Arran Sauternes Finish shows a particularly expressive side of Isle of Arran single malt. The whisky is finished in Sauternes casks selected directly from an artisanal wine house, so the cask influence is not just a detail here; it is part of the identity of the bottling.
It comes from the only distillery on the Isle of Arran and is bottled at 50% to keep the aromas and flavour concentrated. The whisky is fully natural, without chill filtration and without artificial colouring. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Arran we like to introduce to customers who enjoy a fuller, fruit-led malt with a floral lift and a clear sense of cask character.
With its Sauternes finish and generous strength, it also makes a fine digestif-style whisky, best given a (…)Centenario 25y Gran Reserva Incl. Box

Centenario 25y Gran Reserva is a Costa Rican rum shaped by blending and long maturation. It brings together rums aged from 6 to 25 years in a system of continuous ageing, giving the glass a sense of maturity while still keeping a lively fruit-driven side.
The rum is aged in American white oak casks that previously held Scotch whisky. That detail matters here, because the profile is not simply sweet and round; it carries dry wood, spice and a fresh fruit note that give it more definition. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would point out to someone looking for a mature rum with a composed, drier finish.
It is a well-appreciated Centenario release, especially for drinkers who enjoy aged rum with fruit, spice and wood in a calm, polished (…)Christian Drouin VSOP Pale & Dry Incl. Box

Christian Drouin VSOP Pale & Dry is a Calvados Pays d'Auge from Normandy, connected with the Cœur de Lion and Drouin tradition. What makes it stand out is its fruit-led style: mature enough to show depth, yet still clearly driven by apple rather than heavy oak. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a particularly approachable way to discover a refined, dry VSOP Calvados with real Norman identity.
It begins with cider apples from the Pays d'Auge, using bitter, bittersweet, sweet and sharp varieties. The cider is double distilled in copper stills, then blended from calvados aged for at least four years. Maturation takes place in small previously used casks, including former wine casks and casks that held fortified wine. That gives the blend roundness and (…)Hampden 1753 Incl. Box

Hampden 1753 is a clear introduction to the distinctive world of Jamaican rum from Hampden Estate. Made from molasses, it is a pure Jamaican single rum shaped by long fermentation with wild yeasts and distillation in copper pot stills. That process gives the rum its classic ester profile and its unmistakably expressive personality.
It spends 3 years maturing tropically in ex-bourbon barrels and is bottled at 46%. That strength gives the rum enough structure to carry its aromatic style, while keeping it approachable as a first step into Hampden's flavour universe.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to introduce when someone wants to understand what makes Hampden Estate so recognisable: vivid tropical fruit, spice, a floral lift and a (…)Hampden 8 Years

Hampden 8 Years
In stock
Hampden 8 Years is a Jamaican molasses rum with a very clear identity. It is produced at Hampden Estate in Trelawny Parish and distilled entirely on pot stills, placing it firmly in the Pure Single Jamaican Rum category: one distillery, one unmistakable house style.
Its character is shaped by long natural fermentation with wild yeasts, copper pot still distillation and tropical ageing in Jamaica. Hampden is known for ester-driven rum, and this 8-year-old release carries that aromatic signature through ripe fruit, spice and a lightly funky edge, without added sugar, sweeteners or colouring.
Eight years of maturation in the Jamaican climate gives the rum maturity while keeping the distillate's energy intact. Bourbon barrels add a measured wood influence, but (…)Kilchoman Rockside 11y Incl. Box

Kilchoman Rockside 11y is an Islay single malt with a very specific sense of place. The barley is grown exclusively on Rockside farm on Islay, and the full production journey, from cultivation to bottling, takes place on site. That gives this whisky its Single Farm Single Malt identity.
Eleven years in bourbon and sherry casks bring together gentle peat smoke, fruit, citrus freshness and spice. With a light peat level of 20 PPM, the smoke stays refined rather than dominant, while bottling at 46%, without chill filtration and without added colouring, keeps the whisky close to its natural character.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Kilchoman with a particularly clear story: unmistakably Islay, yet shaped by one farm, one production chain and a (…)Kilkerran 12y 2026

