Fettercairn 15y Sd (Stalla Dhu)

In stock

Fettercairn 15y Sd is a Scottish Highland whisky with a clear 15-year age statement. That age gives the bottle its main point of interest: this is a whisky defined by time rather than by excessive presentation or a heavily built story.

At 46% alcohol, it has enough strength to feel purposeful, while still keeping the focus on its origin and maturation. In the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, it stands out for customers looking for a mature Highland whisky with a straightforward identity.

The fact that only the last bottles remain adds to its appeal in a quiet way. Fettercairn 15y Sd is not something we would describe as an endlessly available shelf standard, but as a 15-year-old Highland whisky that is gradually leaving the range.

Tamdhu 2014 12y Highland Life / Schots Weekend Alden Biesen (Signatory - Unchill Filtered)

In stock

Tamdhu 2014 12y Highland Life / Schots Weekend Alden Biesen is a Speyside whisky built around a very specific selection: one sherry butt, bottled at cask strength, with only 264 bottles drawn. Rather than presenting a broad distillery style, it captures one particular cask of Tamdhu, selected and bottled by Signatory.

Distilled on 26 June 2014 and bottled on 21 July 2026, it carries a 12-year age statement. At 58.5% and unchill-filtered, the whisky stays close to its cask-strength presentation. The Highland Life / Schots Weekend Alden Biesen name gives this release its own identity within the world of independent Scotch bottlings.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this sit in the corner of the range reserved for limited single cask whisky: traceable, (…)

Redbreast 27y Port Batch 2

In stock

Redbreast 27y Port Batch 2 is an Irish pure pot still whiskey with a distinctly mature presence. At 27 years old, and finished in port, it points toward a deeper, fruit-led side of Redbreast, with wood and spice playing a clear supporting role.

Bottled at cask strength, 53.5%, it keeps a strong connection to the whiskey's natural intensity. This is not positioned as a light or overly softened style; the strength, age and port finish all suggest a whiskey with weight and definition.

In the Drankenshop Broekmans range, this bottle stands out because of that combination of age, port influence and the fact that only the last bottles remain. It is a compelling choice for anyone looking to explore a mature Irish whiskey where fruit is central, while peat smoke and (…)

Glenglassaugh 50y

Very last one in stock!

Glenglassaugh 50y is the kind of Scottish single malt that speaks quietly but carries real weight. A whisky matured for 50 years naturally invites a slower kind of attention, where the interest lies in time, origin and the individuality of the cask rather than in broad stylistic claims.

This Speyside release comes from a single Pedro Ximenez cask and was bottled in a run of just 264 bottles. With the last bottles now remaining, its limited nature is very much part of the story. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see bottlings like this as bottles for drinkers who appreciate a precise snapshot of long maturation from one individual cask.

Bottled at cask strength at 40.1%, this 50-year-old Glenglassaugh keeps a direct connection to the cask it came from. It is a (…)

Glenburgie 1975 45y (Berry Bros - Berry's Exceptional Casks)

Very last one in stock!

Glenburgie 1975 45y is a Speyside single malt with a quietly remarkable presence. A 45-year-old whisky already speaks of patience and long maturation, and in this case the story remains very focused: Glenburgie, one cask, one specific point in time.

Berry Bros bottled it as part of the Berry's Exceptional Casks range, drawn from a single hogshead and released at cask strength. With only 137 bottles produced, it sits in the Drankenshop Broekmans selection as the kind of whisky we would present with a little extra attention rather than as an everyday Speyside release.

The fact that these are the last bottles underlines its limited nature. Bottled in 2020, this 45-year-old Glenburgie is less about broad availability and more about the individual character (…)

Glenlochy 1980 35y Sigrare (Signatory Rare Reserve) Incl. Box

Only 3 left in stock!

Glenlochy 1980 35y Sigrare is a whisky built around time, restraint and a very small-scale release. Distilled on 6 November 1980 and bottled on 2 December 2015, this Highland single malt spent 35 years maturing before being released by Signatory as part of the Rare Reserve series.

Its appeal lies in the detail. This is a single cask whisky from a hogshead, bottled at cask strength at 48%, with only 71 bottles drawn in total. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures one individual cask at one particular point in its life.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this are valued for that sense of specificity. The profile points towards a fruit-led whisky, with wood and spice giving structure, and without peat taking the lead.

Clynelish 1990 32y (The Nectar - Daily Dram)

In stock

Clynelish 1990 32y is a Highland single malt with the quiet appeal of a very small release: one bourbon barrel, 32 years of maturation, and only 149 bottles drawn from it. Distilled in May 1990 and bottled in August 2022, it is the kind of whisky where time and cask individuality matter more than broad house-style statements.

Bottled by The Nectar for the Daily Dram series, it comes at cask strength with an alcoholic strength of 49.3%. At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this stand out because they offer a direct look at one particular cask of Clynelish rather than a large-scale composition.

