Bushmills American Oak

In stock

Bushmills American Oak is an Irish blended whiskey built around its American Oak Finish rather than an age statement. That gives it a clear stylistic direction: floral and spiced notes are the main points of interest, while fruit and wood play a more restrained supporting role.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this Bushmills as a good example of an approachable Irish blend with enough character to make it stand apart. It is bottled at 40%, without a peated or salty profile, so the emphasis stays on spice, gentle oak influence and a lighter fruit impression.

As these are the last bottles in our selection, it is a Bushmills release worth considering if this particular American oak-influenced style is what you are looking for. More information about the brand (…)

Aber Falls Sherry Malt

In stock

Aber Falls Sherry Malt is a Welsh single malt whisky shaped by sherry maturation. It is not presented as a heavily peated or coastal style; its focus lies more in a floral and spiced direction, with fruit and wood playing supporting roles.

The Welsh origin gives it an appealing point of difference within the single malt category. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it sits well among whiskies for drinkers who enjoy exploring beyond the most familiar regions, while still looking for a clear and approachable style.

Bottled at 40%, Aber Falls Sherry Malt does not carry an age statement. That keeps the attention on the house style and the sherry-matured character: floral, gently fruity, noticeably spiced and lightly touched by wood.

Sagamore Spirit Cask Strength

In stock

Sagamore Spirit Cask Strength is an American straight rye whiskey built around careful blending rather than sheer strength alone. It brings together high-rye and low-rye whiskeys aged between 4 and 7 years, with each part chosen for the way it shapes the final whiskey.

The older rye adds deeper tones of chocolate, hazelnut and molasses, while the younger component brings brighter citrus notes and measured spice. That contrast is what gives this release its layered feel: powerful, certainly, but also deliberately composed.

At 56.1% ABV, it carries the direct intensity expected from a cask strength rye. In the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, Sagamore Spirit Cask Strength is a strong choice for drinkers who enjoy rye whiskey with spice, depth and a darker (…)

Larency Bourbon

On request only

Larency Bourbon from Heaven Hill is an American bourbon that presents itself through style rather than an age statement. At 46% alcohol, it has enough strength to carry its profile clearly, without needing to feel overly forceful.

Its maturation in American oak gives it a familiar bourbon foundation, yet the supplied flavour profile points especially toward floral and spiced elements. Wood is present, but not the whole story, while a lighter fruit note sits in the background.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Larency Bourbon as a bourbon with a defined but measured personality. With the last bottles now indicated in our selection, it is also one of those releases worth considering while it is still on our shelves.

The flavour profile of Larency (…)

Ben Nevis Coire Leis Incl. Box

Ben Nevis Coire Leis is a Highland single malt from Fort William, on the western side of the Scottish Highlands. Its name refers to a natural rock formation just below the summit of Ben Nevis, with water from Coire Leis forming part of the whisky's identity according to the distillery.

For this official distillery bottling, Ben Nevis selects first fill bourbon casks together with other chosen oak casks from its warehouses at the foot of the mountain. It is bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered and at natural colour, giving Coire Leis a clear, unforced presentation of Ben Nevis without an age statement.

Glenkinchie 2008 18y (Douglas Laing Old Particular)

On request only

Glenkinchie is not a name that often appears openly on independent bottlings today, and that gives this Douglas Laing release immediate appeal. It is an 18 year old Lowland single malt, distilled in 2008 and bottled for the Old Particular series, showing the elegant, floral and malty side for which Glenkinchie is known.

The distillery sits near Edinburgh, and this bottling keeps that refined Lowland identity at the centre. Honey, grain and orchard fruit shape the whisky's story, supported by a measured touch of spice and wood rather than peat or coastal salinity.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a whisky with quiet distinction: a single cask selection from Douglas Laing, 18 years of age, with only 181 bottles released worldwide. With the last bottles (…)

Benromach High Enzime is a Speyside single malt Scotch bottled at 46% and matured in a bourbon barrel. The cask influence is present in a controlled way, giving the whisky a gentle wood dimension without making the style feel heavy.

The most distinctive side of this release is its floral and spiced direction. Fruit is present in a lighter supporting role, while peat and salty notes are not part of the profile. That gives the whisky a cleaner, more aromatic focus, built around spice, flower-like lift and restrained oak.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place Benromach High Enzime among the single malts for drinkers who enjoy exploring Speyside beyond the obvious. It is a whisky with its own quiet angle: bourbon barrel maturation, no smoky emphasis, and a (…)

Benriach Malting Season

On request only

Benriach Malting Season is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distilled in 2012 and released without an age statement. With 6,672 bottles produced, it feels like a clearly defined Benriach bottling rather than a broad, ongoing expression.

At 48.7% ABV, it has a little extra presence in the glass. The supplied flavour profile points towards a floral and spiced style, with wood and fruit playing a supporting role. There is no peated or salty emphasis indicated, so the focus remains on a cleaner Speyside malt character shaped by those aromatic and spicy elements.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this kind of release as a good way to explore a distillery from a specific angle. Malting Season brings together the Benriach name, Speyside origin, a 2012 (…)

Powers Three Swallow Sps Tube Incl.

