Talisker 14y Special Reserve 2025 Tube Incl.

Very last one in stock!

Talisker 14y Special Reserve 2025 draws strongly on its Skye origin: maritime, spicy, lightly fruity and clearly peated, yet still composed. At 14 years old and bottled at cask strength, 53.9%, it keeps the distillery's intensity close to the surface.

The distinctive element here is the way Talisker's salty, smoky house style is joined by a volcanic finish in American oak. The wood influence is present but restrained, giving space to black pepper, peat smoke and coastal character rather than covering them.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of single malt we would point out to someone looking for Talisker with extra drive and definition. With only the last bottles remaining in our selection, the Special Reserve 2025 feels like a very specific snapshot (…)

Compass Box Phenomenology (Compass Box Limited Edition)

Very last one in stock!

Compass Box Phenomenology is a Scottish blended malt from the Compass Box limited edition range. Its interest lies in the clearly defined nature of the release: 7,908 bottles, bottled at 46%, with only the last bottles remaining.

Within the Drankenshop Broekmans selection, Phenomenology sits in that more distinctive corner of Compass Box releases: not part of the everyday core range, but a separate bottling with its own moment and identity. It is the kind of whisky that naturally draws attention from those who follow limited Compass Box bottlings.

The available flavour profile points towards spice and peat as the main accents, supported by lighter fruit, wood and saline notes. That gives the whisky a more assertive direction, while the supplied information (…)

Islay 26y Macb (Elixir Distillers - Macbeth Series) Incl. Box

Very last one in stock!

Islay 26y Macb belongs to Elixir Distillers' Macbeth Collection, a series of 42 Scotch whiskies linked to characters from Shakespeare's tragedy. This release sits among the smoky whiskies representing the witches, giving it a darker, more theatrical place in the collection and a clear Islay identity.

The distillery remains undisclosed, though the whisky is described as coming from the southern coast of Islay. That secrecy suits the mood of the bottle rather well. It spent 26 years maturing in a combination of an oloroso sherry butt and a first fill bourbon barrel, then was bottled at 49.5% with 750 bottles released.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as one of those bottles where the story matters as much as the age statement: mature Islay single malt, (…)

Agitator 2018 #741 (Berry Bros)

On request only

Agitator 2018 #741 is a Swedish single malt with a distinctly modern mindset. It was bottled by the British independent bottler Berry Bros. & Rudd as part of Collective#1, a series built around like-minded distilleries from around the world that challenge convention and place strong emphasis on reducing their impact on the planet's natural resources.

Agitator, based in Stockholm and led by Oskar Bruno, is a fitting name for that project. The distillery works with vacuum distillation and explores yeast, barley and wood with real intent. For this single cask, the barley was malted to 40 ppm and fermented with a saison beer yeast, giving the whisky a very specific foundation before the cask influence comes into play.

Cask #741 was distilled in 2018, matured (…)

Bowmore 10y Devil's Casks

In stock

Bowmore 10y Devil's Casks is an Islay single malt with a more limited and forceful identity than a regular core-range whisky. It brings together 10 years of maturation, sherry cask influence and cask strength bottling at 56.7%, keeping the whisky close to its natural strength.

Only 6000 bottles were released, and with its collector's item status and last-bottle availability, this edition carries a sense of scarcity. It is not presented as an everyday Bowmore, but as a specific release with a clear place among limited Islay bottlings.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who are drawn to peat, spice and the richer direction of sherry maturation. The lighter touches of salt, fruit and wood support that profile without softening the (…)

Paul John Select Peated Incl. Box

In stock

Paul John Select Peated shows a distinctive side of Indian single malt. The peat is presented as soft yet lively, with the product story evoking a walk along the tropical beaches of Goa. That image suits the whisky well: smoky and spicy, but with warmth and a certain rounded appeal rather than pure austerity.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottle like this earns its place because it broadens the conversation around single malt. This is a peated Paul John bottled at cask strength, 55.5%, with Bourbon Barrel indicated as the cask type. The strength gives it presence, while the character remains centred on peat, spice and layered sweetness.

Its identity is built around gentle peat, clear smoke and a spicy core, supported by darker sweet and nutty notes. For anyone (…)

Elements Of Islay Sherry Incl. Box

In stock

Elements Of Islay Sherry brings together the assertive identity of Islay and maturation in sherry casks. As a no-age-statement blended malt, it is less about a number on the label and more about the style it sets out to deliver.

At 54.5% alcohol, it has a firm presence in the glass. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as an Islay whisky for drinkers who enjoy peat with extra depth: spice is clearly part of the profile, fruit plays a supporting role, and a salty edge keeps the island character in view.

