbon Barrel, it represents a specific chapter rather than a regular, everyday release.
Only 2400 bottles were bottled, and the product is marked as a collectors item. Combined with the indication that these are among the last bottles, that makes this Ardbeg feel increasingly scarce. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for customers who are looking beyond the familiar core range and want an older Islay whisky with a clearly defined origin.

Distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2021, it was given a sherry finish before bottling at 54% ABV. The supplied profile points to a whisky where fruit, spice and peat all have real presence, supported more quietly by wood, floral and salty touches.

Only 286 bottles came from this cask, and with the last bottles now remaining, it feels like a tightly defined snapshot rather than a broad, polished release.
Distilled in December 2017 and bottled in August 2022, this 4-year-old whisky was wine matured. That gives the release its setting, but the real point of interest is cask #14384 itself. There is no age statement here, so the focus is firmly on style and composition rather than on a number. At 48% ABV, it has enough strength to carry its peated character with presence and definition.

Wolfburn Let It Snow is a Highland single malt from Scotland with a name that naturally brings a winter mood to mind. With no age statement, the focus is less on a number and more on the style in the glass: a 46% whisky with enough strength to carry its fruity and spicy side clearly.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Wolfburn stands out for the way its main flavours are supported by gentler accents. Fruit and spice are the most prominent elements, while wood, floral notes, a light salty edge and a subtle touch of peat stay in the background. It was matured entirely on Yakushima, an island set within a maritime ecosystem listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. That island setting is not just background information here; it is central to the whisky's identity.
Yakushima's subtropical microclimate brings mild winters, warm summers and very high humidity throughout the year. With annual evaporation estimated at 7 to 14%, the interaction between whisky and wood is accelerated in a striking way. The ocean nearby and the constant sea breeze add a subtle maritime, saline influence to the whisky's profile.

The product information points to a layered interplay of fruity, medicinal and ashy notes, with the peat gradually moving towards mineral, floral and smoky dimensions.