Kilkerran 12y 2026 is a Campbeltown single malt from Glengyle with a background that gives the whisky real context. The distillery reopened in 2004 after being closed for more than 80 years, so this 12-year-old release sits within the modern return of Campbeltown whisky rather than feeling like just another age-stated malt.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we value this bottle for the way it brings together provenance and drinkability. It is lightly peated, bottled at 46%, and matured in a combination of 70% bourbon casks and 30% sherry casks. That balance supports the fruit, vanilla and honeyed side of the whisky, while the sherry component adds a deeper fruitcake-like accent.
It has become a familiar name for many whisky drinkers because it carries a clear (…)Machrie Moor Peated Cask Strength Tube Incl.

Machrie Moor Peated Cask Strength shows Arran in a smoky, full-powered style, bottled at 56.2% without being softened down too far. This Isle of Arran single malt keeps its peat, freshness and coastal saltiness very much in view.
The bourbon barrel maturation supports the whisky without taking over the conversation. What stands out is the lively contrast: smoke and ash on one side, pear and lime on the other, with a salty edge running through it. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it is one of those bottles that naturally draws attention from customers looking for a peated single malt with real strength behind it.
Because it is bottled at cask strength, it also invites a little experimentation with water. A few drops can open the whisky while keeping its smoky, briny (…)Pierre Ferrand Ambre New

Pierre Ferrand Ambre New is a Grande Champagne Cognac made from Ugni Blanc, with much of its identity shaped before it ever reaches the cask. It is double distilled over an open flame in small copper stills, a detail that says a great deal about the careful, traditional approach behind the spirit.
Its maturation is built with a clear sense of restraint and purpose. Part of the cognac spends its first years in new French oak, while the larger share matures in casks that have previously held cognac. The wood influence supports the fruit and almond notes rather than pushing them aside.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of cognac we like to introduce when someone is looking for a Grande Champagne expression with real aromatic presence. Apple, pear, (…)Yoichi Single Malt Incl. Box

Yoichi Single Malt is a Japanese single malt with a clearly defined personality. It is made at the original Nikka distillery and brings together whiskies of different ages, so the focus is less on an age statement and more on the distinctive Yoichi style.
A key part of that style comes from coal-fired pot still distillation. It gives the whisky its smoky, maritime edge while allowing the fruit to remain present. Sherry and bourbon casks add structure to that profile, supporting the interplay between fruit, gentle peat, spice and smoke.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, Yoichi Single Malt is the kind of Japanese whisky we like to introduce to customers who want something with a little more tension and depth. It has power and smoke, but it keeps enough fruit and (…)Amrut Fusion Tube Incl.

Amrut Fusion is an Indian single malt from Bengaluru, and the name is more than a label. It brings together Indian barley and peated Scottish barley, with the separate components distilled and matured before being brought into one whisky. That meeting of origins gives Fusion its distinctive place among world whiskies: firmly Indian, with a measured smoky thread from the Scottish malt.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is one of those bottles that often starts a conversation because it does not follow the most familiar single malt template. It carries no age statement, yet it has a clear identity: bottled at 50%, non-chill filtered and without added colouring. Arran 10y Barley 2026 puts the barley firmly in focus. This limited-edition Arran Single Malt was distilled from barley grown on the Isle of Arran itself, at Bellevue Farm by the Currie family. That gives the whisky a clear agricultural thread and a closer connection to its island origin.
For Batch 002, Arran used the Concerto barley variety, whereas Batch 001 was made with Optic. The whisky matured for 10 years in a selection of First Fill Bourbon Barrels and Second Fill Sherry Hogsheads, in proportions closely aligned with the classic Arran 10 Years Old. Even so, this release places more emphasis on the local barley, with a distinctly warm and spiced style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottling we value because it adds context without (…)Arran Amarone Finish Tube Incl.