The wood influence is described as modest, so the focus stays on the interplay between peat, spice, light fruit and sherry maturation. It is a robust, flavour-led blended malt with a distinctly Islay-driven personality.

The tasting impression is (…)

Lagavulin 26y 2021

In stock

Lagavulin 26y 2021 shows the more mature side of Islay single malt. At 26 years old, it has the kind of presence that comes from long ageing rather than sheer force: peat remains an important part of the whisky, but it sits alongside a clear spicy element and a gentler touch of oak.

Its sherry maturation gives useful context to the style, while the supplied flavour profile points to a whisky where peat and spice are the main markers, supported by lighter fruit and a saline note. That keeps the Islay identity firmly in view, yet with the slower, more composed feel of an older release.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Lagavulin stands out as a 2021 bottling at 44.2%, released in a run of 7,543 bottles and now marked as last bottles. Those details matter because (…)

Port Ellen 1983 30y (Duncan Taylor - Tantalus)

Very last one in stock!

Port Ellen 1983 30y is a Scottish single malt from Islay with rarity built into its very identity. Distilled in 1983 and matured for 30 years in an oak cask, it brings together long ageing and the direct expression of a cask strength bottling.

This release was bottled by Duncan Taylor as part of the Tantalus series. At 52% ABV, it keeps close to its natural cask character rather than being reduced to a standard strength, giving the whisky a more focused and individual presence.

With 671 bottles produced, collector's item status and only the last bottles remaining, this Port Ellen holds a special place in the Drankenshop Broekmans range. It is a mature, limited Islay single malt for those who value provenance, age and the particularity of an independent (…)

Secret Islay 1990 31 Y (The Whisky Agency)

In stock

Secret Islay 1990 31 Y has the kind of restrained mystery that makes independent-style whisky releases so intriguing. The distillery remains undisclosed, yet the important details are clear: a Scottish Islay single malt, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2022 after 31 years of maturation.

Drawn from a single hogshead and bottled at cask strength, 51.5%, this is not a broad vatting but the voice of one individual cask. Only 252 bottles were filled, and with the last bottles now available, the limited nature of the release becomes part of its appeal.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this stand out because they combine age, Islay origin and a deliberately hidden identity. It is a whisky that leaves room for discovery while still offering the substance of (…)

Laphroaig 1996 21y Dlxop (Douglas Laing Extra Old Particular)

Very last one in stock!

Laphroaig 1996 21y Dlxop is an Islay single malt where the details really matter. Distilled in July 1996 and bottled in September 2017, it spent 21 years maturing before Douglas Laing released it as part of the Extra Old Particular range.

Its appeal lies in the precision of the bottling: a single hogshead cask, filled at cask strength and yielding just 253 bottles. At 53.4% alcohol, this is not a broad house-style release, but a very specific cask-driven snapshot of mature Laphroaig.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as one of those bottles that belongs among the more scarce Islay selections. With the last bottles available and its status as a collector's item, it carries a clear sense of rarity. In character, the emphasis sits on peat and spice, (…)

Kilchoman Coull Point

In stock

Kilchoman Coull Point is a Scottish single malt from Islay, bottled at 46%. Its profile is built around clear peat smoke and spice, with lighter touches of fruit, saltiness and oak sitting in the background.

The use of bourbon and sherry casks gives the whisky a broader frame than a release shaped by one cask type alone. With no age statement, the focus sits firmly on composition and character: an Islay single malt where smoke and spice carry the main line.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, Kilchoman Coull Point fits the selection for drinkers looking for a peated whisky with a recognisable island signature. The smoky and spicy core is supported rather than overwhelmed by its fruit, salt and wood accents, giving it a defined but not one-note personality.

Ardbeg 2000 23y Y2k Incl. Box

In stock

Ardbeg 2000 23y Y2k is a mature Islay single malt with a very clear identity: distilled in 2000, aged for 23 years and matured in sherry casks. It presents Ardbeg through the lens of time, giving the whisky a more considered and distinctive place than a standard release.

The Y2k name draws attention to the 2000 vintage, while the 23-year age statement brings the sense of a long-matured bottling. The sherry maturation adds another dimension around the distillery's smoky and spicy side, with the available profile suggesting that wood influence remains present rather than dominant.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we would place in front of someone looking for a more special Ardbeg rather than an everyday Islay pour. Its collector status and (…)

Kilchoman Family Collection 11 Years Incl. Box

In stock

Kilchoman Family Collection 11 Years comes from the first edition of Kilchoman Distillery's Family Collection. It is a release with a clear family connection, selected by the founding family and centred on a bold expression of the distillery's peated style.

