Dewar's 25y Incl. Box

Dewar's 25y is a Scottish blended whisky built around maturity and composition. The 25-year age statement immediately gives it a more considered presence: this is a blend where time, integration and a composed style are central to the experience.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, Dewar's 25y sits comfortably among Scotch whiskies for drinkers who appreciate an older blend without looking for a heavily peated or coastal style. The flavour profile points clearly towards fruit, with lighter floral, spicy and woody elements adding support rather than taking over.
Bottled at 40% alcohol, it keeps to a classic and restrained presentation. Dewar's 25y is best understood as a mature Scotch blend where age and balance matter more than intensity or smoke.

The Singleton Of Dufftown 28y

The Singleton Of Dufftown 28y is a Speyside single malt where maturity is the central point of interest. Twenty-eight years of ageing gives this whisky a more reflective feel than younger releases, the kind of bottle that invites a slower, more attentive glass.
Its maturation in oak casks and strength of 52.3% give the whisky real presence, while the supplied flavour profile points first of all to fruit. Floral notes, oak and spice sit more gently in the background. With no peated or salty profile indicated, the emphasis remains on aged Speyside malt character rather than smoke or coastal sharpness.
Only 3,816 bottles were released, and the product is now marked as last bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, that places it among the more considered choices for (…)Dalmore Luminary N°3

Dalmore Luminary N°3
On request only
Dalmore Luminary N°3 is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky with a notably composed presence. At 17 years old and bottled at 49.2%, it has enough strength and maturity to feel substantial, while its profile is not built around peat smoke or coastal salinity.
Its collector's item status is part of the interest here. The Luminary N°3 name gives this release a more considered feel than a standard bottling, making it relevant for drinkers who pay attention to the identity of a whisky as much as to its flavour.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Dalmore sits naturally among refined Highland single malts with a more elegant direction. The flavour profile points first to fruit, with lighter floral, woody and spicy elements adding support. It is a whisky whose (…)Glenrothes The 15y Tube Incl.

Glenrothes The 15y Tube Incl.

Glenrothes The 15y is a Speyside single malt from Scotland with maturity and fruit at the centre of its style. The 15-year age statement gives it a clear identity: a whisky shaped by time, with a calmer and more developed feel than a younger malt.
Its profile is led by fruit, while wood, spice and a light floral side play more of a supporting role. Peat is not part of the picture here, so the focus remains on a softer, fruit-forward expression of Speyside single malt.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we would introduce to someone looking for a mature Scotch malt without pronounced smoke. Bottled at 43%, Glenrothes The 15y keeps a composed, approachable style while still carrying the depth that comes with its age.

Glenmorangie Original 12y Mini
Temporarily sold out
Glenmorangie Original 12y Mini is a compact presentation of a 12 year old Highland single malt from Scotland, bottled at 40%. It keeps the focus on the Glenmorangie name and the Original style, while the smaller format makes it a practical way to get acquainted with the whisky.
Maturation in Bourbon Barrel gives a gentle wood influence, but the profile points more clearly towards fruit. Light floral, spicy and woody accents sit around that fruit-led character, with no peated or salty side indicated in the data. The result is a Scotch single malt whose identity is built around clarity rather than heavy smoke.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this mini as a useful bottle for discovery, comparison or gifting: modest in size, yet still carrying the story of a 12 (…)Johnnie Walker Blue Label Year Of The Snake Incl. Box

Tullibardine 228 Burgundy Finish is a Highland single malt shaped by its Burgundy cask finish. Rather than presenting itself as a heavy wood-driven whisky, it leans into a fruit-led style, supported by gentle spice, a light floral touch and a modest influence of oak.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a particularly approachable Scottish single malt for drinkers who enjoy fruit and cask nuance without peat smoke taking over. Bottled at 43%, it keeps a smooth, easy-going profile while the Burgundy Finish gives it its own clear identity.

Tomintoul Caribbean Rum Finish

Tomintoul Caribbean Rum Finish brings a warmer, more dessert-like accent to Speyside single malt. Distilled at Tomintoul Distillery, founded in 1965, it is made from malted barley and matured in small batches in first-fill American bourbon casks before being finished in hand-selected Caribbean rum casks.
That rum cask finish is central to its personality. It adds a sweeter, more tropical layer to Tomintoul's unpeated style, with fruit, pastry notes and gentle spice taking the lead rather than smoke. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like to introduce when someone enjoys Speyside whisky but wants to explore a fruitier, more indulgent interpretation.

Ardmore 2018 7y Rum Cask Finish is the kind of Highland single malt that explains the appeal of independent bottling in a very direct way. Douglas Laing, a respected Scottish family bottler since 1948, selected a single Ardmore cask and gave it room to show its own personality rather than smoothing it into a house style.
This release belongs to the Paradise In Smoke Collection, a series built around the meeting point between peated Scotch whisky and Caribbean rum casks. For this Ardmore, the finish took place in a Jamaican rum cask. That adds a more tropical, ripe-fruited layer to the earthy and elegantly smoky style described for the distillery in the supplied information.

Macallan Amber Meadow The Harmony Collection is a Speyside single malt Scotch from Macallan's Harmony Collection. The name gives the release a gentle, open feel: more meadow and amber than smoke or maritime edge. That impression fits the supplied flavour profile, where fruit is the clearest element, supported by lighter floral, woody and spicy accents.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place this bottle among the Macallan releases that carry interest beyond the glass as well, since it is marked as a collector's item. It has no age statement and is bottled at 44.2%, so the focus is less on a stated number of years and more on the particular style of this Harmony Collection release.

Dalrymple 2012 11y is a Scottish Lowland blended malt bottled by Watt Whisky for the Campbeltown Whisky Company. Its appeal lies in its precision: this is a single cask release from one hogshead, rather than a broad multi-cask composition. That gives the whisky the feel of a particular cask captured at a particular stage of its life.
Distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2024, it carries an 11 year age statement and comes at 57.1% ABV. With only 294 bottles filled, and now down to the last bottles, it has the quiet scarcity that often makes independent bottlings so engaging.

This release was drawn from a single cask and bottled at cask strength, at 56.4%. The Port Finish gives the whisky an additional frame around its clearly fruity side, while wood, spice and floral notes remain lighter supporting elements. There is no peated emphasis here; the interest lies more in fruit, strength and the individuality of the cask.

Blair Athol 2013 12y presents a fresh, fruit-led side of this Highland distillery from Pitlochry. Blair Athol is known for a rich, malty style, yet this cask selected by Adelphi brings forward a more elegant and finely drawn expression of the spirit.
Matured for 12 years in a First Fill Bourbon Barrel and bottled at cask strength, 58.3%, it has the directness and concentration one expects from a single cask release. The bourbon barrel adds creaminess, vanilla and depth, while the distillery character remains clearly in view.

This is a single cask whisky, bottled at cask strength at 56.6%, with a Port Finish. The available profile points towards a fruit-led style, supported by lighter floral, woody and spicy tones.