In stock

Powers Three Swallow Sps is an Irish single pot still whiskey with a character built around floral and spicy accents rather than heavy oak or smoke. The bourbon and sherry cask influence gives it a clear frame, while the profile stays approachable and focused.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a good example of how Irish whiskey can show personality without relying on an age statement. At 40% alcohol, it remains easy to approach, yet the style has enough definition to stand apart: gentle fruit, light wood influence and a more noticeable spicy side.

Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2013 is a Scottish single malt from Islay with a clear emphasis on origin and vintage. Distilled in 2013 and matured for 9 years, it shows Islay from a perspective that is not built around the heavy peat character many people immediately associate with the island.

Chichibu Paris 2023 (Different Labels, According To Availability) Incl. Box

In stock

Chichibu Paris 2023 is a Japanese single malt from the Paris Edition series, released under the Ichiro's Malt label for La Maison du Whisky in France. It is an official distillery bottling at 49.5%, carrying no formal age statement, yet it has a very clear identity: young Chichibu malt, limited availability and a presentation built around Paris.

The wording Different Labels, According To Availability is part of the story. There are five label variants dedicated to well-known Parisian department stores and shopping destinations, but the whisky inside is the same vatting. The label supplied may vary depending on availability; the liquid remains Chichibu Paris 2023.

Rather than a single cask, this edition is a vatting of nine Chichibu single malt casks. The (…)

Shizuoka Pot Still K Japanese Barley

In stock

Shizuoka Pot Still K Japanese Barley is a Japanese single malt with a particularly direct presentation. Bottled at 55.5% and at cask strength, it keeps its natural force rather than aiming for a softened, standardised style. Matured in oak casks and released without an age statement, it puts the focus on the whisky's own character.

Only 2500 bottles were produced, and the fact that these are the last bottles gives this release a more limited feel within the Drankenshop Broekmans range. It is the kind of Japanese whisky that stands out through its strength, small-scale availability and clear stylistic direction rather than through unnecessary decoration.

The indicated flavour profile points towards floral and spicy elements as the main accents, with fruit and (…)

Ryelaw Vintage 2018 Tube Incl.

In stock

Ryelaw Vintage 2018 shows a different side of Scotch whisky. This is a Fife Single Grain Scotch Whisky from the Lowlands, built around rye: 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. The rye comes from a single field, giving the release a clear sense of origin and a character that stands apart from more familiar Scotch styles.

Inchardairnie began distilling in 2016 and, alongside its future single malt, works on several whisky projects. RyeLaw is one of the most distinctive of those ideas: a Scottish take on rye whisky, distilled in a Lomond Hill still and presented here as the second vintage.

Maturation took place in new charred oak casks from the Appalachian Mountains. That brings the focus firmly onto rye spice, wood and assertive oak, with a more subtle (…)

Lowland 12y Low.1.C. (Cadenhead's Enigma Series)

Temporarily sold out
Expected: 07/12/2026

Lowland 12y Low.1.C. is a 12-year-old Lowland Single Malt bottled by Cadenhead as part of the Enigma Series. The distillery name is deliberately kept undisclosed, so the focus moves away from label recognition and straight into the glass.

Distilled in 2013 and bottled at a natural cask strength of 53.8%, it shows the fresher, aromatic side of Lowland whisky, with citrus and spice at the centre. Cadenhead suggests that the style may point in the direction of Auchentoshan or Glenkinchie, though the exact origin remains part of the mystery. Bourbon cask maturation gives support without turning the whisky into a heavily wooded dram.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like for customers who enjoy tasting with an open mind. The appeal lies in (…)

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we appreciate releases like this because they show a different side of single malt whisky while still remaining easy to understand in terms of character. With only the last bottles available, Westland Solum 1st Edition is especially worth noting for anyone (…)

Oxford Artis 2019 #21 (Berry Bros)

In stock

Oxford Artis 2019 #21 is an English rye whisky with a story that begins well before the cask. It belongs to Berry Bros. & Rudd's Collective#1 series, a range built around independent makers who challenge convention and place real emphasis on reducing their impact on the planet's natural resources.

The whisky comes from The Oxford Artisan Distillery, described here through its work with regenerative agriculture. The supplied information highlights John Letts, head of the farm, and his work with heritage grain varieties that can adapt to different climates. That gives this rye a strong sense of origin: the grain is not just an ingredient, it is central to the identity of the whisky.

Cask #21 was filled in 2019 and bottled in 2023. It is a single cask (…)

Kyro Sauna Stories N°1 Incl. Box

On request only

Kyro Sauna Stories N°1 is a Finnish rye whisky from Kyrö built around one of Finland's most recognisable cultural rituals: the sauna. In the story behind this release, the sauna stands for warmth, transformation, purification and shared moments, and Kyrö has taken that idea beyond symbolism.

The whisky first matures in bourbon casks before receiving a finish in Jamaican Planteray rum casks. It is then finished in a traditional Finnish sauna built specifically for the purpose. Kyrö describes this process as bringing extra softness and balance while keeping the strength of the aromas intact, with the rum cask adding richer, more exotic depth to the rye base.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, Sauna Stories N°1 stands out because it connects (…)