Bottled at 50%, it has real presence in the glass. The whisky is presented without chill filtration and without artificial colouring, keeping the style close to its natural form.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Arran we like to introduce when someone is looking for a single malt where the wine cask finish genuinely shapes the experience. The Amarone casks add depth around the malt rather than simply acting as a finishing touch.

In stockArran Port Finish is a Scottish single malt from the Isle of Arran built around a carefully judged cask finish. After its initial maturation in traditional oak casks, the whisky was given a second period of ageing in selected port casks.
That finishing period was closely watched by Master Distiller James MacTaggart, with the aim of keeping the port influence in balance with the naturally sweet style of Arran malt. It gives the whisky charm and depth, while the malt itself remains clearly present.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Arran customers often return to: bottled at 50%, expressive in its fruit and spice, yet still centred on sweet barley and a gentle wood influence rather than heavy smoke.

Arran Quarter Cask, also known as 'The Bothy', shows a more forceful side of Arran Single Malt. This official bottling from Isle of Arran Distillers comes from Lochranza Distillery on the Isle of Arran in Scotland and is bottled at cask strength, 56.2% ABV. It remains in the unpeated style associated with Lochranza, with fruit, American oak and spice at the centre of its personality.
The quarter-cask maturation is the detail that gives this whisky its particular drive. After an initial period in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, the spirit is transferred to smaller American oak quarter casks of around 125 litres. That smaller format gives the whisky more contact with the wood, adding weight and intensity while keeping the fruit clearly present.

Arran The Bodega Sherry shows Arran Single Malt in a fuller, sherry-led style. It comes from Lochranza Distillery on the Isle of Arran and sits within the distillery's core range. The name points to the sherry bodegas of Jerez, the source of the casks that shape this whisky so clearly.
Made from malted barley and water from Loch na Davie, it is double distilled in copper pot stills before being fully matured in sherry casks, commonly described as sherry hogsheads from Jerez. The style is unpeated, yet richer and more forceful than many softer Arran bottlings, with the sherry cask influence taking a central role.
At 55.8%, it is bottled at cask strength, without an age statement and without chill filtration, with colour drawn from the cask. At Drankenshop (…)Campbeltown Loch 2026

Campbeltown Loch 2026

In stockCampbeltown Loch 2026 is a blended malt with a strong sense of place. It is made exclusively from single malts and brings together whisky from the active Campbeltown distilleries: Springbank, Glen Scotia and Glengyle. In that sense, it feels less like a standard blend and more like a compact introduction to Campbeltown in one bottle.
The town of Campbeltown, on the Kintyre peninsula, has a rich whisky history and today produces five different single malts: Hazelburn, Longrow and Springbank at Springbank, Glen Scotia at Glen Scotia, and Kilkerran at Glengyle. Campbeltown Loch includes malt from each of these five names, giving it a genuine regional identity.
Maturation in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks gives the whisky its generous, layered style. (…)Caol Ila 2018 8y Douglas Laing Single Minded Incl. Box

Distilled in 2018, matured for 8 years in a bourbon barrel and bottled at 46%, it shows a fresh and precise side of Caol Ila. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is exactly the kind of Islay release we like to point out when someone wants peat, but also clarity: citrus brightness, soft malt, refined smoke and a maritime lift.

Drouin Domfrontais is a Calvados Domfrontais from Normandy, produced by Maison Christian Drouin and linked to the Coeur de Lion name. Domfrontais has its own identity within calvados, largely because pears play such an important role alongside cider apples. In this bottling, around 60% of the fruit used is poiré pear, completed by cider apples.
The pears come from the Domfront area, where small fruit grows on old high-stem trees, some of them described as centuries old. That background shapes a young, fresh and fruit-led calvados, with apple and pear at the centre rather than heavy oak influence. The blend is made from calvados aged for 3 to 5 years in small oak casks and is single distilled in a column still, in line with the AOC Calvados Domfrontais style.

It matures in white American oak barrels that previously held bourbon. That cask influence is reflected in the pronounced vanilla note and in the soft, velvety finish described for this rum. Flor de Cana also states that nothing extra is added, keeping the character clean and unforced.