The profile places fruit at the centre, with wood and spice giving clear structure around it. A lighter floral accent adds some lift, while peat is not part of the (…)

Speyside 2008 17y Cadenig (Cadenhead's Enigma Series)

In stock

Speyside 2008 17y Cadenig from Cadenhead's Enigma Series is built around a simple but intriguing idea: the distillery name remains undisclosed. That shifts the focus away from reputation and straight into the glass. For a 17-year-old Speyside single malt, it gives the whisky a quietly fascinating sense of discovery.

Maturation in an Oloroso Hogshead shapes much of its personality. The supplied notes point to rich sherry tones, elegant fruit and refined spice, with fruit clearly taking the lead and wood and spice adding structure. Peat is not part of the picture here, so the whisky stays focused on its fruit, sweetness and cask depth.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we appreciate because it invites people to taste with an open mind. (…)

Tamdhu 21 Years

In stock

Tamdhu 21 Years is a Speyside single malt built around long, deliberate sherry cask maturation. It has spent twenty-one years exclusively in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, giving the whisky its mature depth, generous fruit character and layered spice.

The appeal here lies in the way time and cask influence meet. The long maturation brings weight and refinement, while the sherry casks add darker tones, polished wood influence and a broad, fruit-driven character. At 47.5% ABV, it still carries enough strength to show that depth clearly.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see Tamdhu 21 Years as a serious expression for drinkers who appreciate sherry-matured single malt with age, structure and a composed sense of richness. It completes Tamdhu's age range with (…)

Cotswolds Hearts Rum Cask Tube Incl.

In stock

Cotswolds Hearts Rum Cask is a British single malt whisky with a very clear point of focus: the rum cask finish. The name already sets the direction, placing the cask influence at the centre of the conversation rather than surrounding the whisky with unnecessary detail.

At 55.6% alcohol, this is a firmly presented whisky. It is the kind of bottle to take time with, allowing the strength and the rum-finished maturation to define the experience in the glass.

Within the whisky selection at Drankenshop Broekmans, Cotswolds Hearts Rum Cask stands out for that straightforward combination of British single malt character, rum cask finishing and a high bottling strength. It is a focused release, built around cask choice and intensity.

Amrut 2017 6y Oloroso

In stock

Amrut 2017 6y Oloroso is a focused Indian single malt: one cask, six years old, bottled at cask strength. Distilled in August 2017 and bottled in July 2024, it carries an Oloroso finish that gives the whisky a clear stylistic direction.

The appeal here lies in its specificity. This is not a broad vatting designed to represent a general house style, but a single cask release of 462 bottles, tied to one individual maturation path. At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are especially interesting because they show Amrut through a more limited, one-off lens.

At 60% alcohol, the whisky is presented with real force. The supplied profile points strongly toward fruit, with wood and spice clearly present alongside a lighter floral note. Peat is not part of the (…)

Lochside 1981 34y Gm (Gordon & Mcphail - Rare Old)

On request only

Lochside 1981 34y GM is a Highland single malt where the main attraction is patience. Distilled in 1981 and bottled in 2015, it spent 34 years maturing before Gordon & McPhail released it as part of the Rare Old series.

What makes this bottling particularly focused is its origin from a single refill sherry cask. With only 173 bottles drawn, it represents one specific cask rather than a broad house style, bottled at 46% alcohol after long maturation.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of whisky we place in front of customers who appreciate age, provenance and scarcity in a bottle. Its collectors item status and last-bottles availability underline that this Lochside is far from an everyday Highland single malt.

Kavalan 2010 10y Artist (La Maison Du Whisky - Artist Collection)

Very last one in stock!

Kavalan 2010 10y Artist is a Taiwanese single malt drawn from a single cask, distilled on 28 April 2010 and bottled in 2020 at 10 years of age. With only 179 bottles released, this Artist Collection bottling by La Maison du Whisky is very much about a particular cask rather than a regular house style.

The port maturation places fruit at the centre of the whisky's identity, with wood and spice giving it structure. Bottled at cask strength at 57.8%, it keeps the intensity of the cask intact, making it a more direct and concentrated presentation of Kavalan.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this are valued for the way they combine origin, limited scale and a clear single cask identity. The indication that only the last bottles remain adds to the sense that (…)

Glen Spey 2009 16y (Cadenhead - Original Collection)

In stock

Glen Spey is one of the quieter names in Speyside, and that is part of the charm of this 2009 single malt. At 16 years old, it shows the refined, fruity side associated with the distillery in the supplied information, while the cask influence brings a more seasoned edge to the whisky.

Cadenhead released this bottling in the Original Collection at 46% alcohol. The Amontillado Finish, with Fresh Amontillado Hogsheads playing an important role, adds extra spice and depth to the naturally fruit-led distillate. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like bottlings like this because they give curious whisky drinkers a reason to look beyond the most familiar Speyside labels.

With its lesser-seen distillery name, 16 years of maturation and Amontillado-influenced character, (…)

Speyside Region 1973 43y Dd (The Nectar Of The Daily Drams)

Very last one in stock!

Speyside Region 1973 43y DD has the quiet fascination of a whisky that gives you part of the story, but not all of it. The distillery remains undisclosed, while the region is clear: Speyside. That combination makes the bottle feel rooted and mysterious at the same time.

