Aberlour 18y Double Sherry Cask Finish Tube Incl.
In stock
Aberlour 18y Double Sherry Cask Finish presents a mature Speyside single malt built around sherry cask influence. The name says a great deal already: this is an 18-year-old Aberlour where the sherry finish is not a background detail, but part of the whisky's identity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place this in front of someone looking for Scotch single malt with a clearly fruity and spiced direction, rather than peat or coastal sharpness. The profile points to fruit and spice as the main impressions, supported by a lighter touch of wood and a subtle floral side.
Bottled at 43%, it keeps a classic strength while offering the combination of age, Speyside origin and sherry finishing that many drinkers associate with Aberlour's style.

Bunnahabhain Feis Ile (2024) 2009 14y Ruby Port Finish
On request only
Bunnahabhain Feis Ile 2024 2009 14y Ruby Port Finish is an Islay single malt with a very defined angle: distilled on 26 May 2009, aged for 14 years and finished in port casks. The Ruby Port Finish points the whisky towards a fruity and spiced style, without peat or coastal saltiness taking over the conversation.
Bottled at cask strength, 58.7%, it keeps a firm sense of intensity. That suits the nature of this Feis Ile 2024 release: a whisky where maturation, cask choice and strength are part of the experience rather than background details.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a particularly interesting Bunnahabhain for drinkers who enjoy Islay single malt beyond the heavily peated side of the island. With its age statement, port finish and last-bottles (…)Benrinnes 21y Special Release 55,40° 2024 Tube Incl.

Benrinnes 21y Special Release 2024 shows a mature, full-flavoured side of Speyside single malt. With 21 years of age behind it and bottled at cask strength at 55.40°, it carries a clear sense of depth and intensity while keeping a lively feel.
As part of the Diageo Special Releases 2024, this Benrinnes is built around rich fruit, noticeable spice and a restrained touch of wood. The supplied product information describes it as deep and abundant, yet still finely balanced, which is exactly the kind of contrast that makes an older cask-strength malt engaging.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottling sits naturally among whiskies for drinkers looking for a more mature and powerful Speyside expression. The fact that only the last bottles remain adds to its (…)Arran Rare Batch Bordeaux Incl. Box

Arran Rare Batch Bordeaux is a 15-year-old single malt from the Isle of Arran, bottled at cask strength with an alcoholic strength of 52.8%. Its Bordeaux maturation gives this release a clear identity within the Arran range, placing the emphasis on a wine-cask-influenced style without bringing peat into the picture.
The Rare Batch name is meaningful here. Only 2,580 bottles were released, and with the last bottles now indicated, this is a limited Arran that is becoming harder to find. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of bottling that shows a more distinctive side of the distillery: mature, fruit-led, spiced and shaped by its Bordeaux cask background.
The supplied flavour profile points to fruit and spice as the main accents, with lighter wood (…)Daftmill Winter 2010

Daftmill Winter 2010

Daftmill Winter 2010 is a Scottish single malt with a very clear farm-to-cask identity. For this winter release, Publican barley was harvested on 28 and 29 August 2009, then dried and stored at the Daftmill farm before being malted in Alloa during the summer of 2010. The spirit was filled into cask in November and December of that year.
The whisky for this bottling came from 25 first fill bourbon barrels, matured in Daftmill's dunnage warehouse and bottled in 2023 at 46%. Its appeal lies in fruit, citrus, honeyed notes and a measured spicy edge rather than peat or heaviness.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of release we like for the way it connects raw material, season and maturation in one coherent whisky. With only the last bottles remaining, (…)Dalmore King Alexander III Incl. Box

Dalmore King Alexander III is a Highland single malt with a name that immediately suggests a more polished, composed style of whisky. As a no age statement release, it draws attention less to a number on the label and more to the way its character comes together in the glass.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Dalmore for drinkers who enjoy a fruit-led and gently spiced Scotch single malt without a smoky emphasis. At 42.8% ABV, it keeps a refined drinking style while still carrying enough fruit and spice to feel distinctive.
Light wood influence and a subtle floral touch sit in the background, giving structure without dominating. The result is a Highland whisky with a graceful, rounded personality rather than a heavy or peated one.

Glencadam 1996 27y is a Highland single malt built around patience and maturity. Distilled in 1996 and bottled after 27 years, it speaks more through depth and development than through force, with a style that stays away from peat and lets the mature whisky do the talking.
Its maturation started in bourbon casks before receiving a finish in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez. That final stage adds richness and darker layers, bringing the fruit, spice, chocolate and nutty notes further forward. Bottled at 46%, it keeps a composed strength that suits the whisky's age and layered character.

Dalmore The Trio 1l is a Highland single malt from Scotland with its emphasis on fruit, spice and a rounded style rather than peat or coastal sharpness. As a no age statement whisky, it is presented through its character and cask influence rather than through a fixed number of years.
The bourbon and port maturation gives the whisky its main direction. Fruity and spiced elements come forward most clearly, with lighter touches of wood and a subtle floral side in support. Nothing in the profile points towards smoke, so the focus stays on the warmer, more polished side of single malt whisky.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Dalmore for those who enjoy a Scottish single malt with generous fruit and spice without moving into heavily peated territory. The (…)Kilkerran 8y Cask Strength Sherry (Damaged: Label dirty, damaged or missing)

Clynelish 14y Macb belongs to Elixir Distillers' Macbeth Collection, a series of 42 Scottish whiskies in which each bottling takes its name from a character in Shakespeare's Macbeth. This Clynelish is cast as The Servant, a role that fits the background supplied for the whisky: Clynelish is described as prized by blenders for its distinctive waxy character, often acting as the base that lets other malts shine.
Here, that supporting role steps into the light. Matured for 14 years in first fill bourbon barrels and bottled at 55.1%, this Highland single malt has a clear sense of presence. Its character is shaped around fruit and spice, with wood in a more restrained supporting role, keeping the focus on the personality of the spirit.

Bruichladdich 2004 17y #1433 is an Islay single malt with a very focused identity: one cask, one vintage, one small outturn. Distilled in 2004 and bottled in July 2022 after 17 years of maturation, it comes from a bourbon barrel and was bottled at cask strength, 52.1% ABV.
Its appeal lies in that narrow, precise window into maturation. Cask #1433 produced just 154 bottles, so this is not a broad house-style expression but a close look at how one individual barrel developed over time.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of bottle that rewards curiosity.