At 11 years old and bottled at 54.7%, this Islay single malt has real weight in the glass. The peat is forceful, with 50 ppm from the Port Ellen maltings, yet the whisky is not just about smoke. The tasting notes point towards dark fruits, cocoa, burnt caramel, leather and saline touches, giving it a deeper, more gastronomic feel.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a particularly engaging Kilchoman for drinkers who enjoy peat with structure and darker depth. Its place in the first Family Collection, (…)

Longrow 18y Batch 2021

In stock

Longrow 18y Batch 2021 is a Campbeltown single malt Scotch whisky with a firmly defined personality. At 18 years old and bottled at 46%, it has the feel of a mature release that lets the house style speak without turning the presentation into a technical exercise.

The centre of gravity lies in peat, spice and a subtle salty edge. Fruit is present, but in a supporting role, while the wood influence remains relatively restrained. That gives the whisky room to show its Campbeltown origin and the more structured side of Longrow.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for drinkers who enjoy Scotch single malt with depth, peat influence and a savoury coastal accent. With the last bottles now in stock, Batch 2021 also carries the quiet appeal of a release (…)

Port Charlotte 2005 #1577 (Rest & Be Thankful)

Port Charlotte 2005 #1577 is an Islay single malt from Bruichladdich with a very specific sense of place and cask identity. Rather than a larger vatting, this is a single cask release, bottled at cask strength and limited to just 272 bottles.

Distilled in 2005 and bottled in July 2022, it spent 16 years maturing before being released at 54.6% alcohol. The Wine Matured cask type adds an individual angle to the assertive Port Charlotte style, while the cask-strength presentation keeps the whisky close to the character of the original cask.

Bunnahabhain 2018 6y (The Single Malts Of Scotland)

On request only

Bunnahabhain 2018 6y shows a bold, smoky side of Islay. This Small Batch is made from five refill hogsheads of heavily peated Bunnahabhain, distilled in 2018 and matured for six years. It speaks in a direct style, with peat, saltiness and mineral notes taking the lead.

The refill hogsheads keep the wood influence in a supporting role, allowing the spirit's sharper coastal character to come through. Bottled at 48%, without chill filtration or colouring, this limited edition stays close to its natural presentation. The release is named after a water source at the distillery, a fitting detail for a whisky with such a mineral edge.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a characterful choice for drinkers who enjoy young Islay malt with smoke, spice and a salty (…)

Compass Box The Nectar 15th Anniversary is a Scottish blended malt with the feel of a very specific limited release. The anniversary reference in the name is not an age statement; this whisky is bottled without a declared age, placing the focus instead on the composition, style and identity of the release.

Only 1200 bottles were produced, and this Compass Box Limited edition is marked as a collector's item. At Drankenshop Broekmans, that makes it the kind of bottle we present as something more deliberate than a regular shelf choice, especially now that only the last bottles remain.

Its flavour direction is shaped by noticeable spice and peat, with lighter support from fruit, wood and a subtle salty edge. Bottled at 49%, it has enough strength to carry that (…)

Williamson 12y Tb (Thompson Brothers)

Williamson 12y Tb is a Scottish blended malt with a deliberately discreet identity. The source is undisclosed, so the focus shifts away from distillery name and towards the bottling itself. It was distilled on 7 September 2010 and bottled on 1 December 2022 after 12 years of maturation.

Drawn from a single refill butt and bottled at cask strength at 50%, it gives a fairly direct view of one individual cask. The refill wood suggests a supporting role rather than an overpowering one, leaving room for the whisky's peat and spice to stand forward.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of release we place with the more characterful Scottish selections: limited, cask-focused and quietly intriguing. With only the last bottles remaining, it has the feel of a (…)

Talisker Storm Incl. Box

Talisker Storm is a Scottish single malt from Skye with a clear focus on the bolder side of the whisky. The name feels well matched to its profile: peat smoke and spice are the main voices, with a salty edge adding a sense of place.

As a no age statement release matured in oak casks, it is less about a specific number of years and more about a direct expression of style. Smoke and spice sit at the centre, while fruit and wood remain in supporting roles rather than taking over.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, Talisker Storm has its place among single malts for drinkers who want a whisky with a pronounced smoky and spicy character. Bottled at 45.8%, it carries enough strength to keep that character clearly defined.

Laphroaig 25y 2021

Laphroaig 25y 2021 brings together two elements that make it stand out immediately: a quarter century of maturation and an Islay single malt identity shaped by sherry and bourbon casks. At 51.9% ABV, it has a serious presence in the glass.