Distilled in 1973 and bottled in 2016, this single malt spent 43 years maturing before being selected from a single sherry butt. Because it comes from one individual cask, it should be read as a precise cask selection rather than a broad distillery statement. The Nectar released it under The Nectar of the Daily Drams, a series closely associated with independent bottlings chosen for their individual character.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a bottle for those moments when the story (…)

Secret Grain 1973 47y (The Nectar - Daily Dram)

On request only

Secret Grain 1973 47y is one of those whiskies where the missing name becomes part of the fascination. The distillery is undisclosed, yet the core of the story is clear: a Scottish grain whisky distilled in 1973 and bottled in October 2020 after 47 years of maturation.

Bottled by The Nectar for the Daily Dram series, it comes from a single sherry butt and was released at cask strength, 48.2%. Rather than presenting a broad vatting, it captures one individual cask at one very particular stage of its long life.

Only 120 bottles were filled, and with the last bottles indicated, this Secret Grain has a notably scarce position in the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans. The appeal lies in the combination of great age, single cask identity, sherry cask influence and (…)

Auchentoshan 1991 29y 56,1° Nectar (Blackadder - Raw Cask)

In stock

Auchentoshan 1991 29y Nectar is the kind of Lowland single malt that is best understood as a very precise snapshot of one cask. Distilled on 28 October 1991 and bottled on 1 October 2021, it spent 29 years maturing in a Bourbon Barrel before being released at cask strength.

Blackadder bottled this whisky as part of the Raw Cask series, drawn from a single cask rather than shaped into a larger batch. With only 93 bottles produced, and now down to the last bottles, it has a naturally limited place in the selection at Drankenshop Broekmans for drinkers who enjoy whiskies with a clear sense of origin and individuality.

The flavour profile is led by fruit, supported by noticeable wood and spice, with a lighter floral side. There is no peat influence indicated (…)

Vintage Tomatin 1988 26y Salon De Sjimaji For Pen X Shinanoya Japan Incl. Box

Very last one in stock!

Tomatin 1988 26 Year Old Salon De Sjimaji for Pen x Shinanoya Japan is a Highland single malt shaped by age, cask individuality and limited availability. Distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2015, it spent 26 years maturing before being released at its natural cask strength of 57%.

This is a single cask whisky from a refill hogshead, so its identity comes from one individual cask rather than a larger composition. Only 234 bottles were drawn, and with its collector's item status and last-bottle indication, it belongs to the kind of release that becomes increasingly scarce.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a particularly interesting Tomatin for drinkers who appreciate older Highland single malts with a clear bottling story. The reference to Salon De (…)

Benriach 1997 23y Batch 17

Virgin oak plays an important role here, bringing a clear wood and spice dimension, while the flavour profile points strongly towards fruit. It is a more individual view of Benriach rather than a broad house-style expression.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this stand out because they capture one specific cask at one specific point in its maturation. With only the last bottles remaining, Batch 17 has become an increasingly scarce example of mature Benriach from Speyside.

Arran 30y Incl. Box

In stock

Arran 30y is a single malt shaped first and foremost by time. Thirty years of maturation gives it a clear sense of stature, especially as it was selected from old and rare sherry hogsheads dating back to the early years of the distillery.

Arran keeps the whisky close to its natural form: non-chill filtered and presented with its natural colour. That allows the long maturation to speak clearly, with fruit, spice and matured wood forming the heart of its character.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of release we place in front of drinkers who value provenance as much as age. The luxury wooden case with copper details and the exclusive bottle underline the prestige of a very limited Arran release that is especially sought after by connoisseurs and (…)

Hibiki 30y

Last one in stock!

Hibiki 30y is a Japanese blended whisky where the age statement immediately sets the mood. Thirty years places this bottle in a very different space from everyday blends: calmer, more contemplative, and with clear collector appeal.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would present Hibiki 30y as a Japanese blend led by fruit, with wood and spice forming a firm supporting structure. A lighter floral touch adds refinement, while peat smoke and salinity do not define the style here.

Bottled at 43%, it keeps a composed profile rather than relying on sheer strength. The interest lies in the combination of Japanese origin, long maturation and a flavour direction shaped mainly by fruit, wood and spice.

Hibiki 30y is shaped primarily by fruit. Wood and spice (…)

Teeling Single Cask 2005 15y Nectar

Teeling Single Cask 2005 15y Nectar is an Irish single malt with a very defined identity: one individual cask, bottled at cask strength, with a total outturn of just 354 bottles. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures one particular cask at one particular point in its maturation.

Distilled on 5 July 2005 and bottled on 1 April 2021, it spent 15 years maturing before being finished in a brandy cask. The profile places fruit at the centre, supported by clear wood and spice. At 57.7% alcohol, it remains a powerful, close-to-the-cask bottling.

For Drankenshop Broekmans, releases like this have a special appeal because they show a more individual side of a whiskey brand. With only the last bottles remaining, this Teeling also carries the quiet (…)
