    G De Guiraud 2023 presents the dry white side of Château Guiraud, a Sauternes estate best known for its Premier Grand Cru Classé sweet wine. This bottle stays firmly in Bordeaux, but speaks in a different register: dry, fresh, aromatic and shaped by texture rather than sweetness.

    The 2023 blend is 60% Sémillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. That combination is central to the wine's identity. Sauvignon Blanc gives lift and aromatic clarity, while Sémillon brings a fuller, softer middle. The grapes come from a specific parcel selection for dry white Bordeaux, from vines averaging 25 years of age on soils of sandy gravel, clay, limestone-rich layers and marl.
