Marmorelle Negroamaro 2022 is a red wine from Puglia in southern Italy, from the Salento area. It is presented as a Rosso Salento IGT and shows the grape in a dry, dark-fruited and gently spiced style, with the softness that makes this type of wine very comfortable at the table.The wine is linked to Società Agricola Marilù in Brindisi and belongs to the Marmorelle range, a line focused on grape varieties from Puglia. Its presentation refers to the trulli of Alberobello and the traditional symbols placed on the limestone pinnacles of these buildings, giving the bottle a clear sense of regional identity.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by complete malolactic fermentation and six months of maturation in steel. That keeps the emphasis away from pronounced oak and closer to ripe fruit, round tannins and the natural spicy side of Negroamaro.
